Unser Lavender Hill Farm House ist perfekt für Familientreffen, Rückzugsorte für Damen, Geburtstage und vieles mehr! Wir sind auf 11 Hektar mit einem 4 Hektar großen Fischteich gelegen und das Bauernhaus ist von wunderschönen Gärten mit vielen Rosenbüschen und Lavendel umgeben. Wir verfügen über einen Whirlpool, einen Pool, eine Feuerstelle, 2 Paddelboote, 2 Kajaks und Spiele im Freien, darunter ein Volleyballnetz, Basketball und Hufeisen. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich ein großer Gemüsegarten, Obstbäume und Weinreben. Gerne können Sie Gemüse und Kräuter wie Minze, Basilikum, Oregano, Thymian und Petersilie aus unserem Garten pflücken (saisonal) und wir stellen frische Eier von unseren Hühnern auf der anderen Seite des Teichs zur Verfügung. Wenn verfügbar, können Sie auch unseren hausgemachten Wein und Salsa probieren. Das Haus ist abgelegen, aber auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück befindet sich unser Managerhaus und er steht zur Verfügung, um bei speziellen Bedürfnissen zu helfen. Canton First Monday Trade Days in Canton und die Städte Mabank und Terrell sind eine einfache 20-minütige Fahrt entfernt. Wir sind ca. 30 Minuten von drei großen Seen entfernt, aber Sie werden unser Haus nicht verlassen wollen!

Beautiful and relaxing

The property was well kept the house had plenty of room and was very clean. We enjoyed sitting pool side and the beautiful views from the long dock ! Lots of great memories made and would recommend this property 100%.

Relaxing Getaway

So much to do! Lots of opportunities to relax and catch up with family members away from city distractions. We viewed lovely sunsets, walked the property while the dogs romped, playing indoor and outdoor games of all types, and this visit we spent a lot of time chilling in the pool and hot tub. Ideal family memory maker!

Great Family Weekend

Convenient local with great country atmosphere. Kids loved the pool and s’mores on the fire pit. First visit to Canton’s First Monday Trade Days for several of us. Only issue - Couldn’t get the pin # to work on the specified entry. But the nearby kitchen door was unlocked.

Beautiful and Quiet

My family and I spent 2019 Father’s Day weekend at Lavender Hill. The house is beautiful and cozy and provided all of the necessities such as appliances, cookware, and dishes. The property is beautifully landscaped, lots of shade trees and a well manicured lawn. The pool is as refreshing and kept the kids occupied for hours. There is a large pond on the property where the little ones only had to drop their line in and seconds later pull out a small fish. The Dad’s were able to pull in 4 catfish with the largest one caught being around 3lbs. He was very feisty and made for a pretty exciting memory for everyone, he was released back into the pond. Overall, Lavender Hill did not disappoint and provided a relaxing and fun weekend for our entire family, ages ranged from 65-6 yrs old. There was something for everyone! We had a wonderful time and look forward to another visit!

This is a great house to spend time with your family or a nice couples retreat. We have done both here. The pond is nice. We had a golden algae problem during this visit bit that is not the norm. I have actually been to this house 3 different times and enjoyed it each time. This time we took the entire family and made memories together. My kids lived within an hour or 2 from the property so it was easy for the kids and grandkids to come and go around their schedules. The fresh fruit was so nice. Several walks were made around the pond to get fresh peaches and nectarines. The tomatoes were also enjoyed by all from the garden. The rooms are lovely and worked out nicely for my family. We all enjoyed the game room. The open living space in the house is awesome. It was so nice to have room for all of us to sit and eat together and share conversation. If you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation to connect with your family, I would definitely recommend Lavender Hill.

89th Birthday

Celebrated my mom's 89th birthday with all of her close family at this great property. Lots of places to sit and visit, with a beautiful view of the water. Really enjoyed the paddles boats, kayaks, and game room.

Perfect Place

Three families get together every Labor Day weekend and this was our second time to stay here. This is a perfect place for our group as there is so much room and so many great things to do. We've been getting together for 13 years now and this place is our favorite.

