Disappointed

I was very disappointed in this condo. First of all there was 7 of us and we left one towel each and one wash cloth. No dishwasher liquid and one dishwasher pod. We had issue with a cockroach in kitchen and it was very disgusting to see. They did come out and spray the next day. Had issues with air. When he showed up to look at it he just let himself in and didn’t even knock. The couch in picture isn’t what is in there and the one there is very uncomfortable and you can’t even sit on it.

Great Family Vacation

This is a great location, close to all of the local attractions while not being in the noise in the middle of the city. We used three of the 4 available bedrooms and slept two families totaling seven people very comfortably. The pool at the house is quite small, enough to cool off when needed, but the large resort pool that we had access to was fantastic; the kids loved it. In all, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to travel in a large group.

Enjoyed our stay will stay again

The property was nice enjoyed it will stay again had quick response from property manager only one request have a step stool for kids to reach the sink and stroller for baby . Walmart and other stores and restaurants were right in the area

Disney family trip

Kitchen and bathrooms and beds were great but the carpet was nasty. Needs to be replaced or area tiled. Then this house would be pretty perfect.

Convenient and easy to book

We were a party of 7 (5 adults and 2 Toddlers) vacationing in Florida specifically for Disney World. Home was clean and well equipped. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The baby gate for the stairs was provided. The kids loved the Disney themed bedroom! Property manager arranging everything was super understanding and flexible and even though we arrived at 11pm, we were able to check in smoothly. The clean pool after a long day at the Park was a huge bonus, (Definitely recommend this for those tired feet). Would definitely stay again next time we are in town.

We enjoyed our time however the property was very dirty. We found dirty paper towels, someone else's shirt, and other items. Also the tubs were not draining properly. That being said the management team did handle the things we told them about.

Lacked cleanliness

The Property wasn’t as clean as it should have been on the inside. It could definitely use a cleaning of the carpet, as well as the walls repainted.

Nice Stay but Poor Housekeeping

Our stay here was great. We loved the amenities in the neighborhood. The home itself was nice and provided us with what we needed. However, some housekeeping was needed, for example, walls were very dirty and need painting or cleaning, floors and carpet needed to be steamed, tubs/showers didn't appear very clean. PS I suggest purchasing the heated pool option

Will stay again!

This place was great! The communication was very fast with property manager, every message I sent was responded to in a very quick manner. The townhouse was great for 2 adults and five kids. The pool was a big hit and the resort pool was, too! Not a bad drive at all to Disney and close to shopping for the necessities for our stay. My only suggestion would be to have a step stool for the little ones in a bathroom because the counters are too high for them to reach. Otherwise, I would be happy to stay again. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and can't think of anything negative to say!

Great home with plenty of space for our 2 families, close to all the parks and shopping.

We really enjoyed this rental, that allowed us to spread out and relax. The drive to Disney was quick and easy and the kids loved the little pool as well as the big one. If we’re back to visit Disney we would definitely want to stay here again.
