Da unsere Wohnung eine der wenigen ist, die sich direkt am Strand befinden, ist Ihr Blick auf das Meer und die Berge frei. Alle Eigentumswohnungen, die sich hinter unserem Haus befinden, haben begrenzte Aussichten, die versperrt sind, oder über den Dächern des 4-Strand-Gebäudes vor ihnen - Gebäude 1 bis 4. Wir sind im Gebäude 3.

Kinder werden es genießen, direkt am Strand zu sein. Sie werden die Sicherheit genießen, Ihre Kinder am Strand von unserem Patio aus beobachten zu können.

Amazing Experience

This was our second trip to Punta Mita and HDM. Even with our first experience being exceptional, our stay this time somehow surpassed that very high bar. Nick was extremely helpful and responsive during the booking process and the property is even better than described and shown in the photos. Joe went above and beyond in helping us with some additional requests that made our stay even better. And Marcela was amazing every day with her meals that we are still talking about even weeks later! Can’t recommend this property enough. We can’t wait to come back soon!

This was our family’s 3rd trip to punta mita. By far the best location we have stay at yet. Condo was spacious , comfortable and very well appointed. Cant wait to return.

Beautiful place in a perfect location. We've been to Hacienda De Mita 3 times and love it! This unit was beautiful, clean, spacious and right on the beach w/amazing views. Property manager was also great. Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely wonderful

We absolutely loved it here! The place was clean and nice with a view that can’t be beat! We enjoyed having a delicious breakfast cooked by Marcella. She kept our condo clean and it was so nice to have all our laundry done by her. Joe was so attentive and helped us with everything we needed. We even left an item behind and he did his very best to get it back to us. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation!

The property was just like the pictures online. Super nice amenities and a wonderful view. The access to golf courses and beach clubs was an invaluable perk. Having a washer/dryer was super helpful in limiting our packing, especially with us having a 4-year old. Most of all, the concierge service was top notch. We’ll be back!

Perfect vacation!

Wow!! My sister always raves about Punta Mita and now I understand the hype. This place is amazing. From the minute I booked this trip, I knew we were in good hands. Everything was top notch, and the location is perfect within the gates of the Punta Mita community. And right outside the gates, there are amazing restaurants that are easily accessible. Our concierge Joe met us at the airport and drove us to our house. Joe was so helpful the entire trip…Helping with restaurant reservations, getting extra things that we needed, etc.. Amazing person. And our housekeeper Marcella made us the most amazing guacamole and pico three times while we were there. If you are looking for a truly relaxing get away to paradise, this is the place to be! I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will absolutely be back.

Wonderful stay in Punta Mita

My family and I had an excellent ten day vacation at this property. Joe, the concierge, ensured that our airport pickups were seamless and that our groceries were pre-purchased and stocked. Throughout the trip he had thorough and quick communication and made making reservations a snap. The condo is well appointed and beautiful, and having access to the golf cart was spectacular. We split our time between the pool at HDM, which we had to ourselves, and the clubs at Kupuri and Pacifico. The whole area is stunning! We really loved being able to walk to town so easily (five minutes) and enjoyed the dining there. It was our first time in Punta Mita and will definitely be back to Hacienda de Mita!

Our rental was a dream.6 adults and a 1.5 year old.Joe the concierge is very helpful for all scheduling needs.My daughter did find us a more reasonable transport back to the airport on her own though.If you provide all the items for Laura to cook you breakfast, you will be very pleased.Be aware that she will stay for a few hours to do laundry and clean, so if you want privacy..you might let them know that you will handle your own towel washing.the unit has everything and is immaculate.warning!the 3rd bedroom with two beds(one is hard as a rock)an nobody wanted to sleep there.The view is slightly obstructed by one palm trees, but you can see most of the surf.The pool is warm and the jacuzzi is great.We visited all beach clubs and liked kapuri the most because it has a lovely infinity pool. and easiest to wander into the surf.The surf in front of the unit is really not for swimming.

Everything you could want!

This place is spectacular -- right on the beach, steps from the private gate to Punta Mita Village, golf cart access to all the Beach Clubs in Punta Mita, best concierge in Mexico (thank you for everything Joe!), delicious breakfast (thank you Laura!). Seriously, don't even think about it, just book it!

Amazing family space

The location and amenities were fantastic. There was space for everyone to be together for eating and hanging out as well as space for everyone to get a little quiet time away from each other. The pool was directly below our window and the surf beach just a short drive away. We had everything we needed!

For our Family with 3 boys who love playing in the waves & sports on the beach this location is perfect. Quick Access to the town for extra food & beach club access were great! We especially enjoyed the beaches at Kupuri & El Surf.

Great house in a great gated community minutes from downtown punta mita..

This house is incredible. Right on the water and in the lovely hacienda mita gated area. A golf cart ride away from many beach clubs and a 2 min walk to downtown Punta Mita. Laura and joe we both amazing! Would go back!!

Wonderful Property / Spring Break Family Trip

We are a family of five, and we loved our stay at this property. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures -- huge, beautiful, and right at the beach. It was the perfect home base to explore Punta Mita. Some advice for future visitors: - The golf cart is great and it is very easy to drive around to the beach clubs. Parking is easy too. - The pool at the unit is nice, but the beach is probably not where you will spend time. Great view and for walking in the morning, but ... instead, drive to the Kapuri Beach Club (7 minutes by cart) and enjoy a much better beach. At Kapuri, you have sand but no rocks; plus chairs, umbrellas, food service, and the like. Just lovely. (There are other beach clubs too, but Kapuri is the nicest beach, and there is no cost other than for the food you order plus anything you choose to rent. No reason to pay at some of the hotel-associated clubs; just enjoy Kapuri. Pacifico is okay too, but much more rocky underwater, so harder for the kids.) - Make dinner reservations before you arrive. Restaurants have only 10-15 tables and they fill up a few days ahead. Great places are reasonably priced ($20-$40/person) and fun. We loved MINA and SURI, and BAHIA (at Four Seasons, so slightly more expensive). If you eat at dusk outside, wear pants or use bug spray. The mosquitos are very active in Punta Mita. - There is a gym just a few minutes away by golf cart. Nothing fancy but good enough. $20/day, or $70/week. - Tennis is crazy pricey, and they charge for rackets too. Bring your own if you want to play. - Grocery store is in easy walking distance (Mercado Olin) but tiny. You can buy what you need for breakfast and gauc, but you aren't going to be able to buy chicken, beef, or anything to really cook a meal. - You can walk easily to many restaurants. The golf cart then takes care of the beach clubs and further restaurants. The concierge (Joe) will arrange airport travel. - Whale Watching was lame. Little boat. Did not think to hand out life jackets until we asked, even for the kids. We did see whales, but then the snorkling was meh. The guide seemed more interested in snorkling for herself than in actually helping us or showing us anything. That was disappointing. - Overall, this is a great location; just plan ahead for restaurants and make good use of that golf cart to visit the beach clubs when you want to get sun, swim in the ocean, or eat by the beach.
