Die Wohnanlage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 1. 5 Bäder in ca. 900 qm Wohnfläche mit Klimaanlage und Heizung ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Treppe zu den beiden Hauptschlafzimmern und dem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne.

Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Großbildfernseher mit ROKU ausgestattet. Youtube TV ist für Ihre Wiedergabe enthalten (Live Stream TV mit über 70 Kanälen), Netflix und HBO! Es gibt auch Brettspiele für Ihre Unterhaltung. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann auch in ein Queensize-Bett umgewandelt werden, das Platz für zwei weitere Gäste bietet.

Küche

Wir haben die Küche sowohl schön als auch funktional gestaltet. Es gibt einen großen Herd, eine Mikrowelle und einen großen Kühlschrank, der voll ausgestattet ist und Ihren Kochbedürfnissen gerecht wird. Genießen Sie erstklassigen Kaffee mit unserer neuen Vertuo Kaffeemaschine von Nespresso.

Schlafzimmer

Es gibt nichts Schöneres, als nach einem langen Abenteuertag in einem bequemen Bett nach Hause zu kommen. Deshalb haben wir uns vorgenommen, für Sie in eine hochwertige Matratze zu investieren. Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Schlafzimmer eins hat eine King-Size-Casper-Matratze und Schlafzimmer zwei hat auch eine Queen-Size-Casper-Matratze. Nur weiße Bettwäsche wird verwendet, um Sauberkeit und Qualität zu gewährleisten. Jedes Zimmer ist mit Gepäckablagen, Kleiderbügeln und USB-Anschlüssen ausgestattet.

Badezimmer

Komplettes Badezimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss mit einem halben Badezimmer im ersten Stock. Der gesamte Raum wird vor Ihrem Aufenthalt professionell gereinigt. Saubere weiße Baumwollhandtücher werden für jeden Gast bereitgestellt; zusammen mit grundlegenden Toilettenartikeln wie Shampoo, Conditioner und Körperwäsche.

Perfect for our needs!

Ample space, good location, quiet neighbors (some nearby street noise). Beds are comfy. Kitchen stocked (even has spices, sugar and coffees). Plenty of hot water for all our group of 6. Covered parking space a plus.

Beautiful Place to stay

I recently stayed at Lan’s condo, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The condo is so spacious and beautifully designed, with everything I needed to feel right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a perfect stay.Lan was an amazing host, always quick to reply to my needs, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. I had a last-minute addition to my family trio for our Disneyland trip, and Lan had no problem accommodating us. This is what great customer service is all about! I’m so glad my nephew was able to join us—it made the trip even more special.The condo is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. I honestly can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you so much, Lan and the JKL team, for an outstanding experience. I will definitely be booking this condo again!

The owners were so accommodating and helpful. It was in a great location to what we needed. They had helpful instructions for all appliances and handy hints for supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again if we were in LA.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean had most of what we were looking for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Could use a drip coffee pot or more of the pods for the coffee machine. The only negative is that the bedrooms were up stairs, but that is a minor thing for young people. It might be more difficult for older folks. The location is great. Excellent for Disneyland and diving down tot he costal beach towns. Recommended!

Was convient location for our family.

Communication with host was great. Close to great mall and not too far driving to beaches. Wish the sofa couch would have worked, they did provide a mattress which was was semi-comfy but did have to rearrange a few things and set it up. Well stocked kitchen and had tea and coffee for us to use. Floor was not cleanest and the shower curtain smell3d spongy. Was well stocked with games.

Worked great for us.

Property was clean, well stocked and organized. We are major water drinkers so having the brita pitcher was awesome. Laundry room was easy to use and so were all other appliances in the house. If I could recommend 2 things. Slightly darker window treatments in king bedroom and more comfy furniture to lounge. It was rough to hang in the living area after a long busy day. Other than that it was a great stay.

Solid property that could easily be improved to be great

When you stay in a property for nearly 2 weeks you need some decent furniture to sit in. The sofa (sleeper type) was completely broken down and uncomfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. The two chairs were worse. Our host was very responsive. Laundry room was well equipped and clean. The tub shower had weak water pressure so showers took long to finish. The tankless water heater required running water (wasting) for many minutes before it heated up.

Home away from home

We love the Farmhouse Getaway! The two bedroom condo was nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Easy check in and check out process, the host was extremely responsive when the needs arise. Someone had mentioned that there weren’t enough pots and pan for cooking but why cook when Little Saigon is just around the corner? Great getaway place in LA/Anaheim Area

We had a great stay at this property for 3 days in December 2022. The process of checking-in and gaining access to the home was super easy. The owner, Mr. Lan, was highly responsive. The house was immaculately maintained and clean. The layout of the home with 2 separate bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs was very convenient. The presence of an additional bathroom downstairs was key. The home is located close to freeways and is only a 20 minute drive to Disneyland and close to beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the area.

Everything was just as it was shown on the website. The manager was easy to get a hold of and very helpful by keeping us informed of all the things that were going on. The plumbing next door was getting fixed so our water went off but the manager was quick to help us get it back on. Unfortunately the couch bed was broken a mattress was provided so that was nice. All the appliances worked great, lots of hot water, free washer and dryer is available.

The property was adequate, the internet was intermittent and constantly dropped out. The hot water had a mind of its own. The one thing that was very disappointing was the front bedroom, the blinds are paper thin and there is an extremely bright light on the street. The whole room is very bright all night...and loud, a lot of road noise, the windows are ancient...the one thing a traveller needs is a decent nights sleep and not having block out blinds is very major oversight. There is an uncovered fuse box in the upstairs bedroom Kitchen was great, but overall it was average, I would not stay here again

Beautiful house but felt unsafe having cameras on you

Beautiful property. After sleeping the night I noticed there were cameras inside the house. My wife is a very attractive woman and she changed in the room. Just thinking about someone spying on her while she changed made me unsettling. Now I just have to live the rest of my life wondering if her breasts are going to be on the internet somewhere. Other then that great place.

Close to Disneyland

We really enjoyed this property! Conveniently located, immaculate inside, and attention to detail was next to none! The owner thought of everything, from quarters and tide pods for the laundromat, to batteries on top of the fridge. We didn't need to use any of the baby equipment as our kids are past that stage, but I was so impressed to see a baby safety gate for the stairs, a baby bath, and a pack n play all stocked in the rental. We loved this place!
