Herzlich Willkommen auf unserer kürzlich erworbenen Wohnung an Großsegel Condominiums. Unsere Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert und ist neu in der Verleih-Programm. Dieses Gerät ist ideal im Gebäude 2, 3. Stock, 2. Einheit zurück vom Strand entfernt mit neu aufgefrischt INNENAUSBAU !!! Hören Sie sich die sanfte Brandung und entspannen Sie Ihre Sorgen weg. Das Leben ist gut in diesem 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder Einheit. Darüber hinaus hat es ein ausziehbares Queen-Schlafsofa. Bei der Abreise, sind alle Bettwäsche aktualisiert, einschließlich Bettdecken! Die Wohnung bietet in voller Größe Waschmaschine / Trockner. Flachbild-Fernseher in allen 3 Schlafzimmer und ein SMART-TV im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt genügend Platz für alle und das Gerät ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt einen kostenlosen W-LAN Highspeed-Internetzugang. Es gibt auch eine Bar mit einer Eismaschine. Kochen ist wichtig, unsere Familie, so dass unsere Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allem ausgestattet, die Sie für die Erstellung, die köstliche Mahlzeit braucht. Es gibt auch eine Viking Getränkekühler in der Küche für alle Ihre Lieblings-Getränke. Es gibt eine Keurig Kaffeemaschine sowie eine regelmäßige Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand mit fantastischer Aussicht und wundervollen Bereich zu entspannen.

Diese Wohnung ist direkt am Strand mit 700 Meter von Golf-Front Eigentum, mit einer spektakulären Aussicht und Klänge auf den Golf von der Vorder- und Rückseite Balkone. Eine Fahrt mit dem Aufzug nach unten aus dem dritten Stock bringt Sie ein paar Schritte vom Strand und auf den Pool, einen Whirlpool und ein Kinderbecken und Spiel Pad-Bereich. Es gibt einen zweiten Pool in diesem Resort. .Keine Straße zu überqueren, um zum Strand zu gelangen! Grills sind für die Verwendung in den Pool-Bereich zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum mit 1 elliptisch, 3 Laufbänder, 2 stationäre Fahrräder, Kraftgeräten und einer Sauna. Es gibt auch eine Spielhalle, Tennisplätze und Shuffleboard-Plätze bereit für Ihren Einsatz.

Great Location

This location is fantastic! It’s right on the beach, and our room was conveniently located near an elevator for easy beach access. We stayed during the Fourth of July and had the best time watching a spectacular firework show put on by the residents. I highly recommend this condo – we absolutely loved it!

We loved everything about our stay. The owners were very helpful and responded immediately. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the view was perfect. We all had privacy with the bedroom layout. The living area was very open and roomy.

Great, Spacious Beach Front Condo

We had a great experience staying at this condo. It was very spacious, clean, and had no issues. We would stay here again and highly recommend. It was very convenient having a bathroom for every bedroom. It was steps away from the beach, shopping, and good food.

Loved the convenience of the area. Close to great food , easy beach access. The only thing we didn’t care for was the beach service on how the chair rental is handled. Everyone has to be at the beach every morning at 8:30 am to wait to see what chairs are available , then it’s first come first serve. Very unorganized and take a lot time out of your mornings. The cycle repeats daily. Other than that all great.

We love mainsail!

This was our 3rd time staying in a condo at mainsail. We love the location and being right on the beach. Everything at this condo was as advertised. The owners were quick to respond to any of my questions, the condo was clean, and it was well stocked with everything we needed to make the place home for a week. We will be back!

Do not stay here!

I do not recommend this complex or this unit. There was confusion at check in with parking and parking was a nightmare. The washing machine wasn't working properly and the internet and television did not work during our stay. We contacted the owner and nothing was fixed during our stay.

Loved this property and would stay again!

