Schöner Ort! Genießen Sie das gesamte Haus im historischen Viertel von Saint Augustine in Lincolnville. Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2015 umgebaut, hat also die Schönheiten eines neuen Hauses, aber den Charakter eines alten Hauses. Wir sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der historischen Innenstadt mit großartigen Restaurants, Geschäften, Sehenswürdigkeiten und vielem mehr entfernt. Wir leben in einer sehr einzigartigen Nachbarschaft mit viel Geschichte.

Makellose 1 Bett / 1 Bad mit einem Schlafsofa in einem separaten Raum. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung.

Es gibt vier Restaurants in diesem Bezirk - The Ice Plant Bar, The Blue Hen, The Preserved und Crave Food Truck - und nur 5 Gehminuten von der St. Augustine Distillery und 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt in der Nähe von Flagler College und The Lightner Museum.

St. Augustine R & R

My girlfriend and I rented this place for Memorial Day weekend in St. Augustine. The first thing we noticed was how quaint and quiet the neighborhood was. The property/house was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The property manager/host was very responsive. Check in was a breeze. We spent the first half of the day at the beach, and went straight there afterwards. It's not too terribly far from downtown. However, I could see it being a little tougher for people to walk who are either older or not in as good of shape. We didn't mind because we enjoy walking and like the exercise. I would say it's about a 15 min. walk to get to where the bulk of the shops/restaurants are. Very conveniently though, there is a trolley that goes all throughout the town and one of its stops is at the end of the street this house resides on. By the time we figured this out, the weekend was almost over. Next time we'll get the trolley pass. There are plenty of Ubers around though, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for one to show up (we used Uber to get to the lighthouse and back). All in all, I have nothing negative to say about this place. It's a perfect stay for a couple looking to get a little R & R and explore the sights, sounds, tastes, and history of St. Augustine. We would definitely book here again. Thanks Gwen.

Nice home overall, a bit small, and questionable neighborhood. Miscommunication after checkout.

Inside of house is nice & well decorated. Backyard, however, isn't too appealing because 1) the neighboring houses are a bit too close to enjoy any privacy and 2) it isn't furnished with much, & the lawn needs more work done. Way too muddy to enjoy if there has been any rain. Also, the neighboring house to the left (in the pictures) is nice, but the house on the right does not look too nice. We arrived around midnight, and our 1st impression of the neighborhood wasn't too good. Some buildings looked dilapidated and others looked abandoned ("some," not all.) Once we pulled onto the street the house is on, we saw the run-down-looking museum, and there was also an intoxicated male on the street (this gave us an eerie feeling of the neighborhood at first). Not a good 1st impression. But again, it was dark and it was *one* suspicious individual. We tried not to judge the whole neighborhood by this single instance. We became a bit more comfortable in the area the longer we stayed. The neighbors to the left & right of the house seemed friendly. Gwen has done an excellent job furnishing the home with all the necessary day-to-day items (especially kitchen items). Everything we needed (like towels), she had (and extra of most things). Kudos to Gwen, as well, for all the refreshments she provided (i.e. water, snacks, AWESOME coffee setup). My only complaint about the kitchen is that a good amount of commonly used dishes were not clean (spoons, cups, etc.), so we had to wash many before using them. The house & streets are definitely smaller than modern American suburbs, which is understandable because it is an historical neighborhood. But, this did make the bedroom & bathroom feel a bit cramped up. The toilet is too close to the shower, but we managed because we are both pretty short people. If you're taller (6'0"+), however, you might find the home doable but uncomfortable. Lastly, we broke 1 of the chairs on accident the night before check-out & notified Gwen the following morning. She politely responded with possible solutions, and followed up saying that we would also be responsible for a scratch (reported by her cleaner) on the desk (we never used) - don't know if it's the same scratch on the right side of the desk from the posted pictures. We never received a response from Gwen after letting her know we didn't use the desk. We are glad we bought the protection plan for $59, instead of having to pay her a total of $500 for a chair and desk!

Cozy Cottage Getaway

The house itself was wonderful, but throw in friendly neighbors and an ideal location, it was truly perfect for a weekend getaway to St. Augustine! Not to mention it was within walking distance to delicious food and a short drive into town. Would recommend staying here if you want great accommodations and an ideal location!

Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful time visiting St. Augustine and staying at this lovely property. Very convenient to downtown and this home is super clean with many extra “special touches” such as welcome snacks with water, full size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath wash and hair dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked also. Very pleased with our stay here... thank you!

Loved the stay. Everything was very welcoming. Only one suggestion a mattress pad over the plastic cover would make the sheets stay in place better and not as warm. Very nice would stay again.
