Luxuriöses Apartment in Südlage mit Blick auf den Pool, spektakulärem Golfplatz und Bergblick. Dieses moderne Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern in einem traditionellen Komplex mit Blick auf den Bereich des Schlosspools ist wahrscheinlich die beste Lage auf Puebla AIda.
Highspeed-WLAN, Klimaanlage, Wasseraufbereiter, Bluetooth-Musiksystem, SAT-Fernseher mit Sky Sports, Ventilatoren, verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Grill, Willkommenspaket bei Ankunft und Reiseführer.
Diese Wohnung wurde zu einem hohen Standard eingerichtet und wir haben versucht, dies zu einem Zuhause in der Ferne zu machen.
Die Wohnung ist alles auf einer Ebene und leicht zu erreichen.

Originally from Essex, I have lived in Mijas Costa for 16 years with my family.
Puebla Aida was our holiday location for a couple of years, then we decided to change our lives and live the Spanish dream. We still love it as much today as we did back then.

This property was originally our Holiday apartment, it has the best views possible.
When you walk in the door the first thing you see it that amazing view over the Pool area and Golf course. It really does not get any better than this.
Having been on the Committee of Puebla Aida as member, Vice President and eventually President for 5 year, I know this area like the back of my hand.
There are currently no other properties for rent offering the same standard as I do. I pride myself on my apartments and I am constantly updating and improving year in year out to make the experience special.
I invite clients to suggest improvements as it helps me to ensure my guests are getting everything they expect from the property.
I certainly am not the cheapest and there will be much cheaper properties available in this location, but none offer what I do.
When you arrive there is a full welcome pack, Bread, Ham, Cheese, Butter, Jam, Wine, Beer, Orange Juice, Eggs , tomatoes and Bacon (items can differ) Generally there is a larger than average package to get you through the first night.
We have installed water filters, so there is no heavy lugging of water bottles. There are several types of coffee machines, so no matter how you like your coffee we offer the correct machine. Capsule or ground coffee the choice is you.
The community offer a large selection of UK TV channels, mainly free view plus Sky Sport 1, 2 and 4 . If you want to practice your Spanish there are ample channels.
We have clients that have been coming back to the same apartment now for 15 years, that is in itself testament to the apartment in itself.
If you are looking to stay in Puebla Aida, you will not find a better apartment than this one, it is the peoples favourite.
