Beautifully appointed air-conditioned studio in residential zone behind the Croisette – 4 minutes walk from the beaches. In a high quality residence comprises 1 bedroom REAL BED sleeping 2 in a large comfortable double bed. Wall TV, DVD, heating and air-conditioning, WIFI, towels and linen provided. Street parking free. Caretaker in residence.
Notes:
Double bed 2 adults max. - accommodation NOT suitable for children or parents with baby. It is on ground floor separated from street level by a small planted garden - no external balcony. Short stays available (from 4 nights) outside peak season.

Regional Transport: We are often asked if a car is required for regional touring. If you are already coming by car, Cannes is an excellent base for touring the region from the Var to Italy. But for shorter says - up to several weeks - a car is not required. Regional transport services - bus, train, and coastal ferries, are excellent and not expensive. You can travel by train from Cannes to Grasse, Antibes, Nice, Villefranche, Monaco, or Vingtemille* (Italy) for day visits or shopping, or (westwards) to Frejus. St.Raphael from where you can take a bus (or boat) to St.Tropez. A ferry trip to the beautiful Iles des Lerins just off the coast of Cannes is a welcome opportunity to swap the bustle of the Riviera for the tranquil peace of unspoiled forest and rocky bathing pools. Also the peninsula costal walks of the 'Caps' ... Cap d'Antibes, Cap Ferrat (see the beautiful gardens of the Villa de Rotschild here) etc.. are some of our favourite day excursions.

A great place to stay!

The studio is located very close to the Croisette, the beach, a big supermarket and the shopping street Rue d'Antibes (5 minutes). It is also close to the SNCF-station (15 minutes). There is enough parking place around and also the possibility to parc in the underground parcing which has direct access to the house. The House is guarded by cameras and a personal guard. The Studio is very clean and modern and you find everything you need. You can sleep very well because the street the studio is located in is quiet and the bed is very confortable (even for people with back disorder). All in all I can not believe how much we got for the money we payed, it is best value for money! At least I would like to say thanks to Conor for being such a kind and helpful person. If I will ever come back to Cannes I will stay in this studio again.

Lovely clean property a bit small but worth the money free wifi comfortable bed and great shower with hot water . supermarket within walking distance bars and restaurants a short distance too didnt need a car as everything close by connor the owner was really helpful also amir was on hand too. I would definately stay again.

Une belle adresse au coeur de Cannes

Idéal pour un cours séjour. très bien placée juste derrière l'Hotel Martinez. Propreté impeccable. Connor est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Seul bémol, une très petite taille qui ne permet pas vraiment de rester dans l'appartement.

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit studio très bien équipé.

Mon mari et moi avons passé des journées très agréables dans ce studio petit mais très bien équipé. Petit, mais doué d'un grand lit et d'une cabine de douche très confortable. En plus le studio est situé dans un bel immeuble avec garderie et possibilité de parking. La Croisette, la rue d'Antibes et le supermarché Casino sont à 5 minutes à pied. Et Conor, le propriétaire, a été très sympathique et disponible dans tous les moments de notre séjour. Bref, la prochaine fois à Cannes ce sera encore dans cet appartement!

Studio conforme au descriptif. Très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la Croisette. La possibilité de location d'une place de stationnement pour 2 euros par jour est très appréciable. Accueil parfait de Conor, ponctuel ,très attentionné et confiant.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix, très bonne situation. Grande disponibilté du loueur.

Situé dans un immeuble de standing avec gardien, et sur une rue calme, ce petit studio comporte tout le nécessaire, le grand lit est confortable. A quelques minutes à pied, le supermarché Casino permet de faire toutes ses courses dans de très bonnes conditions. La rue d'Antibes et la Croisette sont à 5 minutes à pied. Il faut insister sur la gentillesse et la disponibilité du loueur, attentif au bien-être de ses hôtes, par exemple le linge de toilette dans la salle de douche est abondant, ce qui est loin d'être toujours le cas ; s'il y a le moindre problème, le loueur s'efforce de le résoudre vite et bien. Bref, on se sent accueilli et détendu pour profiter de son séjour à Cannes.

The best place to stay in Cannes

I stayed in Lacour studio for 10 days and I wanna say thanks to Conor (the owner) for my excellent stay. He was very kind, helpful, organised and friendly. The studio is perfect for one or two persons, it's very well equipped and has absolutely everything a traveller can need. It is very cosy, clean, modern and good value for money. The location is great - the studio is 5 min walk from Croisette, supermarket and shopping street Rue D'Antibes. 10 min to Baoli nightclub and 15 min to the train station. At night it is silent and there's always a free parking place :) Next time i will definitely stay there. Thanks again to Conor!

Super !

À Cannes, près de la Croisette, studio pour 2, pla

We are from Russia, and have been in France, Côte d'Azur in the first place. I am very happy with the choice studio, as it is located close to all transport stations and the beach is very close, and it is within walking distance. Despite the fact that the studio is very small, yet it carries the full functionality of any large apartments. Comfort studio created Mr. Conor, to which I am very fond, and I think it is very Easten Frenchman. He only answered those constantly on my questions, but in many ways helped our favorable stay in Cannes. It is very convenient that he does not live far away, thus can solve the problem very quickly. I'm glad that in our time is an advantage the human factor, and not the cost of services. Thanks.

perfect place, perfect stay

This has been my 7th time staying at this studio. Coming to Cannes regularly, I make sure to always rent this place: perfectly equipped, always spotlessly clean, great price and with a hard-to-beat location (in a quiet residential area right behind the Martinez and therefore only minutes away from the Croisette, the beach, the Palais and the city center). Conor, the proprietor, is very friendly and helpful and strives towards making your stay as comfortable as possible. Look no further, this is the perfect place to stay for a single or a couple - whether you are coming to Cannes for pleasure or business. I highly recommend it without any restrictions!

