Having stayed in many vrbo's (10-15+) I feel qualified to evaluate this unit and discuss certain things we look for. So here are the pro's and con's of this unit. PRO'S: Location to beach, town, freeways. Unit was clean. Lots of cooking utensils. Lots of linens. Quiet. Bed firm. Cheryl was responsive. CON'S: upon arrival no TP, paper towels, or kleenex (kind of a big deal). Couch very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. DVD not hooked up and no wires to connect it. TV remote did not work properly, yes I changed the batteries). Even though it lists "cable TV", it is BARE minimum, I know this because I was directed to contact the carrier (COX) for help and discovered this. You get ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, Spanish, religious, shopping, and music channels. NO ESPN, golf, CNN, MSNBC, FOX, TNT, etc. Channels you expect to receive if you list it as Cable TV. For me, this alone is a deal breaker. Also, remote gate opener did not work so always had to enter on Vista and punch in code.
I would not stay here again.
