Die wunderschöne Kiahuna Plantage befindet sich am weltberühmten Poipu Beach. Bummeln Sie durch ein über 40 Hektar großes tropisches Paradies mit Gärten mit anmutigen Orchideen und ungewöhnlichen Kakteen. Die Gebäude sind im Plantagenstil mit Jalousien an den Fenstern und Deckenventilatoren, die die Meeresbrise in der gesamten Wohnung zirkulieren.

Unsere Wohnung, # 167 befindet sich in Gebäude 26, ist ein Erdgeschoss, Endgerät mit seitlichem Meerblick und einer halbprivaten Veranda, weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß zum Meer! Genießen Sie eine entspannte Atmosphäre beim Abendessen oder grillen Sie auf einem der beiden Grills neben der Lagune, die nur wenige Schritte entfernt liegt. Die Strandhütte, in der Sie Handtücher, Stühle und Schnorchelausrüstung ausleihen können, liegt nur 1 Gehminute von der Wohnung entfernt. Es gibt mehrere Golfplätze und viele Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Sobald gebucht, gewähren wir Zugang zu unserem Informationspaket für die Wohnung, Kiahuna und Kauai.

Wir sind Mitglieder des Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Unsere Gäste haben uneingeschränkten Zugang zum Club einschließlich des Pools mit Rutsche, Tennisplätzen und Trainingsgeräten ohne Aufpreis!

Wir halten die Wohnung auf dem neuesten Stand! Unsere jüngsten Umbauten in den Jahren 2018 und 2019 umfassen die Aktualisierung der Dusche, des Fliesenbodens, des Schlafzimmerteppichs und aller neuen Wohn- und Esszimmermöbel. Kleingeräte werden jährlich oder nach Bedarf ausgetauscht.

Kauai ist ein Traum für Naturliebhaber! Das sprudelnde Horn ist ein Naturphänomen, das nur 2, 5 Meilen von der Kiahuna Plantage entfernt ist. Genießen Sie eine malerische Fahrt den Waimea Canyon hinauf und genießen Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Küste von Na Pali. Auf der Insel gibt es viele wunderbare Orte zum Schnorcheln, auch direkt vor dem Resort. Auch Surfen, Boogie-Boarding und Body-Surfen sind hier genau richtig. Auch auf der Insel gibt es zahlreiche Wanderwege. Der Heritage Trail liegt direkt vor Kiahuna. Folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf nach Norden bis zum Hyatt, wo Sie einen ruhigen Spaziergang über lithografierte Dünen unternehmen können. Es ist auch ein großartiger Ort, um von Dezember bis April Wale zu beobachten.

Spring break with the kids

Had a great time. Location and how close it is to the beach hut, beach and Sheraton is ideal. Ground floor is convenient, though sprinklers are pretty loud early in the morning. Condo size is great for a family of four. Beach chairs are super convenient.

Explore From the Door

Comfortable and cozy with a lovely patio for dining and relaxing any time of day. Every day there's a short or long walk to speical beaches. Green Turtles and Monk seals rested on the sands. The surf was too rough for swimming, but the weather was warm and partly sunny. We love eating in and the food trucks fed us many eveings. A new spot for us was Grandma's Kitchen in Hanapepe...a real treat. We bought fruit at roadside stands, shopped for groceries in Koloa as always. I Love Kauai and Poipu.

Great stay!

Ray and Mary’s place was fantastic! The location in the complex was an easy walk to the beach. About as close as you could get without being in one of the oceanfront units. We walked around the point each night to watch the sunset over the ocean. Beach was calm enough to swim in the ocean in February. Unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay! Fantastic cross breezes kept everything the perfect temperature. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Stay!

This property itself is beautiful as well as the surrounding grounds! It is so close to the beach which is so convenient and a short walk there from the condo. We loved the beautiful coastal decor and the place was stocked with everything you need for the beach. We loved our stay here in Kauai and would definitely recommend to others and stay here again in the future!