A time to recharge and unwind

Sweet Retreat!

It was unanimously decided by our three generational family of 12 that our stay at Lavender Hill was a BLAST!!! What a pleasant surprise to find a home that was truly stocked for large groups. From the overabundance of towels (both bath and pool) to a fully stocked kitchen with every appliance, pot/pan and utensil you could ever need. What an added bonus to be greeted in the refrigerator with delicious fresh eggs from the chicken coup. Whatever bed you end up with you will not be disappointed as they are all comfortable right down to the bunk beds. The sparkling pool (with tons of pool toys/floats) and the beautiful grounds are extremely well kept. Paddle boating and fishing on the gorgeous pond was definitely a family favorite! From the moment you awake to the serene quietness of the countryside until your head hits your pillow at night from a refreshing swim in the pool or walk of the property, you will never lack for something FUN to do either indoors or out!

Great Family Getaway!!!

This is our second time to stay at the Lavender house and we love it there!! The pool was great and we loved the upgrades done to the master bathroom!! We only had one issue arise and it was taken care of to the best of their ability. We will for sure stay again!!

Perfect, comfortable, had everything!

We had a family reunion, ages 3-65, total of 14 people. This was a perfect home. Kept the kids off all ages 4-17 entertained. The owners thought of everything. Clean, comfortable, supplied fish food, rods, s'mores for fire pit, pool and hot tub were great! The game room was a bonus. Can't say enough about this house. Simply beautiful and we hope to return. Destine was available if needed.

Just keeps getting better

This is our 2nd stay at this property and they have done a lot of upgrades (modern master bath, new pool furniture, more fun and games in the gameroom). As I said last year, this place has everything for all ages. We are a group of 5 years to 69 years and we all had a great time and plan to return next year.

Perfect retreat

The pictures do not do this beautiful, quaint home justice. It was the perfect place for our end of the season cheer retreat. My team had the best time. We could not think of one single thing that was left out. Every amenity imaginable was available. From paddle boating to horse shoes to ping pong to board games and movies then evenings in the hot tub....there was definitely something for everyone. They have already asked if we can make this an annual tradition! Thank you for a great and wonderful experience. We will be back!

Amazing Place!!

We had our family Thanksgiving here this year and it was wonderful!! We had people there from 60 to 6 and everyone loved it!! The house is amazing and the property couldn’t be better!!! The house was fully stocked with anything we could have possibly needed!! Will recommend to anyone!! I will suggest though, a wheelchair accessible ramp to get into the house is needed. Thanks for the great stay!!

Fun at Lavender Hill

We enjoyed our stay at Lavender Hill. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The house was clean and very spacious. Check in was a breeze. Destine was easy to communicate with, answering all of our questions.

Best place to Stay in Area

This is a beautiful home with tons of amenities! Perfect for families, reunions, or groups wanting to shop Canton Trade days! It is about 20 minutes out from Canton but an easy drive. Loved the fact there were four bathrooms and four showers! Comfortable beds, open concept living area, but also bedrooms that could be private. There were many different activities for children to keep them occupied. Great choice as a place to stay.

We've owned this property since 2009. Our children have grown up coming here on weekends, during the summer and holidays and it has a special piece of our hearts. Once you arrive, you will fall in love with it also. Whether it's a family holiday, girls weekend, or family reunion, everyone will enjoy relaxing and enjoying nature at it's best. Children love exploring and adults love all of the amenities our farm has to offer.

We've worked years on our beautiful flower, vegetable and wine gardens. We have a pond stocked with black bass, perch and catfish, and encourage you to catch and feed them. We have a wonderful fire pit where you can sit around and listen to music and roast marshmallows for s'mores (included). Visit the chickens and eat some fresh eggs for breakfast. Chefs will enjoy all of the fresh herbs we have growing by the swimming pool. We have plants that butterflies and bees love, so if you or someone in your party has an allergy to bees, please use extra caution.
