Weekend getaway

The house was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy viewing the lake. It was off season so it was extremely quiet and peaceful. We attended an event at the Great Swamp Conservency which was just a short drive from where we were. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Even nicer that the pictures show - beautiful home!

We loved this stay! It is close to everything we wanted to see and do! The home is beautiful and was very clean and comfortable. The owner was easy to contact and fast to respond. The neighbors were also friendly! We will definitely look to book this home again the next time we visit! We loved it!

Quiet stay on the lake

Came in town for my mom's 90th birthday and this was a great place for peace and quiet on the lake. The house was perfect for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. Ate at some local places that were awesome too, Theodore's and the Roaming gnome. Will stay again.

Beautiful lakehouse

My husband and I, along with our dog, stayed here for a long weekend for an engagement party we attended. The property was beautiful and we’re already thinking about when we can return. Perfect home with everything you need whether you’re staying one night or one week. Waking up by the water each day doesn’t hurt either! Very quiet neighborhood as well. We will definitely be back!

A piece of paradise

This was our second year staying at this property. The owner is super attentive to everything we needed. It is so relaxing with waking up every morning with a beautiful view of the lake. I think our dogs were more relaxed than we were. Can't wait to come again. Neighbors are super nice also!

Girls weekend

It was so peaceful. We literally sat out on the deck and watched the water. We saw two Bald aeagles in the trees and plenty of ducks and geese. The house was very cozy.

LAKESIDE LITTLE GENM

We decided to rent this house in order to get a bit of ice fishing in, since it's been such a mild winter by us. Check in was super simple, the house was immaculate and nicely decorated and the house was very well appointment. We literally didn't need to bring anything with us, beside our food/drink. This house has two bedrooms and two baths and it was perfect for myself and my spouse, as well as a family friend. Even though the weather did not cooperate in regards to ice fishing, it was a fun play to stay and I would highly recommend it to a small group or family. The owner was pleasant and made herself available for any questions that needed answers. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxful piece of paradise

Wish we all could of stayed longer. So peaceful right by the lake. The dogs had a blast. Lynn was awesome answering all our questions. The firepit and jacuzzi tub was a plus. If your looking for a fun adventure, visit Green Lake not too far from the property. Beautiful area to walk, can even take your dog there. Wonderful family vacation. Must also visit Rise and Shine Restaurant. A must go if you love breakfast.

Beautiful home, gorgeous view!

Lynn has an absolutely lovely home and location. The house was very clean and she was quite accommodating in reference to my questions. The living area, deck, yard, and dock provided a comfortable environment, gorgeous view, and nice place to kick back, relax, and enjoy stay. The boat launch was only a few miles down the road which also made it convenient. Lynn's neighbors were friendly. The one bedroom is a bit smaller than anticipated but both rooms were well stocked with pillows, linens, and blankets. We are already thinking about when we can come back!

Nice quiet getaway

My wife, infant son and I really enjoyed our stay. Felt like we had the lake to ourselves all week- it was so quiet in the neighborhood! The house was just as described and just what we were looking for. Verona state park is a must do for anyone with kids and only 10 minutes away.

Quiet and relaxing

We have nothing but good things to say about this property. It was clean and adorable. The owner has fine taste and everything went very well. I wish the fish cooperated but that is not on her. We grilled and just enjoyed the lake. We did a bit of kayaking and the neighbors are very nice. The view of the lake was beautiful and we enjoyed the peace. The herons and the dive bomb birds were very fun to watch. Recommend if looking for quiet.

Great home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake House, it was well kept and cleaned. We all love it so much that we will definitely go back!! We asked for a late check out and Lynn offered us to stay later than our normal check out time! Lynn was great and responsive to texts & emails.

Lovely home!

This is a lovely small home with top of the line interior on the lake. I needed a place to call my own while I babysat my twin 9 month old grandsons in Syracuse and this fit the bill in everything I could have asked for- right down to the heated towel rack! Lynn was extremely easy to work with and available as questions came up.

Wonderful place

The house was perfect. Very clean and updated. Plenty of amenities to take advantage of and plenty of outdoor space right on the lake. Only negative is that it’s close to neighbors if you’re looking for a private getaway. But really a wonderful place and would love to return!

Better than advertised

We had a wonderful experience at the lake house. It was even better than advertised with lots of amenities and supplies. The host was communicative and every part of the process was easy. We plan to return.
