Diese Wohnung hat einen spektakulären Blick nach Westen über das 5. Fairway des Nicklaus Tournament Course in PGA West und die Santa Rosa Berge dahinter.

Mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und einem großen Familienzimmer ist ausreichend Platz für alle. 50-Zoll-4G-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss im Wohnzimmer. 50-Zoll-HD-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss und Billardtisch im Familien- / Spielzimmer. Highspeed-Internet in der gesamten Wohnung.

Das Haus bietet Platz für insgesamt 8 Personen in drei privaten Schlafzimmern und dem großen Familienzimmer mit Billardtisch.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Fernseher mit Kabel.

Perfect!!!

Wonderful stay at PGA West

This was our third trip to LaQuinta to escape the cold, and we very much enjoyed our stay at Joann's lovely unit at PGA West. It is in a great location, and has a very homey feel thanks to Joann's talent as an artist. The unit was spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of a game room with a pool table. Joann communicated well with us during our stay and was very welcoming. She responded quickly to questions and provided very helpful information. A couple minor suggestions that we think would add to a guest's experience at this wonderful unit. It would have been helpful to have a door opener or key pad entry to make access to the garage more convenient. Also, an umbrella table on the patio would be a real plus to make the patio more comfortable during the afternoon when the sun is setting in the west. We enjoyed our stay and Joann's hospitality very much.

Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band Concert

We came to the desert to see a big band jazz concert at McCallum Theatre in Palm Desert and to stay near to our brother’s home at PGA West. The condo was in the gated community and right on the golf course. It was perfect for all of us but had lots more room for another couple also. The view was beautiful and so quiet…wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely come back. Thanks so much!

Perfect home away from home

Beautiful condo overlooking the golf course and mountains. Peaceful but fun atmosphere. Perfect for our family of 4, as we were in the area visiting other friends. Pool nearby, everything was clean and accessible. Instructions were well written and easy to follow. Joann was available for all questions as they arose (there weren't many, as everything was well documented in the notebook upon arrival). Thank you, Joann, for a perfect getaway.

Excellent stay

We were there for the weekend and really enjoyed the property. The house was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was very close by and the unit also had pool accessories. The view of the golf course was great. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

CLEAN condo quick drive to Thermal Horse Show!!

Super nice property owners! Second/top floor condo with beautiful views of the PGA golf court. Two bedrooms have twin beds, so very flexible sleeping arrangements for larger families. Lots of nice touches like artwork on the walls, and washcloths for makeup removal. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful golf weekend!

Joanne and Doug were wonderful hosts. My friends and I appreciated all the appointments in their PGA West Condo. The bonus room with the big screen TV and pool table was a great addition, and added more competition and fun after our rounds of golf.

Clean & Spacious!

My family of 6 rented the property for my Husband's birthday getaway. Joann was very responsive with questions we had and very accommodating. The rooms were nicely spreaded a part. We enjoyed the pool table to the fullest and it was nice to have a TV in every room. And the swimming pool was a short walk away! 😊

Wonderful Place

My family and I had two wonderful weeks at Joann & Doug's condo in La Quinta. Their condo has a wonderful view with a cozy living room with lots of light, a porch with barbeque and outside table, comfortable beds, lots of TV's, a a game room with pool table and Xbox games galore. What not to like? Will definitely return

Doug and I have lived at PGA West in La Quinta for almost 5 years. We love sharing this beautiful area and community with all our guests.

I’m a visual artist. I exhibit at regional galleries and sell my wholesale products to gift shops nationwide. I worked for many years as an art teacher and gallery manager/exhibit designer. I bring these aesthetic skills to the design of the home to create a comfortable and inviting space that includes carefully chosen art and accessories.

Doug is a contractor and business owner of 2 successful flooring stores. He is an avid golfer and member of PGA West. He loves the active lifestyle of La Quinta for year-round golf and Mammoth Lakes for summer golf.

With 3 grown sons throughout California, and family across the US, travel is a major focus of our active life.

Our home at PGA West is just one mile away from the condo. We’ll enjoy meeting you and are available for questions or recommendations.
