This property was a joy to rent for two months. The house is clean, comfortable, in very good condition and well equipped.
The floor-plan lent itself well for both in-home remote working as well as leisure relaxation. The physical location is perfect. Only a 5-10 minute drive to major grocery, general, and home improvement retailers. In 5 minutes you are on 985. A hidden gem is a huge public park, Cherokee Bluffs, only 10 minutes away. A great place to get outside, walk and explore.
All appliances in the home worked well. We particularly enjoyed the washer and dryer. The gas heating system kept the home at a very constant temperature, even during some cold February days. As a side-note, the Britta water filter is a nice addition.
The property itself is very nice. The yard was clean and relatively flat (kind of rare for a North Atlanta suburban property). A great yard for children to play. Woods in the backyard are a plus.
The subdivision is exceptionally quiet and well-kept. A few cars in and out in the morning and evening. All neighboring properties are well-kept and the entire subdivision feels and appears very safe.
If the opportunity arises for a return visit, I sincerely hope this property is available.
