DOCK HOLIDAY ist das perfekte Zuhause für große Versammlungen. Das 3100 Quadratmeter große Apartment verfügt über 6 Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf das Wasser, 4 Badezimmer und 2 offene Wohnbereiche sowie einen großen Küchenbereich, in dem große Gruppen wie in keinem anderen Haus am Hartwellsee untergebracht werden können.

Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze für zahlreiche Gäste (und Bootsanhänger) in einer Sackgasse. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Sadlers Creek State Park und seiner breiten Bootsrampe. Darüber hinaus befindet sich die Unterkunft nur 11 km von Green Pond Landing und seinen Bassmasters- und Bass Angler-Turnieren entfernt.

Die Rückseite des Hauses enthält eine Reihe von Fenstern, so dass der See von vielen Aussichtspunkten gesehen werden kann.

Alles ist auf einer Ebene und umfasst breite Flure. Als solches ist es ein sehr freundliches Zuhause für Gäste mit ambulanten Herausforderungen.

Das Haus verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit viel Stauraum und zwei großen Kühlschränken.

In zwei separaten Wohnbereichen (z. B. Kinder und Erwachsene) können die Gäste Satellitenfernsehen. WLAN ist im gesamten Haus und auf der hinteren Terrasse verfügbar.

Der Hinterhof ist einer der größten, geräumten Felder am See. Darüber hinaus eignet sich der sehr sanfte Hang gut für eine Vielzahl von Spielen und Aktivitäten (ganz zu schweigen von den mitgelieferten Hufeisengruben). Es gibt über 250 Meter Wasserfront auf diesem Grundstück.

Am Dock können Sie Ihr eigenes Wasserfahrzeug oder eines von einer örtlichen Vermietungsagentur parken. Wir haben unser Boot vielleicht in der Überdachung (wie auf den Fotos), aber das Dock ist immer noch groß genug, um andere Boote festzumachen. Tiefes Wasser und eine perfekt gelegene Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang machen diesen Ort zu einem der begehrtesten am See. Lokale Angelcharter sind verfügbar.

Wir sind ganz in der Nähe des Golfplatzes Stone Creek Cove und nur 6 km von den Hochzeitsorten The Oaks und Evergreen Plantation entfernt.

Gäste reisen nur 35 km von und zu Clemson Football-Spielen und Promotionen, während sie die Hauptverkehrsstraßen meiden.

Family Vacation

This place was perfect! We had a large family gathering with adults, kids, and pets and it fit all of our needs. A lot of space for everyone to have the flexibility to be together but split off if needed. The ice machine was a nice surprise. Tons of games, loads of towels, more dishes than expected, tvs worked great, plenty of seating outside to enjoy the lake view. They had cornhole boards, fishing gear, life jackets and lake gear. The dock was great and we rented a boat for the week. We did some morning walks in the neighborhood and enjoyed seeing wild deer and the local horses, goats, and cows. Walmart was less than 20 minutes so we could easily stock up on groceries. Would definitely recommend this place. Owner was great at responding when we messaged. Hoping to stay again in the future!

Fabulous Stay at Dock Holiday

Our large family enjoyed the roominess of the house and lake activities. We took in the view of every sunset from the large dock. The home is well-stocked with comfortable furniture, two refrigerators, a stand alone ice machine, games including a pool table and an assortment of board games. The glass windows and doors allow for a gorgeous lake view. All was clean and neat when we arrived. Parking is ample - we had 4 cars at any given time. We all agreed we would return if we have the opportunity. There were so many great places to visit :Forx Farm (best butter ever), Goat Farm, Richardsons Day Lillies, Botanical Gardens (Clemson). As far as food: The Pompous Pig, and the Local Pub and Eatery were excellent places to eat when we didnt prepare our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The host communicates promptly and is available if you have any needs.

Phenomenal Spring Break

First and foremost, Shawn was a fabulous host. Very prompt to messages prior to and during our stay. Dock Holiday was a dream come true for us. The house provided such great separation, younger group on one side, matured group on the opposite. The boat dock and kayaks created a bond without devices for the younger generation in which we all thoroughly enjoyed. This home has created so many memories that we’ll cherish forever. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back!

phenomenal house and great for large groups or rehnions

We had friends come into SC from all over and this house was a perfect meeting spot.The dock is great for multiple boats and the huge backyard is great for kids and yard games. Plenty of spacious bedrooms, kirchen and tv/living rooms tied everything together for large crowds. My only criticism is we didn’t stay a fourth night so we’ll just have to do it again.

