Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in this rental property. We never had time to go to the pool or the common areas. We used the condo for sleeping and dinners. We spent our days at Sea World, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove. The condo was large and comfortable. It perfectly accommodated my husband and I, our two kids, and my parents who accompanied us. The rate was reasonable. The property was clean and spacious. I particularly liked that one bedroom was on the bottom floor and the other two were on the top floor and the common kitchen/living room were in the middle floor. It was easy for my parents to sleep and find quiet while we stayed up later on the top floor.

Would rent again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is just as in the pictures. The unit is in a good location within the complex - not too far of a walk to the pool and clubhouse. Everything was very clean with the exception of a chunk of toothpaste stuck to the wall of the downstairs bathroom. We did deal with some ants in the upstairs bathrooms and kitchen, but not bad enough to call maintenance. It was nice to have a Walgreens, Publix and a few food places within walking distance or short drive. I would not say it’s walking distance to the conference center, especially in August. The kitchen was nicely stocked with supplies, and there were plenty of towels, both bath and pool towels. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom could definitely be replaced. But the other two bedrooms seemed to be alright. The rental company was very easy to deal with and gave excellent information and easy to understand directions. Overall it was a very comfortable and clean rental in a great location. We would rent this unit again, as well as others in the complex. The whole facility was very nice, clean and well taken care of.
