Mother's Day weekend

Short stay, however it was a Great weekend for wife and mother in law which it was her 1st time at Hot Springs. Definitely will return for longer stay.

Great location with an awesome view of Lake Hamilton!

Clean with a great layout and plenty of room. Parking was available directly outside the front entrance. Easy access to the lake and pools. Boat rentals and marina are only a few minutes drive as well as grocery and liquor stores. Overall, one of the best rental experiences to date and will definitely do again.

Absolutely lovely

My husband, three kids, and aunt and uncle stayed in this beautiful townhouse during the eclipse. It was perfect. Bathrooms for every bedroom, lots of comfortable seating in several locations, a decently supplied kitchen, main level suite and zero stairs entrance, and an absolutely gorgeous view. Communication with the owner was prompt and polite. Only little quibble is the downstairs king mattress is a bit firm for my liking. The eclipse was breathtaking and this property was a wonderful place to experience such a memorable event.

Love the Lake

Quiet and peaceful even during Derby weekend. Having to wait until 4pm for a code when enroute of 3 to 5 hours and patchy cell service was not acceptable. Also, the tornado came during the check in time which delayed getting code.

Great location, fun town, perfect size for our group, owner very nice. Wasn't clean.

Nice facility and we liked our Unit. Bed linens not clean in one room, some dishes were dirty, TV remote in Family room had dried food on it. We did not call to complain-just re-washed things ourselves (a group of 6 mothers, LOL). When we checked out, we explained the cleanliness issues-the girl seemed appropriately concerned. In spite of the cleanliness issue, we would stay there again.

It was a wonderful place to stay for the view. But the cleanness was not up to par.

If you got to pay $120 for cleaning fees you should not have to clean your feet every 30 minutes in the bathtub cause they are black and sticky. And you have to strip beds and wash them along with towels. So they have plenty of time to mop. There was spiderwebs all over the balcony. You had to rewash all the dishes you used cause they were dirty. I clean rooms for a living this would be unacceptable were I work. One of the sliding door in the bed room did not work.

Great property right on the lake

We enjoyed our stay and loved the view of the lake and several beds. Only thing is it could use an exterminator. Several spiders. But I do know that being close to the water it's hard to control the bugs. Also 2 of the showered didn't work.

A great time was had by all!

We were very pleased with our condo and Lake Hamilton is wonderful! There is not a boat ramp on the property so it took a little while to find one. We finally went to the Fish Hatchery just a little over 2 miles away for the public ramp.

Weekend family trip

Lovely area, rooms were large and comfy. The electric grill was located on a small deck that did not have access to an electrical outlet (it was taped over) and when we moved it to another outlet, the grease catch tray spilled as it was full and had not been cleaned. Also the curtain rod over the window fell when we pulled back the curtain to that area and we found the screws were stripped out. None of these were big issues but certainly need to be fixed before the next rental.

Excellent Location and views!

What a great view of Lake Hamilton. The condo was extremely comfortable and well laid out. Roomy but cozy at the same time. The dining and family area are separated by a fireplace wall which made for lots of places for conversations. It was clean and well maintained with the lone exception of an oven that needed cleaning. We highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay here Oct 2020. Warm inviting home, beautiful view and even saw geese fly close.

Had everything we needed there. Older home that was updated. Loved the gray floor, hope they continue with the floor throughout the downstairs. Easy check in. Quiet neighborhood with boat rental nearby and a short drive to all places we wanted to visit.

Southshore is a very desirable neighborhood with prime real estate on the water. The Southshore neighborhood is a very safe gated complex. Guests are provided with entertainment at their fingertips while staying at Southshore, including access to a waterside pool and hot tub, and access to tennis courts. Each unit at Southshore has an immaculate view of beautiful Lake Hamilton and of the Ouachita Mountains. Guests have prime access to Lake Hamilton, as Southshore is located on a main area of Lake Hamilton. Southshore is beautiful, serene and very close to downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, Hot Springs National Park, all restaurants, shopping, and all that Hot Springs has to offer!
