Das Anwesen befindet sich in einer strategischen Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Niagarafälle und des Fallsview Casinos. (Nur zu Fuß erreichbar.) Dieses geräumige Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und wurde frisch renoviert und auf einem extrem hohen Standard gehalten. Das Haus selbst bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit neuen Queensize-Betten und Premium-Matratzen. Alle Betten sind mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche ausgestattet, sodass Sie sich entspannt fühlen und gut schlafen können. Die große Küche ist mit brandneuen Geräten ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Esstisch. Das Setup ist ideal für hochwertige Essenszeiten.

Verwöhnen Sie sich mit Ihrem Unterhaltungsbedürfnis in unserem Aufenthaltsraum. Bleiben Sie mit unserem kostenlosen WLAN in Verbindung, streamen Sie Videos und schauen Sie Netflix auf unserem 4K Smart TV. Für den versierten Geschäftsreisenden gibt es einen kleinen Büroraum zum Verbinden und Gestalten.

Gäste haben privaten Zugang zum gesamten Oberhaus. Die Gäste haben keinen Zugang zum Keller. Der Besitzer wohnt im Keller und hat einen separaten Eingang. Dies steht im Einklang mit den örtlichen Kommunalgesetzen.

Great location!

My husband and I stayed with our daughter and her friend for a long weekend. The place was perfect. Amazing location. Close to a lot yet in a quiet neighborhood. Jas was super communicative and offered up some great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Definitely would recommend!

Awesome place

This is a beautiful home that is super close to the falls. Very comfortable and super clean. Had everything we needed and more. Quiet neighborhood but only ten minute walk to the Incline that takes you right to the falls. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and the beds were super comfy. The communication with Jas was great. Love the close proximity to the falls. Just a suggestion for future visitors, take the incline railway down to the falls. (Only $8 for a day pass) Jas leaves the extra added touch of goodies for your stay.

Fun at the Falls

Cozy spot to regroup after a day of adventure. Great fit for 4 people...a little crowded in the kitchen and living room for 5 adults. Best bed and pillows ever! Every thing needed in the kitchen. Easy clean up and checkput.

Great family stay in Niagra

We had an awesome stay with Jas. His place was spotless, the snacks and beverages were a pleasant surprise for our kiddos. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, attractions were within walking distance. Check in and out were easy, Jas was super nice and responsive. House is in a quiet neighborhood, we were comfortable walking with our kids at night to watch the fireworks by the falls. Would highly recommend for families and will definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

Spacious + Short walk to falls.

We came to Niagara Falls for the eclipse and to see the falls. Even though it was cloudy it was a fun experience. The house was very comfortable and the host was great. We walked to the Falls from the house and spent a couple hours viewing the scene. My 83 year-old mother made the walk just fine. We found the house aesthetically pleasing. 5 stars!

Quiet neighborhood, walk to niagra falls

We arrived to a small older home in a quiet neighborhood. Several choices of tea, coffee, snacks & beverages were provided. The house is very clean. I like to have both a vacuum (upstairs entirely carpeted & family room) & swiffer mop. Jas quickly provided at my request. Neither bathroom has a vent so we used a fan for the upstairs bathroom when showering. The main floor bathroom is quite small and has a unique commode/ sink combo. We love walking so the location of 1 mile to the falls was perfect. There is one tv in the home nicely placed in the living room. The windows are new so easily open for cross breeze which was wonderful. The primary bedroom does not have a place to store folded clothes. But there is a nice size closet. Great for the price.

Clean and just right

The most important thing, the house is very clean and in a safe area. The host has made sure you have some snacks and drinks when you arrive, very nice gesture. It was my parents 55 wedding anniversary during our stay and the host decorated the house and brought us a cake and a bottle of wine. It just shows that the host really cares about the guests. We didn’t do any walking from the house to the falls bc of my elderly parents but if you’re healthy and love to walk, it still looks like a pretty long hike! Also there are no dressers in any of the bedrooms so we lived out of our suitcases.

Lovely home in Niagara

When you walk into a house and say "Oooo, it's smells so clean" you know that's a great sign. While small in outside appearance the space inside fit my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children - 13/9/5) without issue. Jas is a very attentive owner. He had water bottles and a selection of teas available for our us which was a happy surprise. Also, there was ample supply of paper towels and toilet paper. My kids loved the selection of games available as well. I messaged him for more towels and he arrived within the hour and then brought more the next day. The walk to the falls is about 30 minutes which was on the long side but we broke it up with a run to Starbucks at the midway point. :) At the end of the day my 5 year old was a bit tired to walk back so if you have smaller children/seniors/etc. you may want to consider the 5-8 min drive and parking (cost ranged from $15-35 depending on day/time/location). We walked to the falls in the day and drove/parked for the evening. One thing to note - the upstairs did get warm as the air conditioning wasn't as efficient upstairs as it was downstairs. We were fine so no need to alert Jas; however, I could see how someone who likes to sleep in colder temperatures may be unhappy sleeping upstairs. Looking forward to our next trip to the area and staying at Jas' home!
