Die Royal Kahana ist ein erstklassiges Resort am Strand auf halbem Weg zwischen Kaanapali und Kapalua entfernt. Unser Haus verfügt über 1287 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche mit Wrap-around-Veranda Präsentation unserer spektakulären Aussicht auf das Meer. Unser Hauptschlafzimmer am Meer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad, einen Fernseher, eine gemütliche Ecke mit einem bequemen Sessel für bequemes Lesen und einen eigenen Zugang zur Veranda am Meer. Habe ich erwähnt, unsere Lanai ist riesig! Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und einen TV.

Wir haben eine sehr große Wohnbereich, die alle Aussicht auf das Meer, ein Klavier, einen großen Fernseher, DVD, CD-Player und ein Klavier verfügt, wenn jemand dazu geneigt, zu unterhalten ist. Unser Speisesaal bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen und unsere Küche bietet alle neuen modernen Geräten mit viel Küchenutensilien und dann einige!

Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich in der Küche in einem Hauswirtschaftsraum für zusätzlichen Komfort. Und wir haben auch ein zusätzliches WC gleich neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet. Unsere zentrale AC System läuft COLD und wir haben zwei separate Einheiten, so können Sie nach Ihren eigenen persönlichen Komfort einzustellen.

Die Königin Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet die zusätzliche Betten für bis zu 6 Personen bequem unterbringen. Oder wenn Sie bevorzugen Bett Ferienunterkünfte liegen durch unsere Verwaltungsgesellschaft zur Verfügung.

Wir genießen eine ziemlich treue Wiederholung Kundschaft, die uns motiviert, unsere Einheit zu halten gut gepflegt. Wir sind häufig zu Hause, was uns dabei hilft, das Gerät in Topform zu halten. Paradise View!

We have stayed in lots of vacation rentals over the years but this unit by far has the most incredible view ! When I booked this vacation my two criteria were oceanfront view and good space. We got both and then some. My husband and I traveled with our three college age daughters . We were all comfortable and loved spending our evenings turtle watching and waiting for another amazing sunset. The only downside was that there is not a swimmable beach due to beach erosion and there is construction going on in and around the building. This just means it will be even better on the next visit. .

Short stay away

Just a short break frim everyday life in California. What an amazing property!!! View was spectacular. Home was clean fully decorated and amenities were top notch!’ I did not want to leave. Saw so many turtles but no whales this trip! But i will be back and hopefully stay here at 510 Royal Kahana!!’

Amazing views out over the water

Pool was nicely heated, there's a good snorkeling spot just a short walk down the beach, and the condo is very spacious, beautiful long lanai right on the water with seating and table. We spent tons of time out there. Plenty of easy parking. Only thing I would improve--the kitchen is a little under-equipped.

Stunning views and expansive outdoor lanai

I loved the proximity to the ocean, views and huge lanai comfortably furnished. It was wonderful to hear the waves and see the wales, full moon throughout with the floor to ceiling wall to wall windows. The screens offered great breezes and I never turned on the AC.

The condo

The condo needs some TLC one the bathrooms toilet was loose on the floor master bedroom bed is sage Barley sleepable the ceiling was missing in 1/2 bath the door jam on the other bedroom damaged some of the dishes we’re dirty. the view was great last guest 8-18-21

Choices

The units we have had for the last few years have been wonderful. While we were there last week we checked out another unit with a different view with plans to rent for next April. Although it was a corner unit with wrap around patio, the furnishings, carpet was terrible. Moral of the story: the quality of the units vary greatly. Some are great, some not so much. Views are great, pool has been greatly improved.

Perfect for Whale Watching!

Our stay was for the 3rd week in January 2020 and we had a ring side seat for watching the whales frolicking right outside the condo. The condo was clean, and no signs of cockroaches, which was a relief. The pool was nice, too. Good location for trips to Lahaina and Kapalua. Would definitely re-book.

Hot Week On Maui

Condo matches the pictures but is very...very dirty. Major bug problem with ant and roach traps through out the entire condo. We counted and found 17 traps. We saw roaches every day. The condo is very dirty....it needs a major over all deep cleaning. I would not stay here again.

Absolutely stunning!

We stayed at this property at end of October 2019 for four nights. Plenty of room for two adult couples. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. We easily saw a turtle swimming next to the shore. Sunset with views of Molokai and Lanai were absolutely stunning. The condo is a short drive to Kaanapali and Kapalua. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time for 3 weeks in this condo. It was exactly as described, very clean, great location, fabulous, fabulous view. My only suggestion would be that the complex should consider upgrading the pool area. The cement area surrounding the pool is cracked and re-painted many times and looks dated and a bit dingy. The pool itself is older but in decent shape. I think new surrounding cement and a few more umbrellas and it would be a real show place especially in lieu of the shrinking beach front. Overall, our stay was wonderful and I would go back again and stay in the same unit!

