Luxuriöse Sedona Casita

Genießen Sie das wunderschöne Sedona, Arizona, in unserer luxuriösen, gemütlichen und komfortablen Casita mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad, 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Sedona und wenige Minuten von Hunderten von Wanderwegen und lokalen Sportarten entfernt.

Die Casita verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Spüle, Geschirr, Esstisch und Stühlen sowie ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Shampoo, Conditioner und Badegel sind vorhanden.

Ein Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss sowie Highspeed-Internetzugang sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Es befindet sich neben dem Haupthaus, verfügt jedoch über einen eigenen Eingang sowie einen privaten Bereich auf der Rückseite zum Entspannen. Jeder Gast erhält einen privaten Code für das elektronische Schloss.

Parkplätze abseits der Straße sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Beautiful spot, excellent location

This property was useful for us while we visited the Sedona, Flagstaff area. We had some questions as the check in date drew near and we realized we didn't have access to the patio until the residents left. Rick worked with to accommodate us and we appreciated that. The Casita patio photo does not do it justice. You can't see it in the photo, but theres a mountain view, which was an unexpected benefit. We had expected to have no view besides perhaps a yard. The Casita itself was a good fit for our needs, especially after we could fully use the pool patio, which also has amazing views. One item to note as this wasn't clear to us, is there's a pdf full waivers, responsibilities, and terms. Its several pages long. What we didn't catch, is the minute you click the book button, you automatically accept the terms and conditions of the pdf. We've never run into that in any other rental. Ultimately it made no difference beyond an initial uneasy feeling. That being said, the hosts were pleasant and very informative.

Fantastic week

This place was as listed plus 10. The views n grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed coffee every morning with a view of the red mountains. It was located perfectly for day hikes and tours. We hiked every morning and sat around the pool in the afternoons. The only problem we had was the traffic in Sedona with so many people wanting just what we wanted and this place was isolated n heaven after the crowds in town. Lovely Casita

We loved everything about the casita and property. Absolutely beautiful backyard with a perfect red rock view. Enjoyed time in the swing just taking in the view. Pool is great. Private, comfy stay

Property as described. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and the property was so easy to find and access. Check in and out went so smoothly. They had things we didn’t even know we needed such as Advil and info booklet. Communication was also quick which I really value. We had a lot of privacy and it was so quiet which we appreciated. We ended up traveling just the 15 minutes to Sedona for most things but there are restaurants and a grocery store 5 minutes away as well as some of the major hikes/red rocks. The AC worked great and we slept well. The sink is small so slightly challenging to wash dishes in but it was so nice to have the kitchenette aspects, coffee maker (with coffee provided) and a refrigerator. There were also plenty of plugs. This place was great and we would stay again. Wishful thinking would be the addition of a washer/dryer since we got dirty with all our outdoor activities. We were also warned about the bugs being worse than normal so bring your bug spray. Apparently all the rain has cooled the temperatures but has brought mosquitos with it so some would slip in with us no matter how quick we were and they were pesky poolside but that was without any bug spray.
