Beautiful Condo!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It’s just as pictured and came with everything we needed. I especially loved the air fryer! There’s even a buffet table with wine and drinking glasses. Loved having access to a broom and vacuum to keep it clean throughout the stay. Any questions or concerns were immediately answered by Nancy who was wonderful to us throughout the entire stay and leading up to our arrival. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Condo

This condo is located on the West side of Panama City Beach so the traffic wasn’t as bad and the beach wasn’t quite as crowded. It is the only condo for a little bit with some houses on either side, so the beach wasn’t as crowded as lots of places. There are Public beach accesses on either side, but they wouldn’t let anyone set up tents in front of the beach chairs, so that helped out a lot. We loved that the beach chairs were included with the rental of this condo and that the balcony was deep! The deep balcony allowed for storage of sandy items and it was nice to be able to eat outside at the table while listening to the waves. Even as a family of 5 this condo was large enough that we all had plenty of space. The laundry room is right as you enter the condo and was large enough to store our wagon, which was nice to keep from getting sand all in the condo. The drying rack with clothes pins on the balcony was also very useful. Nancy was extremely communicative and easy to work with. Our only “complaint” was that the parking garage is extremely tight making it hard to make turns in a larger vehicle, but it was doable. All in all, we loved our stay here and can’t wait to go back!

Condo was perfect! Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 Children. Condo was well equipped, clean, and as pictured. Communication from host was great! Will be back for future stay!!

It was our first time visiting Panama City beach and I’m glad we rented this condo! It was perfect. The view was amazing and it was easy to get from the condo straight to the beach. Especially with a 1 and 4 year old. Condo looked just like the pictures and we loved it! Will definitely be booking again when we come back.

Great Beach View in 23 story building

The good: The condo was clean and updated as in the pictures. That balcony was huge with a great ocean front view and it has a table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Everything worked as it should on the inside. The bad: The maximum capacity at the the pool is I believe 35 is what the sign said.

Best Condo we’ve ever

We had a great stay. It is one of the best condo’s we’ve ever stayed in. The condo is cute, clean, and well maintained. We saw a ton of wildlife from the balcony. The Property Owner provides great customer service. We will definitely stay here again.

We will be back!!!!

I’m very picky about where we stay at on vacation and Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Nancy was very responsive and quick. Their condo is extremely nice and is as described. Our kids loved the games inside the condo. Cleanliness was A++. We had all we needed from trash bags, to ice, to washer detergent and dryer sheets, etc. The air fryer was a major plus as we have small kids. If you don’t book here, you are missing out. Kid friendly, adult friendly. Everything you needed was nearby. We made sure to tidy up as best as we could to keep their condo clean. I look forward to booking with you guys again.

Wonderful!

My favorite parts were sleeping with only the screen doors shut to the sound of the waves, the assigned spot in the parking garage, and the easy, short walk to both the parking spot and the beach.

Highly Recommend!!

We were very impressed with all aspects of our visit on this property. Some of the little things that made a big impact were things like a couple laundry pods sitting near the washer for our use, the included amenities like beach chair/umbrella on the beach, and hand soap at each of the sinks. Nancy, the property owner, did a wonderful job with communication leading up to the trip (and provided contacts to us in the event anything went wrong during the week we were there) since she was able to also be on a trip out of the country. We highly recommend this particular property and owner to work with!!

Awesome place

The place was absolutely perfect!! Very clean, loved the view from the balcony. Unfortunately I became sick after 12 hours of being there, didn't get to enjoy our trip, the owner was very nice in offering a credit for when we come back!!

We’ll maintained condo with amazing beach view

Beautiful condo with all the amenities we needed for our week stay. The owners checked in with me prior to visit and made sure we had everything we needed. The view from balcony was breath taking and being right in the beach was super convenient. Only downside was having to wait in line every morning to secure beach lounges, but other than that, it was great! Highly recommended!!!

We LOVED our stay here! Beautiful view of the gulf, good location - close enough in to the main PCB area without being close enough to be crowded, thoughtful decoration and a well furnished kitchen. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed.

Owner called me a few days before our stay to make sure we she answered any questions and make us comfortable for our stay. The condo was clean, looked like pictures and decorated with a fun beach theme. Owner available anytime we needed. Loved that chairs & umbrella included in the stay. Kitchen even had a small slow cooker that I noticed the day I was leaving, but that is quite handy for a day at the beach and come back in for dinner already done. I have zero complaints. Only thing I noticed from amenities listing is we didn’t see any beach towels (brought our own) or extra chairs available to bring to beach. (Unless the lounging chairs on patio were what they meant). We didn’t need them or the towels so didn’t effect our trip at all. ONLY mentioning so you can double check before your trip if your require those things.

We will be back!!

We loved this condo so much and was the nicest we have stayed in at PCB so far!! It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel very comfortable during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and we really loved having an air fryer to use. The view is outstanding and we sat on the balcony every single day at some point. There is a table and chairs for meals and also two very comfortable lounge chairs. The pool was very nice -- it has an indoor and outdoor section -- and was never overly crowded. Our favorite part was being able to walk outside and right onto the beach! The beach attendants were very helpful and will set up two chairs and an umbrella during your stay when you go down to the beach. Bring a flashlight to look for ghost crabs on the beach after dark! Communication with the property owner was great. They are very responsive and were able to address the small concerns we had during our stay quickly and efficiently. We really loved staying at this property. So much so that we added an extra day of vacation!

Jim and I live in the Midwest. We have 5 children, two grandsons and a large extended family. Jim and I had been looking for a place that our family would love to visit. Our daughter in law's parents who live full time next door at EmeraldIsle convinced us to come down and look at 1703. We knew this was the place for us! This unit had never been rented so, we started with a blank canvas. With much love and attention, we have put together what we believe is a wonderful vacation home. We also own VRBO 957664 that allows for large family gatherings when both condos are booked!

Jim and I love, of course, THE VIEWS and that the beach is only an elevator ride away! We also feel that the floor plan is optimal, rooms spacious and ready for guests. We love the location of Tropic Winds, the underbuilding designated parking and that this condo is on a quiet part of the beach but is close to all of the fun in Panama City Beach and nearby areas.

We fell in love with the views from our balcony and could sit and watch the beach all day! For those of you who can't leave technology behind, we have secure, high speed internet capable for movie streaming to our 3 smart Samsung TV's and bandwidth to allow coverage for multiple phones/tablets/gaming systems. Our kitchen contains all that you need to prepare a simple or gourmet dinner. We also have covered, under the building parking near the elevators.
