Charmantes, sonnendurchflutetes freistehendes Haus in bester Lage im begehrten West End von Ptown! Dieses Haus wurde 1850 erbaut und verfügt über einen großen privaten Garten. Dieses geräumige Haus wurde 2018 von oben nach unten renoviert! Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Kathedrale, Holzbalkendecken, einen Gaskamin und eine Reihe von Doppeltüren, die zum schönen, großen Garten führen. Alle 3 Bäder wurden komplett renoviert und sind auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik.
Der neu gestaltete Garten verfügt über 2 separate Terrassenbereiche aus Blaustein zum Speisen und Entspannen. Es gibt einen Esstisch für bis zu 8 Personen und einen separaten Wohn- / Sitzbereich. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Grill und eine Außendusche.
Die offene Küche verfügt über neue Geräte aus Edelstahl und ist komplett ausgestattet. Das sonnige und luftige Obergeschoss verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, beide mit neuen geräumigen Bädern mit exzellentem Stauraum, hohen Decken und Oberlichtern. Das 3. Schlafzimmer und 3. Bad befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Alle Schlafzimmer haben super bequeme Kingsize-Betten und Flachbildfernseher. Das Haus verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage mit separaten Reglern für jedes Zimmer, antiken Kiefernböden, Kabel / WLAN, Sonos Sound System und Fußbodenheizung in den Bädern. Parkplatz für bis zu 2 kleine bis mittelgroße Autos.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Straße im historischen West End von Provincetown, einem Teil der Stadt, der näher am Strand von Herring Cove liegt. Es ist nur 2 Blocks vom Relish Bakery & Sandwich Shop an der Commercial St Waterfront, 5 Gehminuten vom Mussel Beach Gym und einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Boatslip entfernt. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand und überall in der Stadt!

Great PTown Getaway - perfect!

Beautiful home! Great location! Fabulous outdoor space! All three bedrooms have a king sized bed (hard to find in PTown) and parking for two cars! What else can you ask for? Our family had a terrific stay and hope to book again. Home is within walking distance to all West End favorite spots!

Perfect Ptown Stay

Drew's home exceeded our expectations in every way, from the smooth check-in to the stress-free check-out. The house itself is ideal for 3 couples, with beautiful shared spaces and 3 large and well-appointed bedrooms/baths. The garden is very large and immaculately groomed. The attention to detail inside and out is spectacular. Located in a quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes walk to the action. Highly recommend!

Great stay

We had a great time at Drew’s place. It’s a great location in a quiet area not far from the main strip. We had a group of 6 stay in the house which had plenty of space and an amazing patio to hang out with a larger group. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Slice of Heaven

Wow! This is the perfect space for a small group/ family or a couple. My husband and I invited our adult girls for a couple of days during our stay and everyone can hardly wait to go back. The house has bathrooms for each bedroom which is so nice on a vacation. The property is also just the perfect blend of comfort and luxury and modern amenities with traditional charm. The kitchen was more than well appointed and had everything we could need. We cooked in easily one night and had fun taking the short walk to town for breakfast and other meals out. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and adds so much additional space for socializing and relaxing. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better we tried the outdoor shower in the backyard! HEAVEN! Beaches are a short run away and we were mesmerized by the wildlife. We had a lovely week and will be returning!

I had a fantastic experience with this VRBO stay. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the check-in process a breeze. The house itself was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect – nestled in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to everything I needed. Being able to walk or ride a bike to nearby attractions made exploring the area a delightful experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Lovely home and location

My friends and I had an excellent stay at this beautiful home. The listing description is definitely accurate. The home is newly renovated so the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area are all very clean, bright, and in excellent condition. We particularly liked how well the bathrooms are appointed with modern showers and vanities. The garden is the largest of any private home I've seen in Ptown. It's well-maintained with a nice variety of plants and shrubs. We'll definitely stay here again.

Greatest rental in P-town!

This has been my favorite rental in P-town. The accommodations were top notch and the location couldn’t be better. Each bedroom had a king size bed and its own, beautiful bathroom… hard to find in this town. We loved using the beautiful outdoor space for meals and cocktails. I didn’t need to reach out, as we had no issues, but the hosts were easy to contact.

Peaceful Property in P'town

Drew and Alan's home is charming and has a truly gorgeous garden where we spent a lot of time during out stay. The neighborhood is one of our favorites in Provincetown - quiet and breezy with a lot of lovely trees. Our hosts created a wonderful "welcome book" that provided a great orientation to the property and things to do (plenty!) in town. Even our rainy days were fun - playing games in front of the fire and cooking together in the well-appointed kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

Can I Give It 6 Stars??

Just returned from a week-long stay in September 2020. The house and location cannot be beat. The house and yard were spotless. The messages with the owners were clear and extremely helpful. They recommended restaurants and activities that we loved. Dinner at Sal's and the sunsets at Herring Cove were unforgettable. Our group was a married couple and adult daughter. We wanted a place where we could all do our own thing and not be bound by sharing one car. We rode bikes to the beach, walked to town, read in the backyard, went shopping at Stop&Shop 5 minutes away. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. At night when it was chilly, we'd open the back sliders, play jazz on the Sonos speaker, turn on the gas fire and toast to a beautiful night in a beautiful home!

Lovely house in historic Provincetown

House was recently renovated and is in very good condition. Has great outdoor space with an eating area and a separate seating area which is very nice to relax in. Location is an easy 15 minute walk from downtown and all of it's restaurants and activities. Well equipped furnishings in great condition. Owners were always available and good to deal with. Overall a great place to stay.

Hidden luxury in Ptown

I have been going to Ptown with a group of friends for the past 6 years (combination of summers and Halloween), and I can easily say this has been our favorite place to stay. The house itself is perfect – comfortable, plenty of space for relaxing, and very thoughtfully designed. Some highlights include the gas fireplace, the super comfortable king-sized beds, the bathrooms (complete with heated floors) and the extremely spacious outdoor space. The house is also in a great location - super close to Relish (one of my favorite breakfast spots) and an easy walk to tea and town. I hope to definitely stay here again in the future!

My New Annual Spot!

This property hit all my buttons. Perfect location, massive outdoor space, outdoor shower, nice new grill (that we didn't use thanks to hurricane Dorian), KING beds, A/C, full baths for each room, parking... it's got it all. This is a newly renovated old home. It's basically the perfect Ptown experience.

Provincetown has the perfect combination of beach and historic Americana combined with a vibrant town filled with restaurants, interesting shops, art galleries and great nightlife. We fell in love with the house immediately when we saw it. We loved the idea of having the privacy of a freestanding historic house with a garden. We felt the location is perfect-- just a short walk to the heart of town and easy access to beaches.

We completely renovated the house to the standards we would want for ourselves when we use the house. The house is sun filled and guests will find they are happy to spend time at the house whether it is inside or enjoying being outside in the garden!
