Family
We loved this property and all of its surprized guests. The house was cozy, clean, and enjoyable. We were visited by a deer family of fire, three baby chipmunks and black squirrels, something nonw of us seen before. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Great weekend
I really liked this house. The house is a bit outdated as far as bathrooms and kitchen cabinets are concerned, but spacious, functional, and clean nonetheless. The Jacuzzi & back deck space was an amazing addition to our stay, as well as the furry friends who came by to say hello throughout the day and evenings. (exclusively doe) The neighborhood has security, who are very friendly, and help you feel safe without being invasive.

In good conscience I can’t recommend staying here. The house was fine but the development seems like it is actively discouraging rental units. Also there are A LOT of hidden fees, fines and penalties detailed in the condescendingly written house rules. Be careful.

Perfect weekend
The whole process was very easy from start to finish. The house was great, location was exactly what expected, added bonus that supermarkets, stores and restaurants are just 5 minute drive away. Looking forward to rent on next weekend get away.

My family liked the experience, we only saw that they need to have that backyard of their house cleaner, and fix the roof of their house because when it rains water leaks. But we liked because it is quiet and relaxing. Thank you

Great family vacation❤️
We loved this house. 5 minutes from Kalahari. Great restaurants. The lake was in walking distance, our kids loved playing basketball there. Little kids would love the playground area. It was so quiet and peaceful. The security and property manager are great. Nighttime in the outdoor hot tub, game room in the basement with pool table and Foosball. 5 star fun. 🌟

Family vacation
Over all the stay was ok spender time with family. The size of the house was great but needs updating and a good cleaning. . There were no dish clothes and only 2 dish towels. The freezer had dirty ice and some of the molding falling off around the house. In the master bathroom the jacuzzi tub didn’t work which is difficult when you have little children. Also the rugs in the master bedroom and hallway were very dirty and smell. The outdoor grill needs to be replaced. Don’t t plan on returning

So Disappointed
The photos online must be from about 10 years ago. The home is in need of updating - everything from the beds to the pots and pans. The house was not clean - we cleaned and washed everything upon arrival. If you appreciate comfort, amenities, cleanliness, and respect your pocketbook, do not book this rental.

I don't mind paying for the rental if it cleaned and up to date. A lot of things are broken .
That picture was taken two years ago. They don't even cut the grass our wash down the decks or sidewalk. The grill outside wasn't cleaned. Inside things are falling apart. I don't understand. I paid for a five star home and got a 0. This is my last time I will ever use your company again. I had a problem last year with your service. I just don't understand how you let people deceive u with a pretty picture. 😕

Nice spot
We had a wonderful time at this house, and the location to camelback was about 15 min which was so great! The owner was very responsive and helpful to us throughout our stay. The only downfall was It could have been a bit cleaner, and it was a little more outdated than it appeared in the pics.

Renter Beware
Maintenance at this property is sub-par at best and the owner’s responsiveness to a broken hot tub and shower was less to be desired. The hot tub had a broken intake cover and my daughter’s foot got sucked into it causing cuts and bruises. I had to jump in and save her. The owner sent the property manager over to inspect and deemed the hot tub “dangerous”. No repairs were made. The 3rd floor shower didn’t work for the entire stay. The entire property needs updating and general maintenance. Don’t expect to be “wow”d when you arrive. Owner offered no remedies. Rent as-is, I guess.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house spacious house!!
We were so impressed when we all walked in at this beautiful spacious lovely big house!! We had a great time!! Love the high ceilings all the rooms. Some pointers: the linen did not smell clean, otherwise we loved everything!!! The owners were exceptional about responding to us promptly!

Pleasant stay with the family
The booking process was simple and straight forward... The communication from the owner was very clear, with instructions and expectations very clearly laid out in the packet of information sent a few weeks prior to arrival... The house itself and the amenities are all as accurately described in the listing. We loved the high ceilings in the living room and dining room. We loved all the games and amenities (outdoor Jacuzzi, foosball, pool, card games, cornhole, small piano in the dining room) and we had a great time while staying at this house.

4th of July stay at Stillwater Lake
Nice house, liked the amenities like the hot tub, fire pit, pool table and games. Biggest downer was the lake being unavailable to use due to bacterial. We needed to travel to public lakes.

This was a great stay in a great neighborhood with an incredible value and awesome host.
This was a great stay with an incredible value and awesome host. Home is in a great neighborhood, easy access to walmart, CVS and other restaurants. the home is stocked with a boat load of games, pool table, foosball, atari and sega fans ( you wont be left out) they have everything. massive deck, hot tub, grill, firepit. Clean house which is very important especially for folks like us traveling with toddlers. Mario was always available whenever we had question, they have help onsite close by, which makes things easy in case anything happens. Overall a pleasant stay, will definitely choose to stay again. Thanks again!!
