And it comes with one parking spot and believe me its hard to find a place with parking and free laundry in Waikiki at this price point. This is a great 30 day rental!!

No beach mats, chairs or umbrella are in the suite. The biggest issue for us was that there was no comfortable seating. Two disparate wooden chairs both of which were very uncomfortable. I ended up using a folding beach chair which was more comfortable. A loveseat would be a welcome addition to the room.

We were mostly disappointed because there was no beach furniture as advertised, and no comfortable place to sit inside. The kitchen had everything we needed for light meals. The staff was polite and responsive. It served our needs for the price because we were staying a long time. The location was good, close to the beach, the zoo and the aquarium and bus stops.

Lots of road noise even at night. All in all a clean,comfortable decently priced condo on a busy road only 4 blocks from the beach.

I stayed at this condos many times and this is the worst it’s been. Drive didn’t work had to contact them twice to do something about it. And at night we had 2 roaches on separate occasions interesting how when we didn’t leave the doors opened and we stayed on the 3rd floor. After this time I don’t think I will be staying there anymore

Beautiful Location

We had a fantastic time at this property for our wedding! Less than a 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach and local restaurants. The apartment was very clean, and bright which we loved. There's no elevator, so you will have to carry the luggage upstairs. Great management, answered questions promptly.

Eh... pics are not accurate

The location was good, place was pretty well stocked, but the condo itself is in need of many repairs. Nothing that really inhibited our stay, but broken outlets, broken and missing tiles on the baseboards, missing plug cover... things that should be replaced or fixed before guests arrive. There was plenty of space in the condo, but the laundry facilities were being worked on and were unavailable. Photos depict a bright, cheery space, but it didn’t look like that. No carpet, no bright blankets, etc...

My only grips are the laundry was not working while we were there so if that's something you need I would call ahead. Its a nice place for adults or older children. One of the outlets close to the floor is missing its cover so I would not recommend the place for people with small children. It is up three flights of stairs so keep that in mind while you are packing. There is only one air conditioner in the dinning room so its a little difficult to keep the bedroom cool. All in all Hawaii is about getting out and exploring and the lower price on this accommodation allowed us to do that.

We would stay here again. There is just one suggestion we have. It would be great to have a holder in the shower for soap and shampoo.

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were two adults and two children, age 7 and 9, for six nights. Easy check in, sentral location and the apartment was nice. It’s not the biggest place for four people, but for us it was no problem. We were out all day anyway. Remember to book a parkingspace at the same time you book the apartement.

Convenient location at a responsible price!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was so close to the strip and Waikiki beach. We only had to walk a couple blocks (5 minutes) and we were at the beach, shopping, and lots of beautiful shops. Great location without breaking the bank. Air conditioner didn't work upon arrival, but when we returned the next day after some beach time we were quite happy it had been fixed, and our room was nice and cool. Loved the app they sent once we made reservation. So helpful on directions, places to eat, things to do and what condo included. We used their app every day. I wish all the places we rent from did this. We also paid for the parking spot, which was very convenient, but quite tight.