Quick Family Trip from Vegas to Maui

This property looks exactly as listed. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue but the management company took care of it right away. We loved it so much, we rebooked for January to whale watch. My only complaint is that the birds leave their calling card on the balcony and in the house, so keep the screen closed😉

Love this resort!

We love this resort and have stayed a couple of times in this unit. It is large enough to relax or entertain friends. The view is to die for and the amenities are quite excellent. Having the washer/dryer in the condo is a bonus. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property.

Do not stay at this property! Go elsewhere!

We stayed at this property from July 15 to July 20 and I would not recommend it. The Royal Kahana Outrigger is a very old property but was clean and decent in the common areas and the employees were friendly. The location was suitable for our stay although there is not much of a beach area at the hotel. There are plenty of places in Maui with a beach and this was not a problem for us. The room was a different story. From the moment we arrived at the unit things looked bad. The bottom of the door was badly damaged and looked very "used." The unit is infested with cockroaches. Not a few but an infestation and it is a known problem because behind the curtain there are 4 or 5 roach motels. I woke up the first night and walked to the kitchen and there were 25 to 30 roaches in the sink and another 10 or so on the countertops. We killed roaches all week in the cabinets, on the stove, in the dishwasher, and in the bathrooms. It was a terrible feeling to have rented this unit for our long-awaited vacation and not enjoy it, feel dirty all week and paid a lot of money to stay here. We killed roaches every day and couldn't use any of the bowls, glasses, utensils, or stocked goods because the roaches had been on it all. We threw the trash out multiple times daily and it did not help. We arrived late and tried to turn on the kitchen lights and they were all out. We turned on the microwave light and it did not work. We had to call maintenance and they responded very quickly. We tried to open the sliding door to the balcony and it was off its tracks and stuck. The curtains were torn in multiple places. The sofa cushions were all worn and the ones over the sleeper sunk down into the couch and were badly worn and dirty. The unit was very used with scratches and marks on the trim and the walls. The unit had carpet in both bedrooms and it felt dirty and needs to be changed to tile. The kitchen was fairly well stocked but all the cookware was old and very used like the rest of the unit. The pictures of this unit were done some time ago or they were doctored because the unit does not look nearly as fresh like the pictures indicate. The unit is large and the size accommodated my family of 4 adults well. The view is fantastic. I simply can not leave a good review based on the above mentioned issues and strongly recommend you don't stay in this unit.

Even better than the pictures!

I would highly recommend this condo. It was beautiful and clean with free parking and a convenient location. The lanai was amazing- we spent every morning out there watching the whales. The layout of the unit worked great for two couples as the two bedrooms each have a king bed and private bathroom. There is no beach access directly at the resort (which we had read in advance so it wasn’t a surprise) but we walked a few resorts south and enjoyed the beach there. We drove into Lahaina quite a bit during the day but we all agreed that we enjoyed the condo being located in the calmer Kahana area than something like the busy Front Street one. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay and seemed like a great deal for the price (especially with the million dollar view!!) We will definitely be back.

Had a Great week!

The view from the lanai is worth the price alone. Morning coffee watching whales is the best. The condo was 100% as advertised, had everything we needed. The complex is friendly and comfortable. Wish there was beach access without walking around the building or behind the "Do Not Enter" ropes, which everyone did, but that is the only negative. Kahana is my new favorite location. Water is calm. Six excellent beaches within a 10min ride. Black Rock great snorkeling and fun for the kids, Kannapali, Napili Bay very kid friendly and turtles all over, a beautiful small unnamed beach literally a half mile away, Honalua Bay and our new favorite, Slaughterhouse beach, ugly name but absolutely perfect. As a jumping off point to explore the rest of Maui, Kahana is not ideal but doable if you dont mind doing some driving. We put 750 miles on our rental in a week, but if you want to plunk and relax in the local area it is great and probably what we will do when we hopefully are able to come back and rent this condo again. Amazing views, relaxing, everything we needed

Our family loved unite 510. My husband and I brought our 20 & 21 year old daughters on our first trip to Maui and had a great experience here. The front desk staff was very friendly and loved all the space in the condo for 10 days. If you love the sound of crashing waves as you sleep, the master bedroom is perfect! I missed that sound when I got home and had to play wave music, I was so attached to that sound after 10 days. The second bedroom was also large, and nice with a private bathroom and king bed, but the windows/walls here were thin, and rather than crashing waves, my daughters heard more guest / elevator noise. But that would be my only negative comment about our experience at 510 Royal Kahaha..I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the sky and sea change colors, whales off in the distance, and more than one stunning rainbow. Great memories!
