Der Raum: Dieses wunderschöne 3100sf-Haus wurde speziell für Ihren Aufenthalt von zu Hause entworfen. Komplett eingerichtete 5 Schlafzimmer, 4. 5 Bäder und ein Ess- / Unterhaltungsraum mit Blick auf Ihre eigene Hinterhof-Oase mit beheiztem Pool, Whirlpool und Tiki-Hütte. Der für Ihre Privatsphäre vollständig eingezäunte Hinterhof ist der perfekte Ort, um einen Tag schwimmen zu gehen oder abends zu entspannen.

Das Wohnzimmer ist so konzipiert, dass es direkt in die voll ausgestattete, offene Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten und Granit-Arbeitsplatten fließt. Die Küche beinhaltet auch alle Grundnahrungsmittel, Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck, die Sie benötigen, um während Ihres Aufenthalts eine gute Mahlzeit zuzubereiten.

Die Schlafzimmer bestehen aus 3 großen Hauptschlafzimmern mit Kingsize-Betten, TVs und eigenen Bädern. Das 4. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen TV. Das 5. Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Etagenbett, einem zusätzlichen Doppelbett und einem TV für die Kleinen ausgestattet.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören Kabel- und WLAN-Zugang im gesamten Haus. Ebenfalls erhältlich: 2 Fahrräder und Helm, zwei Angelruten und Ausrüstung, Reisebett und Hochstuhl. Das Haus verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze für vier Autos.

Fun for all

Beautiful house! Kenny(owner) had everything anyone could ask for. Everything worked. Beautiful pool and hot tub(in the pool) putting green, cornhole, tvs outside. Great vibes and so much fun in the Florida sun! Check the cabinets before you food shop. So many spices and basics for cooking there already.

Perfect place to stay!

We were a group of 11 people. The house was a perfect place to stay with our adult children and their families. 8 adults and 3 kids (4,2,1)Every family had their own little suite with their own bathroom. We loved the large dining table where we could all eat together. The kitchen was fully equipped. with pots, pans, serving pieces,dishes, glassware,, coffee mugs, wine glasses! Also lots of spices! The house had a crib and a pack and play.. we were happy to see a that the pool had a fence around it. The back Doors also had an alarm In case a little would open the door. . Lots of towels for home andBeach.. the host thought of everything! We lovedThe pool and spa! The backyard had a grill and fridge and the tv was a big hit! Wonderful accommodations! The hosts were very responsive!

Modern House, Resort style backyard

The house was an amazing find for my son’s Spring Break. We had 11 people, 3 couples and 5 boys aged 15-20. The house has 3 en suite bedrooms which was perfect. We didn’t leave the house much as it provided our greatest entertainment. The pool, hot tub, and Tiki hut made us feel like we were at a resort. There were (2) full size refrigerators which were perfect for us as we cooked quite a bit. The drum set and karaoke setup were a great touch. We had a fabulous time and this is one of the best rental houses we have stayed at.

Amazing Trip

What an awesome spot for our family vacation! The multi levels of the house and numerous bathrooms throughout, was absolutely ideal for our 3 different families to spread out a bit. The pool and backyard are perfect for to relax at any hour of the day/night. The house was very clean and Kenny was very responsive for the few times i needed to contact him. Perfect central location to visit North or South of the area on the east coast. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for our needs!

Our family was in town for a wedding and booked this fun house so we could be together. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The space was excellent. My elderly parents were comfortable in the first floor bedroom. The pool space was amazing. The house was wonderfully supplied with everything we needed, including big beach towels. The property manager met us and showed us everything we needed. When we had questions he got back to us immediately. We were close to our wedding venue and all shopping. The only issue is that the neighborhood had some areas that could have been nicer. However, we would not hesitate to return!

Wonderful experience

We rented the home for ten adults and 3 kids for a family vacation. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple couples. The pool area is beautiful. We used the grill a lot. We had a wonderful time. The home is a short drive to the beach. Kenny keeps such helpful extras around the home like beach chairs, kids toys and bikes. He is very accessible and drops by to help if you need it. We had a great stay and definitely would come back.

Great Large Group Property

This was a great house for our three families (10 total, 7 adults and 3 kids) to stay in. It was a perfect location for what we needed to get to and very easy to find. The pool was wonderful and the outdoor living set up was great for lounging and enjoying the property. Inside is a ton of space with roomy bedrooms, a comfortable living room, very large dining table and well stocked kitchen. We had one small issue that the property manager came and resolved for us within an hour. This was one of our best rentals we've ever had. If we ever have the need to again, we would certainly rent again.

Great place for reunion of old friends

Five couples of old friends shared this home for three nights and it was perfect for our purposes. It is completely new inside, clean, well furnished, with well appointed and equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoyed eating and visiting at the beautiful the dining room table. Comfortable seating for 10 with very nice lighting. We also appreciated the many large flat-screen TVs, since we collectively represent five SEC and ACC teams and Saturday featured a full football schedule with three must-watch games schedued at the same time. The back yard is breathtaking, and the pictures do not do it justice. Kenny has done a remarkable job. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy when you first drive in but it disappears from your mind when you are inside or in the back yard. We never felt unsafe, though, and all of us would willingly return.

Perfect!

Our group stayed at Kenny’s house for a 30th birthday getaway and it was absolutely perfect. There were 10 people in our group and the house slept everyone comfortably. I could talk about how great the vacation was for days, but instead I’ll highlight my key takeaways from the property. The House: From decor to lighting, the house just feels cool. Our stay just happened to be during the season 8 premiere of Game of Thrones, and nothing was better than watching it on Kenny’s HUGE TV in the living room with the blue lights on. The living room/kitchen/dining room all felt open and flowed together. The bathrooms were all modern looking and came with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryers. The Backyard: The tropical escape we had been long awaiting coming from cold, snowy Michigan. We planned to go to the ocean for a couple of days during our stay, but the backyard was so peaceful that we didn’t ever need to leave. Kenny has an awesome sound system that’s easy to connect to and we also loved the TV under the tiki hut. It came in handy when the Masters were on but we still wanted to catch some rays. The grill worked perfectly - we made many meals on it. Overall, the backyard was my favorite part of the property. It was just so perfect! Kenny: Kenny was AWESOME. He was there when we checked in and had a bottle of wine and a sweet little welcome note ready. He showed us how to use the pool equipment and where all the sound devices were located. He stopped by one other time (I had forgotten to sign the agreement) and was only there for a minute, but he answered the questions that we had and was such a nice guy. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying at Kenny’s house! Our group of 10 couldn’t have had a better time!