Our stay was very relaxing. The house was perfect for our large family. There were enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone, which is very hard to find. Our owner was very easy to get in touch with and was very attentive to our emails. We will be staying at this location again when our family can get together.

Great Space for Large Family

We had a wonderful weekend at Dock Holiday. Shawn and her husband were wonderful hosts. She responded quickly regarding any questions we had before, during and after our stay. The house and property are a great space for a larger family. It was very clean and well stocked; the ice maker was awesome. In the evening everyone enjoyed playing pool, shuffleboard and games. We rented the pontoon boot for the weekend; it was great to arrive, and it was waiting for us to enjoy. Check in and check out was a breeze. A wonderful weekend was had by our group of 14! We would definitely consider renting this house again.

Summer Family Vacation

Incredible place! Beautiful view of the lake from the house and even better from the boat dock! Each adult couple had a separate bedroom and the sleeping arrangement for the kids was perfect The kitchen was well stocked with just about any utensil you would need. There was one kitchen, two refrigerators, and a separate commercial looking ice maker. This was our third trip here and we hope to return!

It was if this house was built just for our family. There’s so much space inside and outside. The big yard overlooking the lake is perfect for playing ball, Frisbee and chasing fireflies. Beautiful Setting

This bnb is more than expected. The house is very spacious I like that the bedrooms are 3 on one side and 3 on the other side so we put the younger generation one side the older on the other. Worked out great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything need to prepare meals. Don't over pack as I did, it is all there. Great location on the lake were we could swim, fish and rent a boat. Well stocked with games and puzzles , Great host, quick to answer questions, very nice lady and co-operative. All in all we were very impressed. Have stayed at other bnb's with much less. Everyone had a excellent time. Definitely would stay there again. Don't forget to check out the sunset!

GREAT HOME AND LOVELY PROPERTY

Our family of 14 (6 couples with a couple of toddlers and babies) thoroughly enjoyed our weekend retreat at Dock Holiday! It is the first property in 5 years that we all want to visit a second time. The large yard is wonderful for "big" and little guys and pets too. We had a fun game of Ultimate and many games of U-Ball. We had one rainy day, and the two living areas worked out great. The dead end road is perfect for long walks as well. Very little traffic. We also highly recommend The Farm at Sadler's Creek: Great food with very large portions. We loved our stay.

The best week!

Dock Holiday was a wonderful vacation week for our family. We were there the week after Christmas, so we did not enjoy the water sports, only the view! The sunsets were amazing.....it is truly the best view! The house is so great....there was so much to do for every age.....table shuffleboard, pool table, Pac Man video game (a big hit), 2 large TVS, magnetic scrabble, puzzles, games and a large yard to play in! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were plentiful and the two living spaces were perfect for watching football on one side and playing all the things on the other! Two TVS gave the non football watchers a place for movies or gaming, too! The doors to close off the hallways and the separation between rooms were perfect to contain noise. There were extra fold out tables and chairs for eating or puzzle working. There were so many comfortable places to sit and relax or read. It was also decorated beautifully. The kitchens were well stocked....we had everything we needed....and there was an ICE MACHINE (game changer). A ride to Dollar General was about 10 min. and larger groceries about 15-20. Everyone wants to go back! It was truly a gem of a place. Shawn was great with communication too....we had a health issue to take care of and she was kind and informative. Thanks for a great week of memories made with our family!

Thanksgiving Fun

Dock Holiday was a wonderful lakehouse for celebrating Thanksgiving! There was so much space for all 17 of us! Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked to prepare Thanksgiving feast Even had an ice machine. There were lots of games for the kids- Pacman, puzzles, movies, shuffleboard, and a big yard to play soccer and football. Our grandson caught several fish off the dock and we had S'mores in the firepit!. Shawn was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property for large group!

Everything we hoped for

We had the best time this summer on vacation. The home was perfect, cozy and offered everything a large family could ever need. The property owner was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. We were able to have our boat at the dock which was an additional bonus. Our dogs LOVED the huge back yard and all the open windows so they could see out. The kitchen is well stocked and it's an added bonus with two refrigerators. The ice machine was a huge hit. We loves this location and highly recommend it.

Wonderful Escape

We had an amazing time! The house and the property are beautiful and very spacious. We stayed here to celebrate my niece’s graduation from Clemson. It was a group of people from ages 17 to 87 and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything was well-stocked, the house was clean, and the landlords answered promptly when I had some questions. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful place!

We have owned and loved Dock Holiday since 2015. This is our family lake home. We cherish our time at Dock Holiday with our children and grandchildren. We enjoy all that Lake Hartwell has to offer (e.g., fishing, boating, water sports) and look forward to sharing that with others.
