Ein privater Innenhof begrüßt Sie mit blühenden Rosensträuchern, Besuchen von Kolibris und unserer ansässigen Wachtelfamilie. Genießen Sie das Lesen auf unserer bequemen Bank oder das Frühstück am schmiedeeisernen Tisch. Unsere andere Outdoor-Funktion ist das, was ich das Deck als großen Raum bezeichne. Wir haben vier separate Bereiche, in denen Sie am Bistrotisch speisen, im 8-Personen-Whirlpool einweichen, ein Feuer in der Feuerstelle aus farbigem Glas genießen oder auf dem Queen-Size-Futon entspannen können. Es gibt viel Platz und Privatsphäre in unserem baumbestandenen Garten mit hinterem Zaun.

Cozy and Comfortable

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in this lovely home. It is artistically decorated in a southwest style, very cozy and comfortable. A cold front moved in about day 3 of our stay, so, we didn’t get to use the outside areas as much as we would have liked ( they are so lovely); but, we did use the gas fireplace inside every night and that was such a wonderful amenity to have! We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the short drive into town where there were many restaurants close by. The only negative comment I have is that it took forever to get hot water in the master bathroom (which can easily be remedied with pump/valve to heat the water much quicker and would make a such a difference in comfort when you want to wash your hands, clean up, or take a shower, as well as save water.) All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Debbie, for sharing your charming home in Sedona.

Naturally Amazing

An amazing stay, the property is better than pics depicted, well maintained, equipped and comfortable. The deck, grill, hot tub and wildlife in the back yard are bonus. Your host Debbie is fantastic and thoughtful. Great location to use as home base while exploring with easy access to the area's natural beauty.We completed all sorts of hikes we found interesting and some recommended by our host. Easy day trips to Honanki ruins via pink jeep tours, Grand Canyon south rim and Oak Creek Canyon. A long day trip to Page, AZ for tours of Antelope Canyon and Horeshoe Bend is highly recommended. Antelope Canyon is an amazing slot canyon, well worth the 3-hour one-way drive. We recommend a tour directly with the Navajo Nation; they provide top notch guides (Jay was awesome) explaining the history and providing the best location for pictures and features to capture will inside the canyon. Uptown shopping and dining experiences were great. Parking is a bit of an issue pretty much everywhere so plan ahead to arrive early to use public parking areas that are close in. We can recommend a short drive or hike to view a sunset from Mesa Airport and having a meal at the airports Mesa Grill. The view and food were top notch. We would definitely stay at Quail Run again, the neighborhood was quiet and inviting, you can walk to several restaurants and a CVS easily, a short drive takes you to a Safeway grocery store for your supplies. Thanks Debbie, a great stay at your lovely home.

Awsome place to call home for the week.

Walking distance to shopping and some restaurants.....Hot tub in the morning w/ coffee and after hiking...Amazing sunrises and sunsets just up the road behind the house. Friendly helpful neighbors. Javelina`s & Coyotes visited us in the back yard a few days. The house had everything in it to make you feel like home. Debbie got right back to us when we had any questions.

A Perfect Spot in West Sedona

There aren't enough superlatives to describe Sedona--it is a beyond-gorgeous place; the peace and tranquility with which the magnificent red rocks envelope you, the perfect hikes amidst towering buttes, high desert landscapes and sage green forests, the fun, energetic excitement of a Pink Jeep tour! And, at the end of the day, going back to Debbie's lovely house made our vacation just about perfect! The house is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and carefully maintained. Everything from the comfortable beds and bed linens to the generous, fluffy towels, to the well-appointed kitchen were all just great. And, oh, my, the hot tub was a great end of day treat. The house is perfectly located, minutes from the Airport Vortex, and so close to so many of the amazing hikes in Sedona, and also just near enough to the town of Sedona, but away from the busy, busy town center. But, it is also Debbie herself that made this VRBO so special--she is so responsive to the smallest of questions and requests, makes great restaurant suggestions, leaves a lovely welcome basket with fruit and bottled water and was so gracious and easy to work with. We travel quite a lot and found Sedona to indeed be amazing and Debbie and her home to be just the place for us to stay during our time in the red rocks.

Beautiful house with comfy sheets. Does need an update in the Smart TV department. Also, when you go on vacation, it shouldn’t be expected that we are going to squeegee's the shower when used. That’s why we go on vacation, so we don’t have to worry about cleaning.

Heaven in Sedona

We absolutely loved this home near downtown Sedona. Quiet, walkable, beautiful neighborhood with quick access to nearby hiking trails, fabulous restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. House was spotless and well stocked. Including a large, well maintained hot tub, professional gas grill and gas firepit on back porch. Owner was very responsive to all our needs. The process from booking to checkout was one one of the best we’ve experienced. Wonderful Home in a Great Location

We loved staying here! The house is exactly like the description, with a spacious interior, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a good-sized hot tub and fire pit table on the deck. It’s in a well-maintained, quiet neighborhood (never slept better in my life) and is centrally located, with three supermarkets, dozens of restaurants, and countless hiking trails all within a few minutes’ drive of the house. (Airport Mesa trails and the Adobe Jack trail system are just a few minutes’ walk.) And Debbie is a treasure. She’s an incredibly friendly and responsive host, and it’s obvious that she put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable and inviting environment for her guests--we’ve never been made to feel so welcome in somebody else’s home. Highest recommendation!

We stayed in Debbie's home over the Christmas holidays, and we loved every minute of it. The home was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful neighborhood just minutes away from amenities like the grocery store, restaurants, and hikes (including one within walking distance). The hot tub was serviced while we were there and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend a stay here!

I am a Realtor and Reiki master living in a suburb of Chicago. My parents fist brought me to Sedona on a Route 66 trip when I was a preteen. I fell in love with it then and decided to buy a vacation home here. I rented it out unfurnished for 2 years and in June of 2015 totally furnished and did some rehabbing on the home in order for it to be perfect for guests as well as myself and my family. It has been a labor of love put into a home that everyone says feels so like their home away from home. I think when you put yourself into the very fiber of a home with great care and thought it resonates throughout. I love being a tour guide to my friends and family who arrive in Sedona especially for the first time. I hope you choose Quail Run to experience the beauty, magic and serenity that Sedona has to offer. Please note* I am a licensed Realtor in the State of IL.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

As a Realtor I know that it is all about location when choosing a home. I knew that a home located in the heart of Sedona within walking distance to Whole Foods, restaurants, shops and hiking trailheads would be a winner. Even if you didn't have a car you could still enjoy many amenities that the area has to offer. The park and public pool are also located within a 5 minute drive or longer walk to Quail Run.

Again, the unique benefit is that the home is located at the foot of Airport Mesa, know to be one of Sedona's 4 major vortex locations. It is a short walk up to the mesa, about 5 minutes, to obtain breathtaking views from the north and south. Airport Mesa is Sedona's premier sunset viewing location, not to mention a fabulous restaurant at the top! (noise restrictions on any aircraft that do not allow them to fly over the property) It is only small aircraft and helicopters. None of my guests have ever mentioned any noise.
Quail Run, being a one level home is also a benefit to anyone with a disability as there is only one 3" step to get into the home. There is also a large walk-in shower in the master plus a large soaking tub.
