Some of the communication with this company was great and the first day they were helpful and offered complimentary early check-in as one of our guests arrived earlier than the others. Beyond that, this is the worst place I have ever stayed. The house was filthy, every bed frame, floor trim, light switch, doors, ceilings etc. Every surface dirty. We reached out and sent pictures to the company and they brought us cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. We reserved this listing with 8 women. We were told there would be 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and that wasn’t true. I have NEVER heard of having to provide your own toilet paper as a guest in a house. The bathroom had cockroaches which I understand are very common but also not something you want to find in your shower. The patio furniture was filthy, there was a piece of trim or something that had come off the wall. Beds were mostly clean but at that point we didn’t want to look too close. Every single plate had dried up food on it. We had to wash the plates silverware and glasses before we used them. The towels smelled like they had sat in a washing machine for days before being dried. There was some sort of sticky something on the art frames in the master room and all over the mantle. The back yard is a mess just like the house. Crumbling pool deck, pavers, and gravel. Pool was too cold to use. No fire pit. No games. Front entrance is very dimly lit. The pictures are very deceiving and not what you get. Disgusting

Nice stay!

Great, spacious home! We rented this for a bachelorette party and it was great! So so cute and spacious. I wish they had some of the essentials like extra dishwasher soap, cooking spray or oil, etc. Beds were comfy! We all got a little warm at night. Would stay here again.

Find another place-there is a lot of good ones out there, don’t settle

This place looks cute in the pictures and price was great, but would not recommend!!! Floors were dirty and cleaning was just meh on arrival. The double bunk bed room with the cute chairs to get ready in is an add on room. That wasn’t advertised. Why that is important is it’s NOT with the normal AC, it has a wall unit. The wall unit could not keep up with the hot hot days and so that room was unusable. We tried to at least use it to get ready and couldn’t due to the hot nature of the room. They really need to do something about that. The showers look nice in picts but the floors are uneven, there is no inserts or caddy to put your toiletries. That was just annoying. They also really need to install a fan to the back patio. Those hot Arizona days!!! It would’ve been nice to have a little airflow. But definitely the worst thing about this place is how they’re looking to get extra $$ from you after you depart. I was notified a week after we left that I was being charged $65 for a couple of towels that got “ruined”. After seeing picts of the “damage” my friends and I died laughing. There was a couple makeup spots on a couple towels. White, crappy, hotel towels (not even the soft luxuries kind) that could totally have been bleached and been fine and that are definitely not $65!!!! That was just unacceptable and disgusting to receive a ridiculous charge like that. Just book another place! There’s so many really cute affordable rentals out there. Save yourself the trouble!

The house has great bedding and bathrooms, that is what we all needed. It was clean. The customer service employees are extremely polite and professional. The house has the bare minimum, no spices (not even salt and pepper), oil. No games. The pots and pans need to be changed. We rented the house during the holiday season and i don't think their quality check before we checked in

Not as expected

Our trip didn't go as well as we had planned. We traveled during an extreme heat wave. Upon arriving, the air was set to 80 degrees, all blinds left open and all lights on in the house. The house did not cool down until the next morning, it was pretty miserable to sleep. The air has a harder time keeping up with the hot temps during the day too. One room with bunk beds is a converted garage and stayed warmer than the other rooms. The house has a musty smell that did not go away. The cleanliness of the house was a disappointment. There was hair in the shower in one bathroom and hair in the sink in another. It appears the rugs have not been vacuumed. On our second day there, we woke up to find two cockroaches in the family room and found little black bugs on the bunk room beds. We ended up leaving the house early to check into a hotel. After contacting the management company to notify them of our departure, they expressed we should have notified them earlier to fix the problems. Frankly, not sure how they could fix the bug and air problem during our stay and even if they did we were over the house. As for the cleanliness, perhaps they need to check their properties more often because for the price I expect to stay in a clean, sanitized house and it was obvious a sub par cleaning job was done. We also booked the house because the pool looked nice, Upon arrival the pool was cloudy. We ended up not using it but by the third day, it cleared up possibly by a visit from their pool man. Some of these issues could be forgiven and overlooked but a dirty house and bug problems are unacceptable in my eyes.

