Das Stadthaus wurde komplett renoviert und modernisiert - neue Fenster, Porzellan-Fliesenboden, neue Küche, Plantagen-Rollläden und vieles mehr! Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit High-Def-TV im Wohnzimmer und beide Schlafzimmer; Ein elektrischer Kamin, um Sie warm und gemütlich auf die kalten "Florida" Tage zu halten.
Das Hauptlebensniveau hat einen offenen Grundriss / großes Zimmer mit Küche, Frühstücksbar, Wohnzimmer, abgeschirmter Balkon, Waschmaschine und Trockner und ein halbes Bad. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit Bambus-Holzböden und Deckenventilatoren sowie ein Vollbad. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und einen privaten abgeschirmten Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Das Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, einen kleinen Schreibtisch und einen Sessel. Das Zimmerfenster blickt auf das Intracoastal für schöne Sonnenaufgänge.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Abstellraum mit Tiki-Bar und kleinem Kühlschrank. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sind für Ihren Strandgenuss inbegriffen. Seien Sie sicher, ein erfrischendes Bad im Pool nach einem heißen Tag am Strand zu genießen. In den kühleren Monaten von Florida, können Sie ein entspannendes Bad im 82 Grad beheizten Pool genießen, wenn Sie es vorziehen!

Another Great Stay!

Thank you again Cathy and Bill for a great stay. This is our fourth year and will continue to visit. Rental is great .... everything you need is provided to make you feel at home, comfy beds, unit is clean and nicely appointed, heated pool, beach towels and chairs, located in a quiet area. Location is great ... across from the beach and steps from the bay, trolley stop and walking trail close, a ten minute walk to Bridge Street for refreshments, restaurants and shopping.

The condo and location we beyond perfect. It was just the most amazing break for us. The condo was just beautiful and so fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Everything was clean, the bed extra comfy and the view...words cannot describe. We hope to be back.

Beautiful condo steps from the Beach

We had a wonderful stay. The barbeque grill was lost in the hurricanes and I asked about one and Bill picked one up and delivered it the next morning. The place is so cute and comfortable.

Beach vacation

Cathy and Bill were at the condo when we arrived. Showed us everything that we needed to know. Location was great. On day two we decided to rent the condo for next year. The tote to get to the beach was very handy. Cathy and Bill had beach chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use on the beach. Condo was well supplied with kitchen items and cooking supplies.

Clean and cozy home with great views of the Gulf!

The hosts are wonderful. They are very responsive and take great care of their home. It is well stocked with everything you might think you need. I cooked several nights and kitchen had everything I needed. The living room area is nice and cozy with great views of the Gulf! Upstairs the primary bedroom has unobstructed views of the Gulf and the guest bedroom with views of the Bay. The pool is heated and kept clean. We used the trolly almost daily when we wanted to head up North to Holmes Beach or AMI. We already booked again for next year!

Great location and wonderful stay!

I stayed here with my husband, son, and mother-in-law during a February break. The hosts were very helpful and responsive during the entire stay! The condo is lovely and has everything you need without a bunch of stuff you don't. I initially planned on purchasing an air mattress since there are 2 beds, but was pleasantly surprised that there was a pull-out sofa bed which worked perfect for us. The neighbors were all quiet and friendly - we would definitely return!

Another wonderful stay at Bradenton Beach. The location is perfect. Across from the beach, a short walk to Bridge street. Wonderful restaurants and night life if you want. The condo has everything you would want. Looking froward to visiting next year.

Perfect Florida Beach Getaway

This property was clean, quiet, comfortable and very well stocked. The owners are accommodating and generous and made us feel welcomed. The location was convenient being directly across from one of the prettiest beaches in Florida with a direct view to the perfect sunset every night. Several great restaurants and bars were a short stroll away. We highly recommend this place and would consider staying again.

Another Great Stay!

Thank you Cathy and Bill for your hospitality! This was our second stay and everything was beautiful …. already booked for next year! Property is well maintained and everything is provided by hosts who were only a text away. Short walk to bars and restaurants, shuttle bus stop a few blocks away if you needed to go further north, bike and walking path directly across the street, beach was amazing, enjoyed watching the sunsets from the lanai and walking half block to the bay for sunrises. The area was quiet. Highly recommend!

Cathy and Bill were incredible hosts! Their house is clean, well-stocked with every necessity, and they even include a welcome basket. The beach is right across the street, and food, music and drinks are a short beach walk away. We hope to return!

The condo is very nice with everything you would want. Very close to beach. Walking to Bridge Street is about 10 blocks. Double outside screen porches with beautiful view of ocean. It's my favorite place!

A Real Gem!

This condo was perfect! Right across the street from the beautiful Cortez beach with no structures in front of it. A nice pool. Within walking distance of the Bridge Street shops and restaurants as well as Coquina beach and the beach market. The condo is very well stocked. Truly, all you need is your toothbrush. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated.

Best Beach Home on the beach ~

This condo did not disappoint. The decor, location and beautiful sunset view of the beach each and every day was awesome. The owners were easily notified and quick to respond for any questions or concerns. Hopefully we can revisit in near future.

Sunrise.....Sunset

Very well maintained, clean and cute beach decor! Great location, short walk to Bridge Street. The owners emailed us a couple times, just to see if we needed anything. Never understood why people had fireplaces in Florida until this visit, we used it several times and it made the first floor nice and cozy. Watch the sunrise in the guest bedroom and the sunset on the balcony, where else can you do that? Also saw several surfers. Would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Best Surfing on FL Gulf Coast

Cortez Beach and the "Three Piers" are home to the best surfing on Florida's West Central Coast! We arrived shortly after a storm in the Gulf and the waves were higher than normal for this area. Surfers were taking advantage of the opportunity and we loved watching them from the new pier. Bridge Street Bars and local music were great and withing close walking distance. Five Stars! "Salty"

Spring Break 2024

This was my first trip to AMI. The condo had everything you need for the beach, including a wagon to tote it all and spend the whole day! It’s spacious and well equipped. Note there are stairs, I think of you are familiar with the area it’s a given, newcomers though be aware. It is also along a busy road so lots of traffic noise in on the Lani. Want to stress that it’s quiet inside! The beach was beautiful and dolphins could be seen as we sat in the sand and watched the waves. Short walk to the end of the road and watched the sun come up on a bench. Cathy and Bill had great communication and made us feel right at home. I would no doubt stay here again!!!

Great Property and Location

Property was definitely a home away from home …. clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Everything you need is included. Pool was heated and not crowded. Walking to the end of the street, you got to view the sunrise over the bay. Having two screened in porches for viewing the sunsets were a plus as well! Beach access was directly across the street. Water was beautiful and clear. Bridge Street was a five minute walk north for restaurants and shopping. Going south towards Coquina Beach was a walking/ bike path. The free trolley stop was just a few blocks away. Made contact with owners upon arrival and were very insistent that we contact them if we needed anything… anything at all! Great trip. Highly recommend this property!

We are high school sweethearts who have grown up together along the Gulf Coast. We have always loved vacationing and spending time with our toes in the sand.

Cathy & Bill finally bought their dream vacation home after many years of looking and enjoy spending as much time as possible there. What sold them on this place was being able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico while standing at the kitchen sink! The beautiful Australian pine trees also make this part of the beach unique.
