Good condo

Location was ideal for Disney, had difficultly getting in but they were quick and easy to help. Had one issue with leak but again quick and responsive. House was clean and worked well for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. Thanks for having us!

Nice place within walking distance to Disney

Overall a nice place to stay. Was actually a little smaller than expected but still worked well with our group of 6 adults—especially since we were at the parks the majority of the time. A little problem with the door code when we got there but was resolved within just a couple of minutes. Garage door remote was missing and found out that the previous guests accidentally took it with them. Luckily, there was a second spot that we could park but it was outside. All communications with the hosts was prompt, friendly and helpful!!! This place is definitely within walking distance to the parks and Downtown Disney even after 10-12 hours at the parks. We did use the tram one time that takes you to the parking structure and that worked out well as well.

Funtierland stay

The house was clean and a perfect size for our family. The accommodations for infants and children were excellent! The managers responded quickly to any request or questions we had! They went above and beyond to help with anything we needed! We felt safe and the area was quiet. It was a short walk to the Disney tram so we could get there first thing in the morning!

Was beyond any expectation!

I've traveled in quite a few vacation rental over the years and honnestly never had a check-in process that clear and complete. All inside and App! The property was clean and had everything we needed for our little family from baby gate, high chair and stroller. Communication during our stay was simple and fast. The management were really comprehensive for our needs and helped us to make our family vacation the best it could be! Would recommend and book again without a doubt!

The perfect place!

This property was ideal for our family. Shari the property manager was above and beyond and helped me with some needs. She was completely accessible and helped make our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend. Only suggestion would be a retractable baby gate at the base of the stair, we had a crawling infant that only wanted to play in stairs.

Overall Great Stay

We enjoyed the property. Overall clean and comfortable. Walls and baseboards coild use a good cleaning but otherwise was cleaned well. Beds were comfortable. The walk to downtown disney was about 10 min and easy to navigate. I would stay here again.

Good Spot

Overall, very comfy and at a reasonable price. I would rather book one of these than a hotel. There is a tram close by that takes you to Disneyland, there is still a bit of walking involved. Id recommend this spot

Cute, convenient, and dirty

The property is cute and convenient, located withing walking distance from the parks. Upon arrival we had to contact the company as our code did not work for the door, they were easily contacted but after a long day traveling it was not a great start to our stay. Dishes in the kitchen were filthy, causing us to have to wash dishes before we were able to cook dinner. Property owner messaged and let us know that the stroller was left out and asked if they could come put it up. We agreed not realizing that they would be entering the master bedroom where all of our stuff was out, giving us a feeling of having our privacy violated during our stay. I do not believe we will be using funtierland in any of its entities in the future.

We will be back

Location was amazing. Quick little walk. Clean and so much space. We had a challenge finding the place at night, but we managed. Very excited to see there were 3 fans, but sad that 2 didnt work. Charging station/hub or power strips would be helpful. Very quiet community. We were able to walk outside and watch the fireworks one night. Cant wait.to.comeback for our next trip.

Great Stay with a Great Host

We had a great stay. We didn't take advantage of much other than a place to sleep at night. We had 7 of us and had plenty of room. Easy access to the Disney parks. We used the parking tram each day. Which is a short walk from the units. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Units are dated on the outside but it looks like they are currently updating the buildings. Inside was clean and the beds were comfy memory foam mattresses.

Overall we enjoyed the property. The surfaces at eye level were all very clean. The showers could have been cleaner on the top where the walls met the tiles and the closet shelving was very dusty.

It was an awesome short walk to the tram. Super clean and well stocked. Had a little issue with door code but management resolved it quickly and super responsive. Just a few minor updates needed but overall, great place and comfortable.

Terrific Location!

We highly recommend this property. No need to navigate the Disney parking nightmare because it is a very easy walk to the Disneyland area. The unit was clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. We found a grocery store close by and used the well-stocked kitchen (plates, cups, pots and pans) to save some money on breakfast prior to our walk to the park. Management communicated with us periodically to make sure that all was good. We would stay here again for sure.

Great stay for family

We had 6 of us stay in August- the inside of the home was great. Comfortable beds, clean- they supplied so much we werent expecting- laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, toys- kitchen is very well stocked with kids in mind. Our kids loved all the toys.. little tricky to find the door, but once we did, everything was simple. We chose to walk to the parks, from door to gate was about 18 min.. we wpuld def stay again!!

Great for a family vacation.

Great location, walking distance to Disneyland. Very helpful to have a full kitchen, we hosted a few breakfasts with family who live nearby. Lots of room, we were 4 adults a 5 yr old and a 5 month old. Appreciated the washer and dryer. The 5 year old liked the pool. So happy with our decision to choose this property.

Mediocre

There were 6 people in our party. Unfortunately, there were not enough mugs for 6 people. Only 5 chairs in the dining room (the 6th was broken and left in the garage but there were folding chairs in the garage that we were able to use). No vacuum or cleaning supplies. The fire pit propane tank was empty when we arrived and the TV in the living room did not work. You will hear the fireworks from Disneyland every night from inside the house. There is a reason that there are no good pictures of the showers. The shower in the master is tiny and both showerheads are roughly five feet high. It is a little over a mile to the park entrance which was very convenient.
