Formal als Villa Nr. 30 bekannt, heißt unsere Familie Sie willkommen, um an unserem Lebenstraum teilzuhaben und unser Stück Himmel zu genießen. Die Vorbesitzer haben ihre Gäste fast 10 Jahre lang bedient und dabei mehr als 95 begeisterte Bewertungen ihrer Gäste eingefangen. Wir planen nicht, diese Erfolgskette zu ändern. Wir sind bestrebt, die Gäste der Villa # 30 wie unsere Vorgänger zu betreuen. Im Einklang mit unserem italienischen Erbe begrüßen wir alle ehemaligen und neuen Gäste im neu benannten "Bella Vista", weil Sie wirklich keine schönere Aussicht vor Ihrer Haustür sehen werden.

Perfekt am Ufer des Elizabeth Harbour gelegen, nur wenige Schritte von der Eingangstür entfernt, macht Bella Vista seinem Namen "Beautiful View" alle Ehre. Das Hotel liegt im Palm Bay Beach Club @ The Hideaways. Die Gäste genießen den Komfort eines Resort-Lebens in Ihrem eigenen privaten Rückzugsort. Unser Immobilienverwalter Wade holt Ihnen gerne ein paar Lebensmittel für Ihren Urlaub. Die Gäste würden bei der Ankunft einfach Wade für abgeholte Lebensmittel bezahlen. Wir liefern Wasser, Seifen, Starterpaket Waschmittel und einige Toilettenartikel.

Das große (fast 700 Quadratmeter große) Gerät bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 4 Personen mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner sowie 2 bequemen Liegestühlen, um den Sonnenaufgang jeden Morgen zu genießen.

Amazing Stay in Exuma – Highly Recommend!

Our stay at this Vrbo rental in Exuma was absolutely fantastic! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The direct view from the condo was breathtaking—we loved waking up to the stunning ocean scenery every day.The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-equipped place to stay in Exuma!

Can't Wait to Go Back!

We have stayed at the Hideaways property previously and really like the amenities. The cottages vary in terms of their comfort and supplies and Bella Vista is the absolute best. We really appreciated the chairs and umbrella and the stocked kitchen. The views are unbeatable - you can see the ocean from the bed. The owners have great communication in advance of arrival and made everything easy for us. We can't wait to go back to Bella Vista or the owners' other beachfront cottage.

Wonderful stay in Paradise

Had an amazing week in Exuma staying in this perfect unit right on the beach. The place was immaculate and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. This beautiful property is 100% as advertised. Prior to booking Bella Vista, I read the description and reviews and I'm happy to say BV is truly a gem. The unit is updated and fully stocked; the view from the unit is gorgeous and the location on Exuma is outstanding as well. Michael and Roseann are wonderful and really do treat you like family. They were extremely helpful before, during and even after our stay! They went above and beyond to make our first visit to Exuma a memorable one. We hope to come back to Bella Vista or Bella Vista Breeze for a future stay

Amazing property with stunning views

This property-and the service from the owner was well beyond 5 stars. It was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and then some. Kudo's to the housekeeping staff, the place was spotless. Thank you to the prior guests or owner for leaving spare coffee for us, we arrived on a Sunday when everything was closed. If we didn't want to sit outside, we could relax in the living room and still see an amazing view. Jolly Hall beach is just a short walk on the beach to the left. For exceptional dining, take a very short walk to Augusta Bay. The only problem we had is that we didn't book a long enough stay. We will remedy that next time.

We love Bella Vista and can’t wait to return! Michael and Roseann were the perfect hosts! They are so thoughtful, kind, reachable, and responsive. Michael and Roseann prepared us so well for our first trip to the Bahamas. We felt more like locals than tourists. The property photos are beautiful but being there takes beauty to a whole new level. Exuma heaven...

Perfect location, beautiful property, wonderful hosts. Michael and Roseann answered all our questions promptly and reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. You couldn't ask for more personal service than that! Bella Vista was just so homey and inviting and had everything we needed or wanted. Location on the beach and the access to Hideaways amenities just added to the overall great experience. We have been to several Caribbean islands but this is probably our best vacation ever. In Early 2020, Michael & Roseann were featured on HGTV's Bahamas Life to chronicle their search for Bella Vista. Our Episode was in Season 4, Episode 4 - "Garden State to State Bliss."

We chose this property for its proximity to everything. The Hideaways offers you everything you would ever want on vacation and with the Fish Fry only steps to the east and Jolly Hall Beach only steps to the west, Bella Vista could not be in a better location to ensure your enjoyment.

For the adventurous types (which we strongly recommend), we highly recommend renting a car. We have plenty of recommendations on the best agencies on the island.. We continually explore the island with our guests in mind. We do not consider ourselves as Exuma experts, but we certainly know lots of experts on the island that can help us serve our guests better. Whether you are simply enjoying a few days "off the grid" or planning to get married on the island, we have helped our guests enjoy an entire spectrum of vacations, so let us help you discover Exuma.

Finally, your hosts. There is nothing we like doing more than traveling. We found Great Exuma and we absolutely fell in love. We have explored every inch of this island and all we want to do is impart what we have learned to ensure your complete enjoyment. We don't want our guests to waste any time trying to identify where to go on the island. We published an "End to End" picture guide to Exuma with local expert tips. The book is EXCLUSIVE to Bella Vista.

A short survey is sent to every guest after their visit. Results from this survey have led to several enhancements over the years and ensure that future guests enjoy every minute of their vacation.

To our knowledge, Bella Vista is the ONLY VRBO property on Exuma to have published a Sanitization plan with the Ministry of Tourism. This has earned us the "Clean & Pristine" distinction. The only other properties with this honor are the major resorts.

Some unique items available to all of our guests are Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Cooler bags, waterproof portable speaker, snorkel gear for every size, BBQ, lanterns/flashlights, Water floats, Sand toys, beach games, and much much more. We even have a butter warmer and a fish scaler!!! If you need anything, please ask and we will do everything to accommodate your request.

We truly enjoy helping our guests enjoy Exuma. We are very active on Social Media before, during, and after your visit and we encourage our guests to post pictures chronicling their visit as well.
