Great location and space

Fantastic week

We had a wonderful week in PTown. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we could need and more. Communication was great and we had everything we needed for a perfect week. We stayed with our elementary school aged children and dog and the location was great for walking to Commercial Street and the beach. We used the patio daily and loved having the outdoor space to relax. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great week in Ptown!

Had a great stay with my partner and friends in Provincetown. The property is centrally located, has everything you could need for a great week, and has lots of character/charm. We really loved the outdoor patio and garden, which was a beautiful place to have morning coffee and cookouts at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute hideaway

This condo was a wonderful place to spend a week. Cute and cozy inside, with enough room for the four of us. And the yard is wonderful! Secluded from the street, it was the perfect place to enjoy a few cocktails before heading out to dinner. Our dog absolutely loved laying on the front porch. A short walk to all activities on Commercial Street. And very convenient to Route 6. We'll be back!

Cozy and center of it all!

My family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. The front yard was amazing for mornings and evenings- grill, comfortable outdoor seating and hidden away from street. We rented bikes and that made getting into town so fast and parking bikes at this property super easy. Apartment was clean, cozy and had all the basics. Loved the breeze from all the doors and windows!

Everything worked out well!

Although we've vacationed in Cape Cod many times, this was the first time we stayed in a house near the center of Provincetown, so we had several apprehensions. Would the yard be too noisy? Would the kitchen be too small? Would we be too far from the ponds and galleries we enjoy in Wellfleet? We were pleasantly surprised that the fence that encloses the outdoor area preserved our privacy and provided shade in various areas when we needed it, and it was well landscaped. And it was large enough with adequate seating for us to be able to invite friends over—the large propane grill was a welcome benefit! The kitchen was well appointed, so we were able to store what we needed in the refrigerator, cook on the stove, and make use of the microwave. The kitchen table was a good size and the high-tech washer and dryer worked well. The space between the kitchen area and living room was a bit tight, and the chairs and sofa could have been more comfortable. Fortunately, the four of us spent much of our time in the outdoor area where there was room to spread out. The bedrooms were also very tight, but it was nice to have queen size beds, and the closet set-up in each gave us plenty of storage space. We also appreciated the clothes/towel hooks that were everywhere and in abundance. The bathroom was a good size and had plenty of storage for four to share. It was very convenient to be close enough to town to walk whenever we wanted, and far enough from the hustle and bustle. Several of us took many long walks exploring areas of Provincetown and the nearby beaches that we never had before. And driving into Wellfleet wasn't too long a ride. All things considered, this property provided us with all that we needed, was clean and well taken care of, and conveniently located. And, the host and property manager were very considerate when we ran into a medical issue with one of our friends.

My husband and I and another couple thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay here. Cozy bedrooms, well furnished living space and kitchen, and spacious bathroom. Very large patio, too, where we spent lots of time outside. Just a half mile walk from the center of town. Highly recommend!

Perfectly relaxing vacation!

The location of 28 Conwell is ideal... The house is charming, cozy and perfect for a 2 couples getaway. It is clean, well-maintained and we really enjoyed the patio (with the grill). Planning on renting it again ! Provincetown is awesome and we cannot wait for next year's Girl Splash !

Amazing experience.....start to finish!!!!

My partner and I arrived into town by ferry, and very easily found our way through the center of town......up towards the rental. We walked through the front gate, into a charming courtyard that was lush and green. There are plenty of chairs, tables, and even a grill. Its a great place to sit and have coffee in the morning. The condo itself is adorable, quaint, cozy, comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. There is a full kitchen, that is fully stocked with dishes and silverware. Having a fridge and coffee maker, really helps when you are staying someplace for multiple days. Its an enjoyable 5 to 10 minute walk into the heart of the town, but far enough away that you can enjoy the quiet evenings. There are general stores right at the end of the street....so if you need to buy things like wine, snacks, or sandwiches........its all conveniently located! We enjoyed every aspect of our stay, and would highly recommend this condo to any traveler seeking a private, well appointed, comfortable alternative to a hotel or guesthouse.

You couldn't find better!

Located just a short walk from Commercial street and a quick bike ride to the beach, this property is the perfect place to stay when in P-TOWN! The kitchen and living room are perfectly equipped, the yard in the front with table, chairs, umbrella and bbq is a great way to have a fabulous meal without having to go out. Air-conditioned, dishwasher, washer/dryer: it couldn't have been better. Upon our arrival it wasn't immaculate but still very clean and tidy. Hoping to stay again next year!
