Fantastic and convenient location

Property is warm, inviting and QUIET. It is beautifully decorated and was a fabulous place for us to stay while in town to help family. Alot of extras to make you feel at home.

Perfect for Older Guests and Kids

What a great experience!Teresa was extremely responsive and answered some questions I had about steps and the walk-in shower. I was concerned about finding the right place for my father-in-law who can't really do stairs, and this ranch style home was perfect with only a couple steps here or there. I was also having some trouble with my VRBO app but Teresa mad sure I had everything I needed.The house itself was great, super clean, everything you possibly need and then some. Since we were arriving late she turned on some lights for us and also left some water bottles and cookies (which my wife loved!) We found a great little breakfast spot around the corner and everything you could possibly need is within minutes. Also conveniently located to highways so easy to get anywhere in Wichita.Thank you so much!

Beautiful home!

As soon as we arrived there were cookies and an assortment of coffee for us to enjoy! The home was VERY clean, homey, and spacious. All the beds were comfortable and the rooms were well put together. The house was equipped with eveything you may need. Great location, close to many stores and restaurants. My family enjoyed the stay and we will keep this home in mind when we come to the area.

This property is welcoming and comfortable. It accomodated our family perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and all of the rooms had classy decor. We stayed here before, and were so happy the property was available for another visit. The location has easy access to great restaurants and shopping. The hostess also provides everything needed to cook meals at the property.

Wonderful stay in Wichita!

Our stay was perfect! The host was easy to get in contact with. She left cold water in the refrigerator and snacks for movie night. The house was well stocked and worked perfectly for our family of 6. I woukd stay here again without hesitation!

Awesome stay

Host had the house outfitted and prepared like it was our own home. Comfortable bedding. Nicely decorated with amenities to spare. Central A/C and fans throughout kept the home at perfect temps during a scorcher of a weekend. Property was centrally located in city with all our different tournament ballparks always within a fifteeen or less minute drive. Downtown and other attractions are also close with plenty of options to eat nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Includes Everything You'd Need!

Perfect property for our family to stay in while visiting relatives in the Wichita area. There is plenty of space, it's clean, feels very "homey" and Teresa has absolutely everything you might need while traveling out of town. I VRBO a lot, and this was the most well stocked property I've ever had from the kitchen utensils/dishware/cookware, to bathroom essentials, and extra blankets/towels/etc. She even had a wide selection of coffee for us to have during our stay. Teresa was also extremely responsive and friendly on the couple of questions I did have leading up to our stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Meeting

We were very happy with your rental and enjoyed the stay. The only reason I put four stars on accuracy of listing is because its advertised as 3 bed 3 bath so that's what we were expecting. I did see later in the finer print that it only has two bathrooms. But either way it worked great for us and we were happy. I would stay again if needed. We were in Wichita for a meeting at Central Community Church so it was very convenient.

From Dallas to Riverfest

Wonderful stay. I lived in Wichita for 16yrs prior. I brought my fiancé and our kids to experience riverfest and to visit family there. Lots of room for us and the kids to sleep peacefully without sharing beds. Two living areas so the kids could visit in one and play games and we could watch a movie in the other without anybody talking over each other. We forgot our shampoo but it was already provided for us. It was an absolutely perfect house and we hope to be back in the future.

Made our week work for us!

Teresa's property was perfect for our needs. My husband lives with paraplegia & needs a home with limited obstacles for his power wheelchair. This home required only one set of ramps to get through the front door - wide enough for the chair - because it only has one step to the threshold. We set up a hospital bed in the living room & were able to use the lift easily. Our son had his own room & our caregiver had her own room & bathroom. I shared the master bathroom with our son - the master suite is enormous & very comfortable. I could get some quiet time enjoying the chaise or the family room. We enjoyed eating outside in the back yard & found everything we needed for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The location is great too...we found it quite convenient for all the activities we enjoyed on the west side. Teresa has created a very warm & welcoming home away from home. We hope to make it back for other family events in the future!

Comfortable and Convenient Wichita Westside

The 3 bedroom / 2 bath house near ICT airport in west Wichita was a great option for us to stay and gather for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed 2 large living rooms and a backyard. Owner was a pleasure.
