Sie müssen Ihre eigene Bettwäsche und Badetücher mieten oder mitbringen. Das Bett besteht aus 2 Kingsize-Betten, 2 Queensize-Betten und 2 Einzelbetten (zwei Einzelbetten). Es gibt mehrere lokale Unternehmen, die Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandbekleidung und mehr mieten und liefern / abholen.

Genießen Sie den weichen Sand am Strand oder betrachten Sie ihn von der ersten und zweiten Etage des Decks oder von überall im Haus. Regen oder Sonnenschein so viele Möglichkeiten!

In einer klaren Nacht ist das Sternenschauen erstaunlich. Es gibt sehr wenig Lichtverschmutzung durch die Straßenbeleuchtung und das Haus ist weit genug weg von der Innenstadt von Bethany Beach. Bring dein Teleskop mit!

Auf der zweiten Etage haben vier der fünf Schlafzimmer direkten Zugang zum Deck und haben Meerblick.

Das Haus ist Meer und Strandfront. Die Promenade zum Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und ist ein barfussfreundlicher Weg, der aus Terrassenpflastern besteht. Die Promenade für diese kleine private Gemeinde liegt neben dem Nachbarhaus neben dieser.

Es gibt eine Außendusche im Erdgeschoss des Hauses zu verwenden, nachdem Sie am Strand "spielen".

Große Einfahrt - Platz für 6 Autos

BBQ-Grill - verwendet einen nachfüllbaren Propantank. Der Grill befindet sich auf einer Außenterrasse. Möglicherweise müssen Sie den Tank auffüllen - genau wie zu Hause. Betrachten Sie es als Propanlotto!

Auffahrt hat Parkplätze für mindestens 6 Fahrzeuge.

Property manager awesome. Location of home amazing. We found Bethany Beach quiet, private, uncrowded and very clean. The home Is well equipped. We enjoyed screened in porch due to biting flies. The 3 living rooms allowed all 7 of us to be close but allowed plenty of space. We will definitely return next year!

We had yet another wonderful stay on Sandpiper Lane in Bethany. So many lovely, sunny days, kite flying, fun meals on the screened-in porch, jigsaw puzzles on the huge dining table and watching the beautiful sea from the top deck! Holly makes everything so easy and the house is always perfectly clean. The most glorious views in Bethany and the beach, waves and sanderlings all to ourselves! Perfect!

Bethany Beach getaway

Very clean, comfortable. THREE, count them, three living areas! Kitchen could count as a fourth area with the island. We had a couple of friends stop in for a visit and it made for easy conversation. Wrap around outside decks were nice for watching morning sunrises over the ocean and for afternoon happy hours. Beach was close and convenient. Clean beach but watch the tides. It came up within fifty feet of the dune limit. Definitely planning to go again.

Great Views

We really enjoyed our week at Bayberry Dunes The property was well described, there were no surprises. The house was clean and well maintained. There was ample parking and lots of interior space. Good Wi-Fi; we brought power strips to charge our electronic devices. The location was quiet; stores and restaurants were a short drive away. Bike lanes were available, but on a very busy road. The highlight of the house was the two wraparound decks which provided both sunny and shaded areas. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and had many meals there. The upper deck had great views of the beach and ocean. There was plenty of seating on both decks. Access to the uncrowded beach was by a nearby walkway. Having lifeguards from 10am to 5pm was a definite plus. Holly promptly answered our questions via VRBO messaging. We would not hesitate to return to Bayberry Dunes should we want to vacation in Delaware again.

excellent!

My husband and I loved our recent stay at this beautiful relaxing home. We had gorgeous weather, fishing, chilling on the beach and decks of the home. The house is very private, and the views are spectacular for watching sunrise and sunset. We can't wait until next September when we will be back! I would suggest future guests to bring an electrical extension cord. I was reading my IPad Kindle so much that I needed to charge it while using it! Also scissors-- to cut tags off stuff you buy on the boardwalk. Holly was just a phone call away if we needed anything, or clarification about our stay. 100% highly recommend this rental- this was our first VRBO experience!

Bayberry Dunes

This was our second stay at Bayberry Dunes and we all had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and comfortable. This year we rented sheets and towels and had the beds made, which was worth every penny (SeaPlayHomes.com). The ocean views are fabulous and it's just steps to the walkway to the beach. Our whole family came, including our two year old grandson and 9 month old granddaughter. If you have little ones, you will definitely need a gate for the stairway down to the ground. We also brought high chairs, crib, etc. The little ones had a great time on the very safe decks, running and crawling. The screened-in porch is terrific for every meal. We reserved the indoor dining table for puzzles! The grill doesn't get over 350 degrees, but otherwise the online listing is quite accurate. Woody's in Dewey Beach has great crab cakes and outdoor, COVID-friendly seating. Holly is a wonderfully helpful and friendly manager who always replies promptly to all questions. Can't say enough good about her! The kitchen is well-equipped (but bring a sharp knife and scissors) and the extra fridge in the laundry room is a godsend for a big group. We bought bags of ice with our groceries, but there are plenty of ice cube trays. We would love the larger of the TVs to be located in the area with the most seating, as our group enjoys an occasional movie, but otherwise everything is very comfortably arranged. We absolutely loved our week and will be back!

Great oceanfront location

My family and I had a fantastic time at this property. The location couldn't be better & the community was very quiet. We were able to leave the windows open and listen to the waves at night. Proximity to the beach was great for the kids and in case we needed to return to the house for snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. We look forward to returning for another trip!

Delightful oceanfront, practically private stay

The house in Bayberry Dunes is lovely. The neighborhood was completely quiet for our week of October 9-16 and the beach was almost empty except for people occasionally walking by at the shoreline: perfect for social distancing! The gorgeous views from all rooms and up and down the beach were as advertised.

Bethany in September

Sandpiper Lane is an Ocean front house in a gated private Bethany Beach community. The house is laid out to maximize it's potential with all but one of the 5 bedrooms having ocean views. The screened porch is perfect for meals and toddlers. The house is clean and well equipped with 2 refrigerators and plenty of dishes and utensils. Holly is a pleasure to deal with. Responses to questions were quick and well thought out. The security deposit was refunded promptly.

OCEAN CITY, MD - famous for its boardwalk, restaurants, events and attractions is a short drive south. OUTLET SHOPPING in Rehoboth Beach - Delaware is tax free! STATE PARKS to hike, explore, learn history, including Assateague Island (National Seashore State Park) to see the wild Horses and more! BIKING and JOGGING - the area has clearly marked lanes which many people use to travel south to Fenwick island and north to Indian River. BOATING - locally rent or launch your boat
