Wir bieten zu vermieten unsere 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer sehr private Westeinfassung Kabine und Gästekabine am Roy Lake in Nisswa MN. Roy ist ein sehr sauberer und wunderschöner 350 Hektar großer See und ist Teil der 15.000 Hektar großen Gull Lake Chain für endlose Bootsfahrten und Spaß! Dies ist die perfekte Immobilie für Familien mit einem komplett renovierten Anwesen mit einem Queen-Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und einem Badezimmer. Das Obergeschoss bietet ein Loft mit Seeblick und einem Futon in voller Größe, der zu einem großen Schlafzimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten und einem eigenen Bad führt. 10 Meter von der Hauptkabine finden Sie die Gästekabine, die ebenfalls mit einem TV- / Wohnbereich, Etagenbetten und einem privaten Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und einem weiteren Vollbad umgebaut wurde. Die Außenseite bietet eine Mischung aus Sonne und Schatten, ein neues großes Seedeck und viele Sitzgelegenheiten rund um die Feuerstelle. Es gibt einen schönen Sandstrand, ein Badefloß, ein Dock, ein Kajak und ein Paddelboot. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Bucht in Richtung Westen für großartige Sonnenuntergänge und ausgedehnte Nachmittage. Fangen Sie Fische direkt vom Dock, während Sie mit Ihrer Familie zu Besuch sind und beobachten Sie die Kinder beim Schwimmen!

Roy Lake Retreat
My family stayed at the Roy Lake Retreat and it was so much fun! The beach was so clean and sandy the kids could play in the sand, swim and go down the water slide. The cabin was clean and accommodating. We will definitely be back! Of all the VRBOs we have stayed at, this was the most swimming the kids did. We were close to Nisswa so it was easy to run to and from the shops. There was plenty of space for our group of 10. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the Nissan area! The property exceeded our expectations. The main cabin was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Having additional guest cabin provided plenty of space for our family. Easy access to the lake with amazing sunsets! Great location to shops and restaurants. Beyond expectations!
Tim’s vacation spot was beyond our expectations! The house and guest cabin were clean and just right for space for 4 adults and 4 kids, the land around the property was beautiful and spacious for playing, relaxing and having fires, and the lake area is wonderful—I’ve never seen lake water as clear as it was around the dock at this place! The water was shallow enough for kids to play freely and adults to float and fish! Tim was great to work with, flexible and helpful! We’ll be back!!

Lake Roy Relaxation
We had a very relaxing stay at the Lake Roy Property. Adults and a teenage had a great amount of space to relax and enjoy the great weather. We brought our bikes and were able to ride to downtown Nisswa and get on the trail, it was easy access to the trail. The property was beautiful and well taken care of. The front deck is the place to be to catch some sun, listen to the trees and loons playing in the bay. Very relaxing.

Perfect long weekend
This cabin was even better than expected! It was perfect for a multi-generational long weekend away from the cities. The main cabin was more than enough space for my spouse and I and our 1 year old (also very child-friendly!), and the guest bunk was a great way for grandma to have some quiet, relaxing space to herself. Both were very clean and stayed cool even on 80+ degree days. The property included everything we needed from kitchen supplies to water toys, and even a baby gate. Location was amazing, with picture perfect sunsets looking over the lake from the fire pit and a huge well kept yard for our son to crawl around in all day. It was a super quick trip into town for groceries when needed, and so many restaurants and activities within a short drive (although we hardly ever left). We definitely hope to come back and stay here every year!

Even better than advertised!!!
I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property! Tons of space for a group/family to spread out, fun water toys and a super clean beach/lake, picturesque view of the lake and sunsets, lots of gathering space indoor and out, and absolutely everything you need to feel all the comforts of home! Tim is very accommodating and absolutely fantastic to deal with! He happened to be out of town during the early part of our stay, but he made sure we had everything we needed, and his caretaker checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok too. There is a nearby grocery store, gas station, and liquor store, among all of the other nearby restaurants and activities. Our group ranged from 4 years old up to 63, and EVERYONE had a blast! We all wished we had more time to spend there, and we would absolutely go back!

Great up north cabin experience
Had a great time with the family up in Nisswa! This cabin was everything we were looking for. Down by the dock the water is shallow enough for the kids to walk around and play in the water and it’s so clear! We caught fish off the dock and out on the lake. There is a sand bar not too far away that we went to each day to hang out. Cabin was very cute and was a perfect size for our family. We had 6 adults and two kids. We used the guest house as well.

Great place and location
There were 5 adults, 3 teens and 3 babies that stayed here for a mom/girls trip. The cabin had everything we needed along with a great deck facing the lake for the beautiful fall weather on Friday. Location is great being close to Nisswa and Baxter for shopping and eating out. Owner gave us a late check out to extend our short weekend on Sunday for a small fee… perfect ending to a great weekend to be lazy a Sunday morning . Fix breakfast and more visiting . We would recommend this place. Plenty of room with the guest cabin for this many needing beds. Nancy M

We had a great time, we found that staying here was more reasonable as we wanted to stay at GVL.
We found it easily, and loved the views and house. We didn't want to mess up the guest house and all wanted to stay in the house (7) of us. We doubled up in the beds. but we found we had to spit up next night as we had a couple of us who had no sleep due to snores. :( so it was so nice to have the guest house. We played games and went shopping in Nissaw. We came back and had a fire it was a perfect night for fire. Almost a full moon. Saw a couple deer and bunnies. It really was a good time just wish the time wouldn't go so fast. I would definitely recommend this VRBO. The owner was always available to answer any questions. Great place. :)

This property is truly unique due to its privacy and location. There are not a lot of lake properties that can say you have such privacy on both sides while sitting in the yard facing the lake. All while on 3 acres and across the road from a golf course!
