Perfect house and location

We were in town for a nearby soccer tournament and this house was perfect- clean, nice, had everything we needed. Location was great- near everything- restaurants, shops and fields. Highly recommend!

Nice stay in Naples

Positive stay, comfy home. Location is excellent, 5-10 min walk from Vanderbilt Beach, close to Mercato and grocery stores (Walmart and Publix). Communication was excellent, owners were highly responsive. Internet speed was strong -- good for teleworking and multiple devices. The pool is a real highlight. Would book again.

Christmas vacation

We rented two homes in Naples Park for our large family (and grandkids). This home was tastefully appointed and a perfect size. The home owner helped us directly with one issue which was easily corrected. We enjoyed our experience here and would definitely use this home again in the future when we come back to Naples.

Lovely Naples Beach Home

This is a lovely and clean home located within a short driving distance of beautiful beaches, and all the stores and restaurants one could ask for. The home is tastefully decorated with a beach vibe, and has everything needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen is updated, clean, and well-stocked. The owner has plenty of beach items, including chairs, umbrellas, bikes and toys. The bathrooms are cute, updated and have wonderful water pressure! Our family enjoyed the stunning new pool the most, and the sunshelf was perfect for our toddler. Definitely would come back here if we visited again!

Great weather and great location.

The property was located in a great neighborhood. Close to the beach and stores. However the property we stayed at was a different story. The house did not have items that we needed. When we got there the garbage was overflowing. There was no garbage bags. The washer and dryer did not work properly. The garage was a mess. The umbrella for the ocean was broke. Food found under the coffee table. Working with Meghan was a wonderful experience though 👍

The home was perfect for our needs. The house is super cute and although we did not use pool it’s beautiful. Megan and Ross are truely amazing hosts. The communication was excellent. Best hidden gem in Naples!

Last weekend my family and I travelled on a weekend getaway to the city of Naples, we wanted to be near the beach and stay in a place that would provide us with everything we needed to have a worry-free mini-vacation. We got all this and more under one place, Meghan's beach house! From the location, decoration to the most recent additions such as the pool and the kitchen, they make it a comfortable and cozy place. Meghan continues to make renovations to the place to make it even more pleasant for guests, soon new guests will be able to enjoy completely remodeled bathrooms and laundry room! I highly recommend this place! We will surely be coming back to make more family memories!

It’s perfect!

This house is perfect for a family get away or a girls trip! It has it all! It’s beautiful and well stocked with everything you need such as beach towels, and chairs in case you want to hit the beach which is only a 5 min drive away by car. It had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was great! It’s right around the corner from The Mercato which has great nightlife, and places to eat. Also the host definitely deserves 5 stars! She was quick to answer and so kind as well as accommodating. We’re definitely grateful we found this gem!

Spring break 2022

Family of 4 - mom dad and two teens had a wonderful time in Naples , due largely because of our booking with Meghan and her property. Great location to beach, great recommendations and beautiful new salt water pool. We would highly recommend to others!!