Girls Bachelorette Trip

I had booked this house for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The entire trip was centered around the properties pool and the “pool party” theme we had for the weekend. Several hours before check in, I received a message that the pool was green and would not be usable for our entire stay. We were given the option to receive a full refund and book another property, or stay at the house with a 50% refund. Because of our large party (15 people) it was impossible to find another rental property to house us that weekend(within our budget). We opted for the 50% refund since we had no choice and everyone was flying in from Minnesota and Missouri that day. It was obviously unsightly so it wasn’t a situation where we could hang out around the pool and just not use it. The upkeep around the pool was also poor. It almost looked as if the pool hadn’t been opened for the season (based on the filter appearance) which is what some of the house guests that own pools believed. We asked if the pool could be fixed ASAP during our stay and maybe only miss a day of the pool. But it was explained that the pool could not be drained while the house was occupied. There was a fence around it, so I wish it would have been a mutual understanding that we would stay away from the pool as long as that meant it could get fixed faster. So no pool the entire stay. In terms of location, it was about 10-15 minutes from everywhere we ended up going. So that was nice at least. It did sleep our large group comfortably. But again we didn’t all fly to Scottsdale to hang out inside of a house. I would have been able to give a better review if we were able to use the main amenity this property offered.

The home was clean and ready for our Sunday afternoon checking. The host responded promptly to a concern with the pool vacuum not being connected by text with directions on how to reconnect it ourselves. They also sent a professional clean out to steam clean the outdoor furniture that was extremely dirty on Monday afternoon. We enjoyed our short stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to access from the backyard pool where we spent our afternoons. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out in the four bedrooms. Our kids loved the bunk room with its own TV.

We were looking for a VRBO around the Old Town area and close to our son, daughter-in-law and new grandson’s home. This home met all of our needs and we will be booking here throughout the year. The cleaning service did a nice job and we were able to check in 1/2 hr. early. Thank you!!

SHOCKING DISAPPOINTMENT on our first full day and night

Check in was at 4:00 pm and arrived shortly thereafter. This house was marketed as a recently remodeled house. Once inside we did a quick tour of the house. At first glance it looked 'okay'. But then we began to notice some problems: 1. When we turned the kitchen faucet on we found it had no spray head on it resulting in a high pressure direct stream of water shooting into the sink spraying water all over the counter top. We found the sprayhead and put it on, however, when running the water the entire flexible hose line leaked like a rain shower leaving water all over the counter top. 2. After and hour or so unsuccessfully attempting to use the wifi using the codes the PM provided we called the PM and found out they had given us the wrong password. 3. The glass globes in the light fixture over the dining room table were filthy and the fixture was at an odd angle. This fixture along with the ceiling fan in the living room were NOT SECURELY FASTENED and could be rotated easily by hand. 4. The worst was the upholstered furniture which was ALL stained very badly. The couch especially looked like furniture that should be going to the dump. It was not comfortable sitting on it when assuming the worst for how the stains may have gotten there. One of the back cushions for the couch even had the stuffing all falling out giving it the appearance of a rat's nest. 5. Outlets in the 2 of the bedrooms did not work. 6. The hinges at the washer/dryer cabinet were falling apart. 7. No wash clothes or dish towels were provided. 8. The workmanship on the remodel was amateur at best. After our arrival the list of problems grew and a call was made to the PM to request alternate housing & we were informed nothing was available. This house just felt dirty creating an environment that was impossible to feel comfortable in. Having exhausted all alternatives we left for a late dinner, then stopped to buy some supplies including face clothes & dish towels and returned later that night. In the morning we talked to the PM and they assured us they would come by to deal with what they could. All we wanted to do was to have a comfortable place to stay. I will say that the PM was very good to deal with and by early afternoon they did provide covers for the furniture and new rugs for the floors. We wanted credit for one nights stay to waive the damage deposit for the inconvenience. They offered $250. We tolerated the reminder of the stay. NOT ACCEPTABLE and NOT HAPPY.

