Holiday with friends

Great condo. Very large and roomy. Very clean. Manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Pool and hot tub were nice. Would have liked to have had beach towels to use and a map of the facility to know where the basketball courts were. It also would have been nice to have the air hockey included and not have to pay for that. We would highly recommend Windsor Hills and our condo!

Everything was perfect

Only complaint is that the air condition was right outside the bedroom window and we heard it all night. The room was awesome only thing missing was a clock. Lol I guess if you are on vacation you don't need a clock.

Love this gated community!

A wonderful property and close to Disney. Easy booking and communication. The only things we noticed were small: one of the blinds in LR did not work and the light over the stove was out. Also, we were disappointed in the dishes and silverware - they were cheap, and the coffee pot is outdated and difficult to operate. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Stayed at Windsor for our Disney trip

This was an ideal resort to stay at and still be able to quickly and easily get to the Disney parks. We enjoyed the pool on our rest days. The condo overall was nice, just a few things we noticed. The living room couches and dining room table/chairs really need updated. The bath towels are very thin and small. It’s great that the condo is on the first floor…very nice when coming and going! It was a great stay and we would definitely come back to Windsor hills if ever in the area again.

Absolutely wonderful!!!

Loved that this was a downstairs unit, very clean and cozy, comfy beds, close to the pool and game room, Disney World only minutes away, would 110% rent this property again!!!

Great location close to the pool

This was a great place very close to the pool. The closest we have ever stayed to Disney. I love that we were able park our car in front of the condo and easily unload our bags. Ground floor is amazing. The master bed have an extremely firm Matterass which we liked. The other king bed was very soft so a good option pending what you like. The only negative was that the tvs in bedrooms were tiny I’m pretty sure maybe 19 inch. Great place we will rent again. The pool area is amazing for families!! We had a great time.

Great Location

This property was conveniently located to Disney parks. Bottom floor unit made it easy to come and go with luggage. Unit was close to pool and clubhouse. Small market had slushy beverages with alcohol. Also offered hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza. Walmart, restaurants, drug stores, gas nearby. Quite a bit of traffic on the 192 in the evening. The condo could use some new towels. Beds were a little too firm for our liking . Plenty of kitchen dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans. A Keurig coffee maker would be a nice addition.

Close to Disney world

The pool, water slides, and hot tub was awesome. Location is within 5 mins of the animal kingdom. Walmart is a block away. The condo was clean and everything you need to enjoy your time is provided.

2nd Stay At Windsor Hills

This was our second stay at Windsor Hills. We love the location and property. Pool is awesome. We had issues with connecting to the WiFi and cable. Property manager was able to correct in 2 days. All in all a great place to stay!

Terrible Experience

We had a terrible experience and lost out on vacation time and had to move to 2 different places within the property as original place that we booked didn't have water. We were moved from our original condo due to unavailability of water, plumber detected some water heater issues and seems the supply was shut off. After moving us to a temp location, we were emailed/called next day to move again as the owner of the house had double booked. Cops showed up next day at 6am courtesy of owner spying on us via home security cam, unaware that property management company has put us in his house for weekend. Then we moved in a second house which had dirty kitchen, trash under beds, filthy pool only to know that there was nothing else that they could do besides refunding us the entire amount. We then moved on to a different location as both the property management company and VRBO were no help in resolving. Needless to say we have cases logged with vrbo, since we lost out on at least 2 days of vacation time.

Good place to relax.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was in our room. I also liked the large bathrooms. The twin beds were a little small for my sons 6'+ friend he brought though. We had lots of fun at the pools.

Loved staying here for our Disney Vacay

We stayed here for 13 days and it was great. So close to everything. Parks, stores and restaurants. The condo fit my family perfect, loved the kitchen this way we didn't have to eat out all the time, the washing and drying machines were a must with a family of 6, and the pool was great. We had a very good time.
