Just okay...
Overall, our group had a nice time. The place was clean as far as the towels, sheets, and overall appearance. However, there were definitely some not great things. First of all, there were ants in all the bathrooms which really grossed me out.
2nd, the pool was pretty dirty. I tried cleaning it with the pool supplies that were available but did not help much since bottom of the pool was dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time.
3rd- Based on the listing, it was unclear if heat was needed for the pool and hot tub separately. I emailed about this prior to the trip but did not get a response. Once we arrived and realized the hot tub had no heat, I reached out to the property manager several times via phone and email and received no response. So basically the hot tub was useless which our group was super disappointed about. The temp of the pool was comfortable enough for day time use without heat thank goodness.
Paper products were extremely limited. Our group ended up being much smaller than anticipated (4 girls instead of 7 or 8 mixed group) and we still managed to use all of the extremely cheap tissue that was provided, and had to go buy more. If you're only going to provide 1 roll per bathroom, it should be decent quality to avoid people using a lot, also seems extremely stingy. Same with paper towel. 1 roll in the kitchen which was difficult as we were trying to clean as we went.
Also there were NO cleaning products (wipes, spray etc) which made it difficult as well to keep the kitchen clean since we were cooking and eating. Luckily, we had a travel pack in the car.
Overall, it was a fine stay but nothing extra special and don't know if I would stay here again for these reasons.