Great stay

We had a great stay in Mary’s condo. The no a/c was a non issue (stayed in February). All the windows are without glass so you get constant breezes. The kitchen had everything we needed except salt and pepper. The fridge had an ice maker which was great. My kids said the sofa bed was comfortable and the king bed was comfy as well.Loved the location close to the beach. The condo also had all the necessary beach equipment like chairs umbrellas etc. We drove across the street to the pool twice and the kids enjoyed the little slide. Overall would recommend and stay again (not in the summer tho-I’d need a/c). But loved the overall property of the Kiahuna .

Loved the location

Such a great spot for our getaway to Kauai. We loved being so close to the beach so we could walk and enjoy our morning coffee listening to the waves. Being across the street from shopping and dining made it an easy to walk for anything needed.

Kauai Paradise

We have stayed in this Kiahuna Plantation unit a couple times previously, so we knew we wanted to stay in it again. This unit is in a prime location, with a beautiful view from the ground level lanai, very short walk to the beach (1-2 minutes, tops), and close to everything in Poipu, Kukui'ula and Koloa. The layout and furniture are wonderful, and the kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, dishes, mixing bowls, baking dishes, etc. It is always so relaxing! And the new key code locks are great - you no longer need to worry about taking your key card with you.

Pleasant Unit for a Couple

We have stayed at this unit twice and it suited our needs. It’s nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and communicated with us immediately. There is no air conditioning, but the ceiling fans were all we needed with the breezes. We do not visit Kauai during the summer, so the three floor fans might be needed then.

Sept 2024 Trip

Great location to access beach, restaurants, shopping town and extracurricular activities ( Zipline ATV's Helicopter rides, boat tours). Property and condo unit are clean and well taken care off. Owners and property managers were extremely easy and great to work with. Enjoyed easy beach access, very nice common area, chaise longue chairs provided. Only downside was parking, most days it was easy to park close to the condo / building, couple of times spots were were full but it was a short walk. Would have provided five stars overall, however,during our stay it was extremely hot and humid for that time of the year, unit does not have AC, you rely on the cross breeze via fans & louvered windows. when gone you need to lock the patio doors so no cross ventilation, it was a little warm when returning. At night it was very comfortable to sleep, did not get hot during the night, however, you sometimes hear any late night vacationers returning to their condos. Overall I definitely would recommend the unit and property. Cheers!

Great condo at Kiahuna Plantation

This is a lovely unit with a great location. The owners and manager were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating! The lanai opened up to a semi private grassy area, and is very close to the beach. We will definitely reserve this until when we return.

Relaxing time

Very comfortable

Very comfortable, nice location, close enough to beach and BBQ. Could get a little noisy with neighbors conversing outside. But we had all windows open, so understandable. Recommend one more Tommy Bahama beach chair. Very happy with our stay.

Absolute Paradise!

This place was amazing! We had a wonderful time. This place was clean and very comfortable. It was just as fabulous as Mary had said it would be. It was so close to the ocean. You could sit on the lanai and hear the ocean waves, which I did every morning enjoying my cup of coffee. It even had beach chairs and a beach umbrella that came in very handy. It was just a wonderful trip, I would definitely rebook here again, and I will recommend this place. Mary was so accommodating with all of our needs. Great Retreat

Just the right balance of hikes along the shore and restaurants all start within a short walk from the front door. Short drives to Koloa for busy shopping and groceries. National Botanical Garden up the road and on-site cactus garden are wonderful. Wish there was a vegetable peeler. We ate at the condo almost every night.

We love the vintage feel of Kiahuna, the sounds of the ocean that we hear from the condo, the privacy of the lanai, the smell of the tropical flowers and the amazing grounds and gardens. It is a peaceful, special place that our family has enjoyed coming to every year for almost 20 years.

The closeness to the beach! Early morning walks in either direction provide expansive views of the ocean as well as sea turtles swimming in the surf, dolphins and whales (seasonally). The preserved ancient sacred grounds add to the unique feel of this very special island.
