Spacious property in a quiet location. Easy walk to the beach and short drive back to Normanville/Yankalilla for food etc. Be aware that guests must supply their own linen & towels as specified in the "rooms and beds details" link. It would be more readily visible if it was also mentioned in the "About this property" section that states "This stylish and relaxed beach house has everything you need ".

Excellent location, beautiful house

House is in a beautiful location and a step away from the beach. The layout of the house is very practical, quality equipments. Check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend booking.

Gorgeous winter's getaway

A perfectly located shack with a very well equipped kitchen made an ideal winter's getaway. With heating in the lounge room and electric blankets on all beds, it made for a really cosy little shack. The rumpus room would be great for summer, with table tennis and other board games supplied. Donna was a fabulous host who was very easy to communicate with, with great recommendations and details of the stay. Thank you!

Cool house to stay with the family, close to the beautiful Carrakalinga beach.

Beautiful place, a short walk to the beach with views of the ocean. Great to stay with kids with games and table tennis table. Beautiful bathrooms and well appointed kitchen with dishwasher. Beautiful attention to the overall style of the house and furnishings. We loved our stay.

Great weekender

Really good space, with lots of areas to relax and enjoy. Bathrooms and bedrooms clean and spacious. Kitchen well serviced. Nice outdoor space with BBQ and outdoor seating. Great detached games/family room.

Perfect house with luxury features and good value

This house was absolutely the best we have stayed in 4 years of holidays in Carrickalinga . It’s a short walk to the beach , the kitchen is really well equipped, fridge is a great size and plenty of storage for food . The kitchen and dining area is spacious and has a pura tap- if you have stayed in Carrickalinga you would know the water is an acquired taste !It was a treat to have an on suite with the best shower I have ever had and really comfortable beds. The house is laid out well and very stylish with some mid century modern furniture and a super comfy lounge. We have a large family and were never on top of each other . The outside dining space has a canopy of grape vines and a gorgeous palm tree that naturally shaded the paved area . There was a separate games room with a view that held numerous family table tennis challenges. The owners of the home are really great communicators and very hospitable. I recommend hiring linen , this just makes coming home so much easier without having to launder a stack of sheets and towels. We had such a great time, this house has it all, we will definitely stay again and are counting down until it’s summer holidays again!