Golf Weekend

Had a great weekend. The house was clean and had plenty of space. The weather was cold over the weekend so we didn’t get a chance to use the pool. But the back yard area is really nice. Everything worked in the house except the kitchen sink faucet head was missing luckily there is a second sink in the kitchen so it wasn’t much of a problem.

Excellent place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of parking, close to so many things, clean, awesome pool! The two smaller bedrooms could use ceiling fans for air flow, but not bad. Kids room was perfect! Wished the check out time was noon, an extra hour would help a lot. But I understand having to get the home ready for the 4 o’clock check in.

The house was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. We grilled and had a great time in the pool. I wish the backyard had better lighting for night swimming. Other than that, it was perfect for us. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with lots of space. Nice area. Unfortunately, the check in time is not until 4:00. We felt like that was pretty late. Most are between 2:00-3:00. We had to leave 2 days early due to travel concerns with Covid-19. Management did not offer any small credit or refund. That would have been a nice gesture.

1. CITY NOISE ORDINANCE: The Rental Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The city has a strict noise ordinance. No loud noises, music, or loud vehicles are allowed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am Guests agree not to undertake any activities that interfere with their neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their property. Guests agree to fully comply with local noise regulations and to use common sense in keeping the noise volume low after dark. Any enforcement actions by local law enforcement and/or homeowners association are at the Guests' sole risk and expense. If we receive information about excessive noise, GoodNight Stay LLC has the right to evict guest and all occupants immediately and charge the guest $1,500 with no refund for the balance of the remaining reservation. Guest's family and guests shall at all times maintain order in the Premises and at all places on the Premises, and shall not make or permit any loud or improper noises, or otherwise disturb other residents. Noise level must be kept to a minimum after 10pm some daytime hours may apply to this rule. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Premises for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Premises.
2. TERMS OF USE: The Premises shall be used and occupied solely by Guest, exclusively, as a private single family dwelling, and no part of the Premises shall be used at any time during the term of this Agreement by Guest for the purpose of carrying on any business, profession, or trade of any kind, or for any purpose other than as a private single-family dwelling. Guest shall not allow any other person, to use or occupy the Premises without first obtaining Owner's written consent to such use. Guest shall comply with any and all laws, ordinances, rules and orders of any and all governmental or quasi-governmental authorities affecting the cleanliness, use, occupancy and preservation of the Premises. All of our rentals are in residential areas and may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or for gatherings beyond the registered number of guests unless approved in writing by GoodNight Stay LLC. Any disruptive events could, at GoodNight Stay LLC's discretion, result in the eviction and forfeiture of entire rental amount and security deposit.
a) Subletting Prohibited: Guest may not assign this Agreement, nor sub-let, nor grant any license to use the Premises, or any part thereof, without the prior written GoodNight Stay LLC's express written consent, which may be withheld in its sole discretion. An assignment, sub-letting or license without the prior written consent of GoodNight Stay LLC, or an assignment or sub-letting by operation of law shall be absolutely null and void, and shall, at GoodNight Stay LLC's option, terminate this Agreement.
b) As mentioned above; weddings or events are not allowed at this home
House Parties/Large Gatherings/For profit events: House parties and large gatherings, selling tickets or charging a fee for guests who are otherwise strangers to the hosting guests are prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement, and Guest's immediate removal.
The Premises is provided in “as is/sight unseen” condition. GoodNight Stay LLC shall use reasonable effort to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Premises, such as, but not limited to, Internet access, satellite or cable TV access, spas, pools, and fireplaces, as applicable. The Premises is individually owned and furnished. GoodNight Stay LLC makes a sincere effort to accommodate its guests, but no refunds or adjustments will be made in the event that Guest determines that the decor or furnishings are unacceptable to their unique tastes and preferences.
a) Maintenance: In the event of equipment, appliances, or utilities' malfunction during Guest's stay, GoodNight Stay LLC will expedite repairs. Guest should call GoodNight Stay LLC as soon as it becomes aware of any problem – most issues can be taken care of quickly.
