Nuevo Vallarta ist etwa 15 Minuten nördlich von der Puerto Vallarta, International Airport. Haben Sie Ihren Taxifahrer bringen Sie vom Flughafen zum Paradise Village neben Paradise Village Mall, finden Sie Gran Marina Villas. Es dauert 20 Minuten mit dem Taxi in die Altstadt PV.

Unsere schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer (ca. 1100 qm) in der Paradise Village Resort Gegend, in einer geschlossene Wohnanlage (Grand Marina Villas) Blick auf den Jachthafen.
Die Wohnung ist in einer der besten wegen der vielen Annehmlichkeiten und Aktivitäten, die sie umgeben gelegen.
Hier sind Sie nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von unglaublichen Strände, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Paradise Village zweistöckigen klimatisierten Einkaufszentrum darunter McDonalds, Subway und Dominos, für die Kinder gibt es auch ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. In dem Gebiet gibt es zahlreiche wunderbare Restaurants in der Nähe - innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten entfernt! und sogar ein Casino. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle, die Sie überall auf dem Gelände dieser großen Fünf-Sterne-Resort bringt.

Der gesamte Komplex ist eine sichere Gated Community, die 24 Stunden Security Service hat und Ärzte in einem Vor-Ort-Klinik im Dienst 24 Stunden am Tag, jeden Tag auch.

Der Wohnung der Luxus-Küche hat neue Granit Oberflächen und AUFKANTUNG zusammen mit brandneuen Waschzuber und Wasserhahn. Auch ist komplett mit allen Geräten ERFORDERLICH, wie eine in voller Größe Herd und Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer und Mixer ausgestattet. Unser Gerät verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, große Schränke, elektronischen Safe, zwei Kabel neue LED-Fernseher, Blue-Ray-Player und Apple TVs / Netflix. Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett; Haartrockner; Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden alle zur Verfügung. Es hat auch eine Doppel-Schlafqueensize-Bett für 2kids oder ein Erwachsener. Terrance kann ich Garantie, dass die meisten an GMV ausgestattet ist mit luxuriösen Möbeln, staunen Steintisch Esszimmer mit Stuhl für sechs, wenn Sie einige Gäste und sehr bequeme Sofas, sowie schöne und sehr verschiedene Pflanzen haben wollen. Zwei Gemeinschaftspool eines mit einem Whirlpool und einer großen Palapa mit neuen Webber Grill stehen am Standort des Gerätes und ist ideal für unterhaltsame größere Gruppen. Oder Sie können nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu Ihrem eigenen privaten Strandclub mit klimatisierten Umkleideräume, Dampfbad, Sauna, Duschen, Schließfächer, und dem schönsten Strand in Nuevo Vallarta zu nehmen.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay, the unit was well equipped. The towels in the bathroom were not the best, they did not dry properly. There was no beach towels for the pool.The host did not reply to our messages, we did not know what the procedure was for check out, do we wash towels bedding etc. We have an air b&b & provide a booklet for our guests, which has everything you need to know about the property and the area such as restaurants, bus schedules shopping, this would have been helpful.

I love the area, close to restaurants. The condo was perfect for my daughter and I. Very quiet and peaceful. My daughter who is 12 was very comfortable on the food out couch. Firm mattress in master bedroom but I was very comfortable. Lovely balcony with nice furniture. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool. Armando, Pablo and Hose were very kind and helpful at the gate. Checking in was a bit challenging because the gate and management had not been notified of my arrival. Eventually the owners of the unit were reached and everything went smoothly. I was unable to get internet in the unit itself. I spoke with the owners and they said that they were calling the internet provider to fix the issue. Unfortunately the issue, whatever was causing it,was never resolved. I had to rely on cellular data for the entire stay. The owners were very nice and tried to be helpful. Nice people. I would definitely stay there again. I repeat that I love the area and was very happy with the unit. Thanks again for an enjoyable stay. Best, Martie

We loved our stay. The property is gorgeous, the community area is beautiful and well kept. The condo was very clean, exactly as the photos. Very convenient location in Nuevo Vallarta within walking distance of Paradise Village Plaza and Joya Hospital.

