Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche für eine hausgemachte Mahlzeit nach einem langen Tag beim Skifahren oder Radfahren, sowie viele Sitzgelegenheiten am Esstisch.

Im Hauptschlafzimmer gibt es ein Kingsize-Bett sowie einen Fernseher und das Badezimmer befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt sogar ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für die Kinder oder zusätzliche Gäste. Der Summit-Komplex bietet hervorragende Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Außenpool sowie 6 Whirlpools, 4 Saunen und 3 Grillbereiche im gesamten Komplex, ein Fitnesscenter und Tennisplätze. Eine Tiefgarage in der Tiefgarage vermeidet das Schaufeln an diesen verschneiten Tagen.

Alle Mammoth Sierra-Gäste erhalten kostenfreien vollen Zugang zum Snowcreek Athletic Club, um Einrichtungen wie einen beheizten Innenpool, Dampfsauna, ein voll ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, Yoga, Pilates- und Fahrradstudio und vieles mehr zu genießen. Reviewer Comments: My son and I decided to come up to Mammoth on a spur-of-the-moment powder hunt in mid-March and because we used to own a condo in the Summit Condos, I knew the location was great, but didn't want to break the bank. We used to rent our place out using Mammoth Reservations, so I knew they were a first-class operation. Everything was great- reasonable price, great location, easy check-in/check-out, and the condo was ideal for my son and I. I'd highly recommend Mammoth Reservations. The fees are cheaper than VRBO too!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The realtor was accommodating by providing extra towels. Kitchen lacked bread knife, vegetable peeler, or a can opener that worked. They did accommodate my request for the can opener. Only one kitchen towel provided. Guess most people must not cook. Bathroom sink drained slow. Things like this should be checked by the cleaning people. We liked being close to Eagle Lodge and the condo was clean. Our bed was comfortable. Heating was good. Hot tub was a nice addition.

The navigation brought us to the complex but we couldn't find our unit or garage. We called the emergency number listed (twice) but no one got back to us.We finally found the unit and also found other people in the same situation. The apartment was fine just some minor things not working (light in the bathroom) Other then that we loved the fact the unit was literally 100 yards away from the lifts.

Overall the place is great.However the Bed needs fixing or new frame it moves if you breathe or make the slightest move it hits the wall and no one sleeps. Could really use a punch code door vs keyed. You have to wait until check in to get your keys which makes it hard if you are skiing and need to drive in the snow to grab your keys.

Property appeared to be clean and well maintained. Satisfied with the rental company.

Context is Important

For the price point, and with many other variables considered, I believe this is a very good value. I have rented several condos in this complex over the past 15+years. Some were original "as-built" and some were very nicely updated and modern. And the rates typically reflect that. This unit is as advertised. A bit "rustic", but clean and the bed was very comfy at the end of a hard days skiing. The location near Eagle Chair is my favorite in Mammoth.

This property is on the second floor with no elevator. We were told the tennis courts were available, but they were under repair. The furniture is old and uncomfortable, though the bed was fine. The porch is too small to sit on and enjoy. But if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep, this is fine.

Perfect location and very clean

This place is perfect for one couple and 2 teenagers. It has been renewed recently, it’s very clean and perfectly located 5min walking distance from the lift. The only issue might the neighbors if they are noisy, sound isolation is poor.