b) Property or Guest Amenities: All efforts will be made to accommodate property amenities or guest amenities which are expressly advertised or offered in writing. However, under no circumstances can GoodNight Stay LLC guarantee or warrant any one property amenity or guest amenity. Please report any issues with property amenities or guest amenities immediately to our office.
c) Utilities: No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, satellite, or telephone service. Utility service outages should be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. In the event an outage cannot be restored, GoodNight Stay LLC has the right to substitute rental properties (see Right to Change Rental Assignments below) for the remainder of the reservation or until the utilities are fully restored, whichever occurs first, if availability permits.
3. NO SMOKING: SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN, OR WITHIN 25 FEET OF THE RENTAL PROPERTY. THIS INCLUDES USE OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA and ADULT USE (RECREATIONAL) MARIJUANA. Evidence of smoking in or near the Rental Property will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional cleaning fees being charged to the Security Deposit Credit Card(s).
a) No smoking, vaping or chewing tobacco products are permitted to be used on the property. Smoking is only allowed outside on the patios and yards. An automatic $500 charge against the Guest's credit card or booking platform will be accessed if it is determined that anyone smoked inside the Premises. GoodNight Stay LLC will have the final determining authority with respect to all aspects of this provision of the Agreement.
b) ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: No illegal substances are allowed in the Rental Property, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol. Violations will result in eviction from the Rental Property and no refunds will be issued. All occupants must abide by all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances affecting the Premises, including, without limitation to, the use or possession of illegal drugs and substances.
c) FIREARMS, EXPLOSIVES AND FIREWORKS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE RENTAL PROPERTY.
4. CRIME-FREE PROVISIONS: Guest, occupants, family, invitees, or other persons under the Guest's control shall not engage in or facilitate: (i) any acts involving imminent or actual serious property damage as defined by law; (ii) any criminal activity, including drug-related criminal activity, any act of violence or threats of violence, other illegal activity, including prostitution, criminal street gang activity, threatening or intimidating, unlawful discharge of firearms, or assault; (iii) jeopardize the health, safety and welfare of guests, GoodNight Stay LLC or its representatives, agents or others. VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION SHALL CONSTITUTE A MATERIAL AND IRREPARABLE VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND GOOD CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE CANCELATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND SURRENDER OF POSSESSION.
5. NO COMMERCIAL USE. Guest agrees to comply with any and all rules and regulations that are at any time posted on the Rental Property or delivered to Guest. Guest shall not, and shall ensure that Guest and licensees of Guest shall not: (i) disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with other Guests of the building in which the Rental Property is located or its neighbors; (ii) use the Rental Property for any commercial or unlawful purpose including, but not limited to, using, manufacturing, selling, storing, or transporting illicit drugs or other contraband; (iii) violate any law or ordinance; or (iv) commit waste or nuisance on or about the Rental Property. Commercial vehicles and food trucks are strictly prohibited from parking on site or parking at the home
No Tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, or disturbing neighbors. Please make sure you are comfortable with our Terms, as they are strictly enforced.
6. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: In the event Guest should fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in addition to any other remedies we may have, including, but not limited to immediate eviction without refund, Guest hereby expressly agrees to additional charges for violation of the following restrictions:
• Extra Garbage - $35 Per Bag
• Excessively Dirty Premises - $500
• Excessive Noise - $500
• Displaced Furniture - $100 per piece
• Unregistered Pet - $1,000
• Unauthorized Late Check-Out - $100 per 30 minutes (for up to 4 hours after which the Holdover provisions of HOLDOVER section of this Agreement shall apply)
• Local Ordinance Violation - $500 + City Fine to owner
• Broken Glass Around the Pool - $500 + pool technician's invoice
• Indoor Smoking (of any kind) - $500
Guest expressly agrees to have any appropriate charges for violations charged to the credit card provided by Guest in connection with this Reservation.
7. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVERAGE, CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS, AND HOME COMPLIANCE INSTRUCTIONS: Our properties are inspected before and after each reservation.
GoodNight Stay LLC charges guests a non-refundable Accidental Damage Coverage fee for all reservations. This fee ranges from $25 to $99 and covers up to $1,500 in self-reported damages. Please refer to the listing for the specific coverage amount.