My family of 5 adults and 2 kids had a GREAT time! We would stay here again and will recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Miramar/Destin. The condo location was perfect with grocery and several restaurants very close by. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The unit was well equipped with towels and linens. The layout was great and everyone had plenty of privacy. Parking was easily located under tennis courts and kept our car out of direct sunlight and heat which we thought was nice. We were in and out alot and never had any issues w parking. There were no obnoxious noises or tenants to speak of like so many other properties- even though we were there during 4th of July. The beach chair service was nice but the "first come first serve" method required someone to go down early each morning to put out towels to hold a set. Only the owners are allowed to sit in the chairs closest to the water and each day there were at least 1 or 2 owners strongly complaining if anyone else set up their own chairs down closer to the surf in front. No one was ever asked to relocate by the chair team however one small group did move over several feet away from a very entitled Karen who made an absolute fool of herself screaming about being an owner. The elevator closest to our unit went out late in the week but we needed the extra steps after all of the great seafood we consumed anyway! Our family had a very memorable vacation in this wonderful condo!

Beach Paradise -- Right where we wanted to be.

Location is fantastic, a bit away from downtown Destin, and we appreciated that. Grocery close, shopping close, any number of great eating places within a 15 minute drive. Property as a whole was under renovation (repair and repaint entire exterior of two buildings), but our condo was fine. Everything worked in there, and the ice machine was a very welcome addition. Another awesome feature was the drink fridge in the kitchen (18" wide under the counter fridge, specifically for beverages). Place was clean, AC worked well, beds were comfortable, and having 3 bathrooms was awesome. We stayed with ourselves (couple), and our children (two daughters), and their +1's. Had ample room, all the supplies we needed, and space to stretch out. Beach access is top notch, and the condo included use of 2 chairs and an umbrella for our entire stay. If I had any suggestions for improvement, they are as follows: First, improve the instructions to use the beach chairs/umbrella. The attendants on the beach didn't seem to know the "'s Condo #232" that the owner told us to use. We just gave our name and the condo number, and had use of them..they wrote it down, and I didn't see any extra charges. But, there was no way to reserve them, had to go down in the morning and claim as a fist come, first served. Was never an issue, but not quite as smooth as we had hoped. Second, and this is a tad nit-picky, ask your cleaning service to wipe down the table and chairs on the patio. They were dusty and salty air impacted. We had to wipe them down before using them. Not a huge deal, but would be more consistent with the clean inside we were greeted with upon arrival. All in all we had a fantastic week in a great spot, feel like the value for money provided was on the nose. Property was exactly as advertised and the owners were easy to work with.

Well equipped unit and perfect location

My family of 6 adults had a fantastic time! The condo was well equipped, perfectly located, and spacious. We cooked some of our meals and found everything we needed. The beach chair service was very convenient - make sure and check in to know what chairs are available. Some of them were reserved for owners and groups but not marked. We could have walked across the street to the Silver Sands Outlet! It was that close. But we stopped while on our way out. The white sands and gentle surf were absolutely gorgeous and photo-ready making Destin our favorite beach destination. The elevator closest to our unit was not working but the one at the end of our building was operating. The balcony door off the master bedroom did not open. But it was easy enough to access the balcony off the living room. We liked the condo layout with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom which gave each couple their privacy. The beds were comfortable. Our family had a very memorable vacation in this wonderful condo.

Main Sail Condo

Advantages of staying here: Location, location, location! This is located in a great place that is close to Silver Sands Outlet and restaurants. The condo is also close to the beach. The beach was awesome. Condo: Fully stocked kitchen and a nice condo. Disadvantages: Mainsail is an older condo. There were issues with the elevators working throughout as well as when everyone was trying to leave. The ice maker and wash machine were not functioning properly but the owner was very receptive to help with this and any other needs we have. He sent a repairman out while we were there. Beach Service: Beach service isn’t the best if you have young children. Basically, they set the chairs up in a horse shoe shape away from the water. It was less than desired as we had to make trips back and forth to our chairs. Misc: There is a parking fee for a second car. Also parking can be hard to come by if it is later in the day. The good towels that were thicker were found underneath the cabinet in the bathroom cabinet closest to the condo door. We didn’t notice that until we were half way through the week.

Beach condo

We all loved our stay at your condo. It had everything we needed. The grandkids loved the beach and pool. The beach was so nice no street to cross. I like the pool was just a few steps from condo. There was lots of restaurants in area to choose from. Also a large shopping center really close by. The deck was so nice to sit on and see view! Hope to return again!😀

To say that we LOVE Mainsail is an understatement! We started renting at Mainsail in 1990. We purchased our first 3 bedroom unit in 2011. We purchased this 3 bedroom unit in August 2015.
