Spacious and comfortable

We all enjoyed our stay in this comfy house. Our group of 8 ladies had plenty of space to spread our things, rest well & hit the road for a short trip to the Ark Encounter every day for the Women's Conference.

Great Location & Comfortable

We can recommend the “Roomy Ranch” to anyone…especially if they are visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum! The house is nicely decorated and comfortable, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there is an ample supply of towels and washcloths. The hosts are quick to respond and the visit was wonderful!

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful stay in this home during our trip to the Ark Encounter! Upon arrival, we all commented on how spacious it was and how clean and updated it was. We had a total of 10 people in our group, including two young children, and we had plenty of room. The home had everything that we would need - towels, bedding, kitchenware, etc. The location was very convenient to the Ark, restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. It is close to the main highway so we used a white noise machine for our little one to drown out any road noise at night, but it didn't seem to bother him at all. The check-in and check-out process was easy to follow and the owners were in contact with us during the stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone and would definitely stay here again ourselves. Thank you for sharing a wonderful, clean, and spacious home with us.

Stuff. Family Vacation

We flew into Cinn. and wanted to stop at the Ark, forty min. from Cinn. on our way to Pigeon Forge. This was a great stop over point, was comfortable and relaxing. We had breakfast at "The Bean" and dinner at "La Rosa's Pizza" much more than pizza and both very good. The Ark is very impressive and worth the visit, give yourself a day to enjoy it all We spent two nights. Went for a walk in the neighbor hood in the morning before our four hour drive to Dollywood. Thanks for letting us stay.

Awesome Experience!

We stayed at this house in order to attend an Ark Conference and have a small vacation. Everything was just as we needed: simple, convenient, clean, nicely decorated, and a responsive host. Would recommend this experience without question.

Prime location

This was a great spot for our famiy to get together. It was half way from those of us traveling from New England & those from Texas. Very nice neighborhood & close by stores/restaurants. It was also very close to the Ark Encounter, & not to far from the Creation Museum.

House was alright smell was awful.

We stayed one week to visit local attractions. House was decent, a lot of supplies already there which was wonderful. We didnt have to worry about bringing extra supplies. Back bedrooms were freezing but did have space heaters in the closet. House was clean however had a sewerage smell the entire stay, progressively got worse especially in the laundry/bathroom.

We had a great stay! This property is in a great location. Clean and close to a Walmart and places to eat. We enjoyed the card games and other games left by the owner. Beds were comfortable for most. Thanks for a wonderful trip.

We took our 1st trip to Kentucky to visit the Ark and Creation Museum and WOW! It was such a pleasure to stay at this residence. The hosts truly paid attention to all the needed details of the home and made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxed. We throughly enjoyed the abundance of sleeping accommodations, towels, linens and fully stocked kitchen. The home was CLEAN -but not so perfect that we felt uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked really well-which was a big relief for those in the party who were not accustomed to the 90 degree weather. We specifically selected this location due to the handicap accessibility-no stairs. So if you have anyone who prefers a 1 level location-this is for you!! Very easy to enter the home and get where you need to be. The location was perfect- 5 minutes to get to Walmart for any necessities and then a short 18 min drive to get to the Ark! We would 100% recommend.

We loved our stay! It was easily accessible with the key pad. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. We were immediately greeted with a homey and comfortable atmosphere. Everything was thought of from plenty of extra pillows and blankets to board games and cookware and a high chair was already out for us. The rooms were really well designed and the beds were all soft and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit area and the children lived playing in the yard and even found a little patch of black raspberries to snack from. The large dining table to spend quality time together as a family playing games and eating meals. Thank you so much for the lovely experience ! Our only cons were that we wish there had been firewood for our fire or a contact point of somewhere we could get some as we had a hard time finding it to make s'mores.

Golden Girls Adventure

We are a group of friends who love adventure. We wanted to go to The Ark Encounter. We rented this home for the weekend. It was perfect. Comfortable beds. Nice coffee bar. Plenty of room for 7 ladies. Nice patio with a fire pit to spend the evening relaxing. Very close to The Ark. The kitchen was well stocked stocked. Plenty of towells and blankets. A great place to stay.

we have stayed here before, that's why we came back, loved it the first time. Plenty of sleeping room, eating room, needed more room in the livingroom, didn't get to build our fire pit-got it ready but it rained. Went to the Ark and International Race Horse Museum, shopping was close by too. Altogether an awesome adventure and time together

We fell in love with this property because of it's proximity to all Dry Ridge and Williamstown has to offer. Including ARK Encounter and the Creation Museum. We loved that it didn't have any steps and allows for a comfortable stay for up to 12 people!