Petit, complet, douillet et très bien placé !

Sophie et moi avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio très bien agencé. Tout est pensé intelligemment dans sa conception. De plus, cet appartement est situé à 5 min à pied de la Croisette à hauteur du Majestic. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire. Autre point fort : on peut se garer aisément et gratuitement dans la rue . Nous retournerons assurément dans ce studio car inutile de chercher autre chose quand on veut passer une semaine à Cannes de manière confortable et agréable. Testez et vous verrez ! GREAT PLACE!!

we stayed for 2 weeks. its a great place to stay. u can reach everything by a few minutes walking- the beaches- the city- restaurants. the flat is very clean and even if its quite small u really have everything perfect organized- the flat in real is bigger than shown on the pictures!! also conor is a very nice and helpful person which we really appreciated!!! we ll come back if our way brings us back to cannes!! Execelente estadia

O apartamento é optimo para 2 pessoas. Está situado numa zona muito tranquila, apesar de muito próximo da Croisette (basta atravessar a avenida). O proprietário foi muito amável e empenhado em proporcionar uma boa estadia. Quando regressarmos a Cannes, certamente tentaremos ficar de novo neste apartamento. Obrigada por tudo Conor!

Great stay!

Studio is small but VERY cozy and Conor did everything to make our stay even better. Studio has very modern furnishing, all the kitchen appliances you will need for a short stay and extremely well accommodated bathroom. We also loved the location. Studio is basically 5 minutes away from the sea. ideal for morning or evening run. Studio is located in small street so it's very silent (well deserved sleep is crucial in Cannes during the season). Definitely going to stay here again when in Cannes.

Very good value

Good points of Studio Lac - 1. Excellent communication from owner - swift & helpful 2. Very good value for money in an expensive area 3. Well equipped kitchen, v. small but quite able to self cater 4. Basic items provided - cleaning stuffs, kitchen & toilet rolls, salt etc. 5. Good quality towels & bedding + beach towels provided 6. Efficient air conditioning 7. Neat & clean with modern fitments 8. Big supermarket with patisserie, fresh meat & fish approx 5 min walk 9. Able to explore cheaply by public transport (Pensioner's discount on train)

Excellent studio, service and location

I am a returning customer for 7 years now. I have thought about going somewhere else but always ended up at this studio, or a similar one by the same owner. This studio is small but cozy and clean, with modern furniture. Everything you need is provided - nice shower, plenty of towels, toiletries etc. comfortable bed. WIFI and cable are included. Even the hallways are clean and neat. The kitchen is also well equipped. I like fixing my own fresh market meals. However the restaurants are not far either. My favorite croissants and pastries are at Cesarine cafe, which is exactly 10 min walk toward Palm Beach. Security shutters on widows are useful to block daylight in case it's needed. Rue Lacour is only 10 min walk from the town centre - and to the beaches is only 3-4 min walk. Public beaches nearby are free, and one public beach has assigned places for 3.70 EUR/half day. There are also private paying beaches if you wish beach services. Parking on the streets near here is also free. I love shopping at Rue d'Antibes , it's only a few minute walk. I have stayed from 2 weeks to 4 weeks, alone, with my husband or with a girlfriend - all of my my guests have stayed with me more than twice, everyone has been happy to go back again. I think the price is right too.

perfect for cannes

we stayed in this studio fo 6 nights and every detail was quite reasonable inside.all the towels and linens were clean . it was very easy to reach all facilities in city(bus stop,beach,palais de festival ,train staiton etc) but most of all the owner was very very friendly. he was like a friend and gu?de to us when we need, during our stay. as a result;: this place is highly recommended esp for couples.

El mejor lugar!

Estuve con mi amiga Pato en junio de 2010 en el studio de la calle Lacour, desde el primer contacto con Conor nos sentimos como en casa. El studio fue perfecto para nosotras, con todas las comodidades y cerca de todo, de la playa, de la peatonal. Conor es un anfitrion excelente y podemos recomendarlo a todos los que quieran conocer y vivir Cannes! Sin dudas voy a volver el proximo año y alquilaré el mismo studio. Gracias Conor por tanta hospitalidad y tantos detalles unicos!!!!

Excellent hospitality, apartment and location

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in May 2010 and we would definitely stay there again. The photos and description on this site were helpful but I think the apartment is even more charming than described. The design is very tasteful with attention to many details. The owner seemed to consider every item desired and equipped the apartment with everything needed and more. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It's located within a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The owner provided exceptional service to ensure our comfort. He picked us up to take us to the apartment giving a tour along the way, presented the apartment showing all of the features, and gave instructions for TV, AC, Internet access etc. When I informed him that I broke an item, he made an appointment to promptly make the repair. From the first contact, he communicated with us clearly and promptly; and he's a fair and pleasant person.
