Floreat ist ein luxuriöses Sawtell-Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern, ideal für Familien und praktisch am Strand. Sie werden die Lage lieben - nur wenige Meter von Sawtells Strandzugang und einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Herzen von Sawtell entfernt, wo es preisgekrönte Restaurants, Cafés, Frischwarenläden, Souvenirläden und eine entspannte Dorfatmosphäre gibt.

Kommen Sie in den Urlaub mit der Familie oder zu zweit, um sich das ganze Jahr über wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Mit zwei modernen, klimatisierten Wohnbereichen (oben und unten), darunter zwei große LCD-Fernseher. Wenn Sie für ein Barbecue bereit sind, können Sie den überdachten Unterhaltungsbereich im Freien mit großem Essbereich im Freien und vollständig eingezäuntem, grasbewachsenem Garten genießen, der sich perfekt zum Spielen für Kinder eignet.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich das große Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sowie ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und separater Dusche für die beiden nahe gelegenen Schlafzimmer. Unten gibt es eine bequeme Toilette und Dusche von der Wäsche. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist zwar klein, aber ideal für Großeltern, Teenager oder zusätzliche Freunde, die Sie mitbringen möchten. Wir haben auch ein tragbares Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl für die jüngsten Familienmitglieder.

Wenn Sie durchreisen, haben wir eine Doppelgarage mit zusätzlichem Seitenzugang zu einem umzäunten Hinterhof für Ihr Boot oder Ihren Anhänger. Wir sind sicher, dass Sie das Angebot von 'Floreat' lieben werden. Es ist ein perfekter Urlaubsort zum Entspannen und Erholen.

W����sche: Alle allgemeinen Wäsche wird geliefert, wir bitten Sie einfach, Ihre eigenen Strandtücher und eigene Wäsche für das tragbare Kinderbett mitzubringen.

Was nice and close to beach and restaurants but also a main road which produced more traffic noise than I care for on holidays.As a bigger footed person I found the small sized treads on the stairs bothersome. Also felt like someone was trying to break into the house while we were out with garbage bins being moved and codes scrambled on the key box.

The property was clean and well maintained. However, there were only 9 toilet rolls to last a group of 7 for the 5 days and 4 nights. There was also only enough laundry detergent to last two loads. Besides that have already referred family and friends to this property. A shame that we can’t book this property in advance for the same event next year. A minimum of a week is a bit of an ask, especially when we were only here for a sporting event that lasts for 3 days only.

The house is a short stroll to an incredible beach and lovely cafes and restaurants. It is also a quick trip to large shopping centers.