Beautiful spot

We stayed for eleven weeks through January and March. Initially Luis was very helpful, and bought what we needed to enjoy our stay. That changed however when there were any problems that needed to be addressed. Internet was one thing, and then the day we were supposed to leave, the safe malfunctioned and we couldn’t open it to retrieve our valuables, passports included. If this had been addressed when we contacted Luis, we would have made our flights. However it was left too late and we had to stay another night, and pay a penalty for flights to return the next day which wasn’t cheap. The condo itself is very nice, but really only good for two people. A very comfortable bed, and the rest of the furniture was getting a bit tired, the patio furniture on the other hand is beautiful. There is a room right outside the door for garbage, recycling etc, and this can be quite noisy at times. I can’t say enough about Grand Marina Villas, it is absolutely stunning! The grounds are beautiful, and the two pools are excellent. The security is top notch, and the two main guards on the front gate go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Our experience was like a holiday should be. Wonderful.

Loved it. It was every thing the owner,Luis Fernando, said it was. Well situated close to all the amenities, well decorated , quiet and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Hope to be returning. And Nuevo Vallarta is a wonderful place to holiday.

El lugar está bien, pero la administración no!

El lugar me pareció muy bien ubicado, buena seguridad, el departamento amplio y equipado, precio razonable. Las observaciones, todas relacionadas con el mantenimiento: Puertas del closet de la recámara principal, descompuesta, la puerta de la regadera del baño principal no cerraba, lo que ocasionaba que se mojaran los tapetes del baño, las paredes manchadas (posiblemente por manchas de insectos aplastados en la pared). Sin embargo lo anterior carece de importancia comparado con lo siguiente: el departamento de al lado al parecer estaba en remodelación y para ello se oía que utilizaban algún rotomartillo y pareciera que estaban demoliendo el edificio o que estabamos junto a un taller industrial. Esa actividad empezó alrededor de las 10.30 de la mañana del 2o dia de estancia. Dado que el ruido era insoportable tuvimos que salir del departamento antes de lo planeado, el 3er día salimos temprano y no regresamos hasta en la tarde, el 4o. día a la hora que dejábamos el departamento empezaron los ruidos de remodelación. Cuando en su oportunidad se notificó de la inconformidad e incomodidad para un huesped que se supone va ó van a descansar, un representante de la administración se limitó a decir que se había notificado de dicha remodelación al dueño de ese departamento que habíamos rentado. El día de salida (jueves) abajo de la puerta estaba una notificación informando que los trabajos de remodelación continuarían por el resto de la semana, (concluyendo los trabajos el sábado). Conclusión: Las personas ó empresas que rentan departamentos, deberían de bloquear las fechas en los casos en que se haya planeado hacer remodelaciones o trabajos de mantenimiento en los departamentos contiguos o cercanos y hacerse responsables de dichas inconveniencias para los huéspedes.

Style and Comfort

I spent an incredible week at Grand Marina Villas. I was impressed by the location, amenities, an overall cleanliness of the condo. I was treated like a valued guest, and when I arrived I found the fridge stocked with drinks and a message that I was to help myself. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my own meals. The in-suite laundry was definitely a plus! The facilities are great as well, with two nice pools and a hot tub. A quick trip out to the golf course enabled me to get a temporary social club membership with full access to state-of-the art athletic facilities (and beach club!). I would highly recommend this rental!