The sleeping capacity for this Rental Property is limited to the number of beds provided, twin beds sleep 1 guest; double, queen and king beds sleep 2 guests each. This particular Rental Property can sleep up to the number of guests determined accordingly. Extra guests beyond the maximum sleeping capacity are not allowed without the expressed written permission in advance by GoodNight Stay LLC. Often, extra sleeping capacity is not possible at this Rental Property.
Each additional guest exceeding the maximum sleeping capacity for this Rental Property will incur a charge of $50 per guest, per night past the standard occupancy of the home and will be charged to the credit card provided. No smoking, or parties of any kind are allowed at this Rental Property. GoodNight Stay LLC has weekly home inspections performed by a third-party inspector for this Rental Property, so we can keep system operating correctly, discover mechanical failures, and help keep the Rental Property in great condition for guests and owners. Sometimes, these inspections fall on dates the Rental Property is occupied. If this inspection falls on a date of your rental, the renter agrees to allow the home compliance inspectors to perform the inspection, which generally takes 30 minutes, between 9AM to 5PM. 24-hour notice will be given if an inspector is coming out. It's also helpful if the renter can inform the inspector of any issues or things not working correctly so they can be addressed or fixed immediately.
8. RESERVATIONS: All Reservations are subject to Management and Property Owner approval. Online rates are subject to change without notice. Should there be ANY issues with the reservation, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
9. PROPERTY: Guest rents, for vacation purposes only, the furnished Rental.
10. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM on arrival date. This time may be delayed should unforeseen circumstances arise. Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM on the departure date. Early Check-in and Late Check-Out options are available for an additional fee if available. If Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out is approved, you will receive written confirmation from GoodNight Stay LLC.
11. PAYMENTS: ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. GoodNight Stay LLC requires 50% of the reservation total to be paid at the time of booking. The remaining amount (50%) is due 30-days prior to arrival. If GoodNight Stay LLC is the Merchant of Record, we will auto-draft any payments that are overdue.
12. CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS: If Guest books directly with GoodNight Stay LLC (on GoodNight Stays Official Website), Guests can cancel 60-days prior to arrival for a full refund. Any cancellations less than 60-days are non-refundable. All cases for compensation will be reviewed and determined within 5 – 7 business days. Cases for compensation must be submitted in writing to GoodNight Stay no later than 24-hours after Our standard check-out time (11am local time). GoodNight Stay reserves the right to deny any and all compensation requests.
13. RESERVATION CHANGES: Subject to availability and at the then prevailing rate. GoodNight Stay LLC reserves the right to offer discounts only at our discretion. If guest needs to change a reservation and reduce number of nights for their reservation, they will need to contact GoodNight Stay LLC as soon as possible. Reservation modifications can only be made according to the Guest's cancellation policy (refer to your booking platform for specific information). If the change request is less than the minimum night stay the reservation change request will not be approved. If reservation is within 60 days of check in, a change request will not be approved.
14. UNAVAILABILITY: For any reason beyond the control of Management, the Rental Property becomes unavailable, Management may substitute a comparable unit or cancel this Agreement and refund in full all payments made by Guest.
15. STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE: The city has a strict noise ordinance that must be followed. No loud noises, music, or loud vehicles are allowed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. If we receive information about excessive noise, GoodNight Stay LLC has the right to evict guest and all occupants immediately and charge the guest $500 with no refund for the balance of the remaining reservation. Excessive noise restrictions may also be enforced during daylight hours.
16. APPROVED GUESTS AND USE: The Rental Property are for the sole use as a personal vacation residence by Approved Guests. Reserving Guest is responsible for any guests that use the Rental Property during the term of this agreement. Guest may not exceed Max Occupancy for Property at any time. If the Rental Property are used, in any way, by more than max allowed guests, (i) Guest and all others may be required to immediately leave the Rental Property or be removed from the Rental Property; (ii) Guest is in breach of this Agreement; and (iii) Guest forfeits its right to return of any monies collected.
17. OCCUPANCY: Approved Guests are persons who will occupy the Rental Property. No unlawful activity or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is permitted on the Rental Property. Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items, and any damages to the Property of any kind.

