• Getaway und amüsieren Sie sich! Unsere komplett eingerichtete Seekabine eignet sich für alle Arten von Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Genießen Sie die Sonne am Ufer des Sees, angeln Sie vom Dock oder schwimmen Sie und spielen Sie direkt vom Grundstück aus im Wasser.
• Unsere Hütte liegt direkt am wunderschönen Rock Dam Lake und in der Nähe der ATV / Snowmobile Trails von Clark County. Ihre Freizeitbeschäftigungen sind endlos. Angeln, schwimmen, Paddelbrett, Kajak, Kanu, Boot oder Jet-Ski am See. Ein schöner Strand und ein Kinderspielplatz sind weniger als eine Meile entfernt. Fahren Sie mit dem ATV direkt von der Unterkunft zu den Wanderwegen. Wenn Sie eine Nacht verbringen möchten, gibt es zwei Tavernen, die auf der anderen Seite des Sees Speisen anbieten.
• Zu den ruhigeren Aktivitäten zählen das Ansehen einer DVD, das Spielen von Brettspielen, Karten, Yahtzee oder Dominos aus unserer Sammlung von Spielen und Videos, das Lesen eines Buches oder das Entspannen am Lagerfeuer und der Sonnenuntergang.
• Unsere 1.680 Quadratmeter große Kabine bietet das ganze Jahr über 3 Schlafzimmer, ein und ein ½ Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine große Wohnküche mit Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine / Trockner in der angrenzenden Waschküche. Ebenfalls enthalten sind Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck, Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Bring einfach dein Essen mit!
• Neillsville, Hatfield und Augusta liegen 30 Minuten entfernt. Black River Falls erreichen Sie in 45 Minuten. Eau Claire und Chippewa Falls sind eine Stunde entfernt.

Batchelor weekend

Overall pretty happy with our stay. Great view, very clean cabin in a great location. The only bad thing i would have to say is the cabin did not have as many beds as i thought it did. My two friends slept on a chair and couch. Other than that we had a great time and would do it again.

Great Lake house!

We had an amazing time at this lake house! We kayaked on the lake (owner was kind enough to let us use their equipment), swam, had a campfire, and enjoyed watching movies and playing games inside. Thank you again! I love that there are two bathrooms as well!

The place was beautiful, very clean. Just wish the yard would have been a bit cleaned up more, lots of long grass and over grown trees by the dock . Other than that we had a great stay!

Clean, homey & comfortable

This cabin was a real pleasure. The setting was lovely and quiet. Our family of five adults had plenty of room. The whole place was spotless and comfortable inside and out. We had plenty to keep us entertained. The hosts were generous with supplies provided and gracious with allowing access to canoes/kayaks. We'd be delighted to visit again. Thank you!

Beautiful Cabin

Pictures do not do the cabin justice! We loved the kitchen island and when in doors spent most of our time there. Our stay was during the week, so the lake was quiet and peaceful. It was getting quite busy by the time we left on Saturday (4th of July weekend), but this gave us a chance to meet the neighbors, and everyone was most pleasant. After reading some of the other reviews I will add our thoughts: 1) the MINIMAL cleaning that is requested is simply picking up after yourself...something we all should do anyway. 2) the cleaning fee...please consider this cost may be to help cover the cost of all the "little items" that are provided...toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, propane, etc. Ernie was most responsive any time we needed to reach out and the cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed. When they say all that is needed is your food and clothing they are not kidding. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our entire experience and are already thinking of a winter get-a-way at the cabin!

Unplugged

We love it here. This is our second time staying at this cabin. My young adult kids love it and love being unplugged. In the woods, on the lake, fishing, ATVing, playing games. EnJOYing all that nature has to offer. The place is beautiful, cozy, warm and inviting.

Spacious & Simple, Comfy cabin!

Great cabin on Rock Dam Lake set in a quiet little bay. Super comfy beds, tons of seating and space in doors, nice little fire pit, and 2 bathrooms (we were really excited about this)!! Very clean dock and a little sand beach area. Games, DVDs, and a smart TV in case it rains. Ernie & Deb do a great job of keeping the property clean and ready to go. We really appreciated the time away!

It could have been great…

I booked this house with a friend so we could visit with another friend nearby. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. Sitting out in the back while watching the sun set on the lake was beautiful! Our stay was during the late fall and there are plenty of games to play and movies to watch during inclement weather. The was only one downside, but it was pretty huge. Upon turning on the faucet, we discovered that the water had a strong odor. After letting it run for a bit, the odor was somewhat diminished. However, if you even placed your hand in it for a second, your skin would have this horrible, overpowering rust smell. It was absolutely awful ! There is a sign on the refrigerator door saying the water/ice lines are not connected, so there was zero water available to drink. We used our bottled water to brush our teeth or make coffee and left the house to do any laundry or shower. If I hadn’t had my friend’s house available nearby, I don’t know what we would’ve done. I’ve been using well water pretty much my whole life and have never experienced anything like this…

Great cozy cabin with lots of room

The cabin sits in a neighborhood (of other cabins), so if you want privacy this may not be your place, but everything else is great. The kitchen is large with a huge island and dining room table for large families. The living room is very cozy with a great view of the lake. The bathrooms and bedrooms are also nice sizes plus full-sized washer and dryer. The beds and all other furniture are comfortable. We drove to Neilsville (about 30-40 minutes) to hike at the Levis Mound Trail, which was amazing. Then we ate at the Wildcat Inn which had great service and food. The cabin was a great retreat to relax, eat and enjoy being away.

Very nice cabin on the lake. We came on motorcycles and had no problem with roads and parking all 4 of them. Cabin was clean and well stocked. Communication with owner was great, can't wait to come back again! Thank you

Family Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the cabin. Thank you, Ernie, for making this a memorable weekend for us with our stay at your beautiful cabin. We made fun memories around the fire with lots of laughs and s'mores! The lake view is beautiful and we enjoyed the water and the kayaks. Great vacation house for family

I stayed here with my family and we all enjoyed ourselves. We loved the lake and the ease of entering the water to use kayaks, canoes and or to swim. Water was warm, and the weather was perfect. We loved the fire pit and the sunsets were amazing..

Clean property and relaxing

Our family enjoyed all the activities provided at this property. We originally went for the four wheeling trails but one of four wheelers broke on day 2. No wifi or phone reception the kids actually didn’t complain with all the boards games provided and dvds. We went kayaking for the first time and this will definitely become a new family activity. The neighbors and their dogs were very friendly. We will definitely cherish the memories made here Thank you!!!

Our property is right on the lake in a quiet little bay with a small sandy beach area steps from the cabin. Swim in the small sandy area next to the dock or fish from shore. The view from the cabin to the lake can be experienced from the dining room, kitchen snack bar and living room and is nothing short of exceptional.