Peaceful getaway in tasteful condo

I highly recommend this condo! This is a lovely property that is well-appointed and very comfortable. The decor is modern and tasteful and has brand new Samsung TV's and DVD players. I didn't use the kitchen except for toast but it looked like it had everything you'd need to cook any meal you'd like, I noticed a fully stocked spice cabinet and a few essentials in the fridge. You could always run down the block to the grocery to get anything you needed, it's higher priced than Wal-Mart or Costco but in pinch it's great. It's also very nice to have 24/7 security guard up front. The condo itself is great and the amenities at the property are very nice, there are two large pools and the next building over has a hottub. You can also use the clubhouse (pool, lockers, spa) at El Tigre golf course ( 20 min walk or a shuttle runs every 40 mins) and the Beachclub pool and sand access located in the Playa Royale building down the block. The beach club closes very early (7PM) so it can get tricky if you want to watch an ocean sunset... you can stay on the beach but cannot use the chairs and the surrounding hotels are all-inclusive so those are not options either. Once they lock the gate at 7, you will not get back through the property. I suggest walking 15 mins down the beach to Paradise Village where you can patron the bars/restaurants and pay cash or credit. Paradise Village is about a 10 minute walk from the Marina Villas on the street side. This condo has a great location, in my opinion one of the best in Nuevo Vallarta because of the proximity to several restaurants within a 20 min walk, several medical facilities, casino, Vallarta Adventures, shopping mall with American fast food (in case you get a craving!), manicured bike path, and more. This area is the perfect place if you're past the partying stage of life and go to enjoy beauty and quiet. You can find lots of fun at the theme nights at Paradise Village (about $45 a person depending on the night) and should definitely take the $20 cab ride to Puerto Vallarta at least once where there is lots of activity and it's considerably more upbeat. I also suggest a trip to Bucarias, it's still old-world and there's legit seafood there. I always go to Adautos, the waiter will bring the fresh caught fish to your table for inspection before you order it. As a general rule in Mexico, always order what the waiter suggests because he knows what is fresh and what the chef is cooking well that day. Enjoy this great spot!

Outstanding Vacation

Where to begin? Firstly, from the very friendly staff, especially Antonio and Eric at the security gate to Daniella in administration, we were very aptly looked after in all our needs in regards to our stay in and around Grand Marina Villas. Luis the owner, was very prompt and accommodating in the booking process and attentive to our needs while staying in his unit. About the unit itself....it was as advertised. Very clean and well- maintained. Very spacious with everything supplied to make our stay an exceptionally comfortable one. From a drinking water crock on the counter to an abundance of spices readily supplied(as well as a lot of other food basics i.e. sugar, coffee, etc. being there for our use)to the well- stocked kitchen with regards to dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and the countless other accessories, it made for an enjoyable experience for our culinary wishes. Speaking of things supplied... bathroom needs were also addressed wonderfully as well as laundering soap for when we needed it. Unit 2105 is just a short, straight walk out to the very beautifully kept grounds and pool area. The master bed is very comfortable with doors leading out to the beautiful balcony/patio /outdoor living space with the high-end furniture awaiting you there for your personal comfort and enjoyment. We spent many enjoyable hours outside relaxing and socializing. To sum it up, a very caring owner (Luis) who has a very nice rental unit for your every need. Grand Marina Villas property is exceptional from the staff to the amenities. It has location, location, location to the mall for your every requirement(especially groceries)With a number of good restaurants within walking distance or the convenience of having a taxi stand right outside of the property gates (to get to those restaurant favs i.e. "La Laguna" which may be a short 40_60 peso cab ride away) All in all, we had one of our best Mexican holidays ever and would not hesitate to stay there again ourselves and highly recommend friends and family to take advantage of this great part of Riviera Nayarit and Nuevo Vallarta in particular. Great place to stay

My wife and I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our 5 week stay at the Grand Marina Villas. The listing was accurate about everything. The owners are lovely people they did everything they possibly could to make our stay so great. The grounds, pools and complex was fantastically kept to number one standards. Management and staff were very friendly and accommodating in every way possible. Our condo was incredibly clean had all the comforts of home and very well stocked - awesome deck. Shopping mall two blocks away with bank,many shops, grocery store and restaurants. Every Tuesday farmers market behind hospital where you can purchase fresh fruit, vegetables, fish etc. We will be letting our friends and relatives about this great place to stay. Memorable holiday!!!