18. CLEANING: The Rental Property will be delivered to Guest in a professionally cleaned condition. Upon termination of occupancy, GoodNight Stay LLC will arrange for a professional cleaning service to clean the Rental Property. Guest is responsible for cost of this cleaning and this fee is built into the booking. Cleaning fee is mandatory and nonrefundable. Should Guest have excessive trash and activity that require more than a regular cleaning service, Guest will be charged for associated excess costs. Guest authorizes GoodNight Stay LLC to charge card on file or submit a payment request for any excessive cleaning that is required at check- out for the additional cleaning and trash removal.
19. PETS: Not all rental properties permit pets. Pets are allowed only if authorized in advance (check listing details). If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the Rental Property, Guest authorizes GoodNight Stay LLC to charge the card on file for additional cleaning fee of $500 and/or may be asked to leave without refund as Guest will be in breach of this Agreement. If a pet is approved (under 35 lbs.), Guest will be charged $100 per pet during the stay. Should approved pet have caused damage or loss to any item in the home, GoodNight Stay LLC reserves the right to charge the guest's card on file or submit payment request for prompt payment to recover any lost or damaged items. Guest agrees to settle payment immediately.
20. NO SMOKING: No smoking is allowed on the Rental Property. This includes medical marijuana and adult use (recreational) marijuana. If smoking does occur on the Rental Property, (i) Guest authorizes GoodNight Stay LLC to charge Guest an additional cleaning fee of $500.00. (ii) Guest is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors and removal of debris; (iii) Guests may be required to immediately leave the Rental Property, or be removed from the Rental Property; (iv) Guest is in material breach of this Agreement.
21. CONDITION OF PREMISES: Guest understands that the accommodation is a privately owned dwelling with the Owner's furnishings and neither GoodNight Stay LLC, nor the Owner shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings or equipment beyond what is advertised. The condition and furnishings will vary in each home according to the owner's taste. All properties or units are equipped for housekeeping with dishes, cookware, silverware and glasses. Guest shall, on arrival, examine the Rental Property, all furniture, furnishings, appliances, fixtures and landscaping, if any, and shall immediately report, in writing, if any are not in operating condition or are in disrepair. Reporting repairs does not give Guest the right to cancel this Agreement or receive a refund of any payments made.
22. LOST ITEMS OR LEFT ITEMS: Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. Any items not claimed for longer than 15 days, may be donated, sold, or discarded.
23. SHIPPING POLICY: You may ship directly to the home that you are staying in using FedEx or UPS while you are in the home, however we cannot guarantee delivery or security of the package. This will be up to the shipping client and the shipping receiver to arrange. We highly suggest renting a PO Box for any guests staying long term who will need to receive mail.
24. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: No guests in excess of the maximum occupancy specified in the rental agreement shall occupy the Rental Property. Breach of this will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement with a forfeiture of the entire rental amounts and or security deposit (if any).
25. NO PARTIES: All of our rentals are in residential areas and may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or large gatherings unless approved in writing by GoodNight Stay LLC. Any disruptive events could result in the eviction and forfeiture of entire rental amount and security deposit.
26. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol. Violations will result in
