Ein großer, moderner Raum mit einem Bett und einem Bad, nur einen Spaziergang von den Cafés, Bars und Restaurants des Yachthafens von Mindarie entfernt. Der Raum hat einen privaten Eingang und einen Garten im Innenhof mit separatem Eingang zu einem umgebauten Künstleratelier / Galerie. Tee- und Kaffeekocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Ideal für Wochenenden, Hochzeiten oder Veranstaltungen in der Marina oder um an die Küste zu gelangen. Schöne Spaziergänge in der Nähe und Claytons Surfstrand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang über den hoteleigenen Parkplatz entfernt. Die Fahrt in die Stadt dauert 35 Minuten mit dem Zug von der Clarkson Station, die eine fünfminütige Autofahrt entfernt ist. Wenn Sie über die Autobahn nach Perth fahren, benötigen Sie außerhalb der Hauptverkehrszeiten fünfunddreißig Minuten. Wir freuen uns, Sie in unserem schönen Zuhause begrüßen zu dürfen.

Lovely small apartment, great for a few days to just unwind near the marina. Place is clean, easy communication with owners, walking distance to beach etc. Will definetely be back in the future.

Great apartment

A spacious 1 bedroom apartment right on the marina. And a very short walk across the road to Mindarie Marina bars and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again. It was nice surprise to see breakfast cereals, juice, tea and coffee, and cheese and crackers supplied. We had a great time and will look at staying again.

Loved the area and the accomodation but as we were staying for 10 days we did buy a toaster and had no problems with the power. Would happily recommend to anyone. Mindarie is absolutely beautiful

Quick trip to Perth

Good location, parking was a bit hit and miss, sometimes you need to park a bit far from the accomodation but I was informed about this so wasn’t surprised. A pleasant stay

Easy location & entry. Close to bars eateries.Spacious rooms but feel it should have proper kitchenette. Nice touch with water bottles, crackers & cheese & milk provided. Cereal there too if wanted.

A well catered for stay

Enjoyed the stay at the property. Very comfortable plenty of eateries at the Marina opposite. Jeremy and Bernadette the proprietors were helpful and kept in touch to make sure the stay went smoothly.

Perfect Weekender

Property did not disappoint. Facilities and location were exactly as advertised, and the owners took great care to ensure inclusions were clear. Perfect if you are attending a function at the Marina, as I was. Would love to return again for a longer stay, in better weather!

Comfortable Stay

We stayed on Friday and Saturday night because attending a wedding in Yanchep. It was very comfy and quiet at night, while still conveniently located to so many restaurants and cafe within walking distance.

Perfect location

The accomodation was perfect for me. Walking distance to many eating places which was exactly what I was looking for. The size was a nice surprise with the large lounge area to relax and read my book and the patio area was also a added bonus and both areas were a sun trap which at this time of the year was refreshing.

Gorgeous Space—Beautiful Location

This space was large and well furnished and the hosts were fantastic—very responsive and helpful. The beaches are within walking distance and the area is wonderful for swimming/watching the sunset!

Excellent and quiet location

We found the unit well presented, clean, and roomy. The location was pefect for our short stay. It is very close to bars, cafes and the marina, but we found it to also be a quiet location. Loved it.

This property is outstanding and a fantastic base for short or long stays. The location is unique on the Mindarie quay harbour and is located just a short walk to the restaurants and bars, yet is whisper quiet environment.The terrace allows for sunbathing and relaxing watching the world go by. Great communication with the property owners allowing for easy check in/out. Loved it.

Beautiful Escape.

Cozy yet spacious with a beautiful front garden. Comfortable bed with luxurious bedding. Complimentary olives cheese, and fruit. Great art work. All just a stroll away from the marina, pubs and cafes!! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Short stay

Great place to stay, the sitting room and bedroom is a good size and didn't feel cramped. Nicely decorated and was clean. The bed was comfortable and being was clean. Bathroom was nice but a bit small for two people at once, we managed regardless so all in all I would recommend you stay here. I met the landlord and they are nice people and found them helpful. Mindarie marina is 30 second walk and their are some really nice cafes that have great coffee and breakfast so this is a big plus for us.

Lovely location and unit

We stayed 5 nights at this unit and found it very good. The artworks in the unit, olives and cheese on arrival were a lovely touch. The lack of a kitchen was over ridden by the cafes and restaurants which were all within 100 meters. The TV is a little tricky to navigate and in the bedroom not the lounge, but we never came here to watch tv. Overall a great experience

Great location and comfort

This is a converted art studio with several artworks by the owner on display making for a quirky touch. The lounge room is large, and the bedroom is equally large. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of closet space for clothes. The kitchenette was well-stocked with breakfast provisions. Evening meals were catered for by a 2-minute walk to Mindarie Marina and the hotel, restaurants and cafes. The views from the Marina boardwalk are fabulous with plenty of walking excursions to explore. Major shops and provisions within a 5-minute drive. Great location and a comfortable stay!

Claytons is a surf beach, Quinns has an ocean swimming barrier. The marina is great for SUP's, kayaking and walks around the marina. The cycle track from Burns Beach to Mindarie is now open.

Our guest space was a boutique art gallery in the heart of Mindarie Marina. We are twenty metres from Mindarie Marina hotel complex with its restaurants, cafe's beauty spa and hairdresser. Apart from water sports the marina is popular for ocean fishing as well as Claytons surf beach, cycling, walking routes to Burns Beach or Quinns Rocks and beyond.
