CAPELLA ist unser Chalet-Apartment (Neubau 2018), das in den Residenzen von Chalet Brunes auf hohem Standard eingerichtet wurde.

NEU FÜR DIE WINTERSAISON 2019/2020 - Gemeinschaftssauna im selben Chalet verfügbar!

Das Apartment besteht aus 2 Doppel- / Zweibettzimmern, 1 großem Badezimmer, einer offenen Küche / Lounge und einer großen Südterrasse mit herrlichem Bergblick. Auch Zugang zu einem persönlichen Ski Locker und individuelle Garage.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das als 2 Einzelbetten je nach Ihren Anforderungen angeordnet werden kann. Es hat doppelt öffnende Türen in die große Terrasse für den direkten Zugang, um Ihren Morgenkaffee zu genießen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer kann auch als Kingsize-Bett oder 2 Einzelbetten eingerichtet werden.

Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein WC, eine moderne Spüle, eine beheizte Schiene und eine große Badewanne mit einer Regendusche, um nach dem Tag auf dem Berg zu entspannen.

Die offene Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, einen integrierten Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, eine Mikrowelle, einen Induktionskochfeld, einen Backofen, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Wasserkocher, einen Toaster und alle Küchenutensilien, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts benötigen. Ein erhöhter Bartisch trennt die Küche vom Wohnzimmer und bietet einen Sitzplatz.

Die Lounge verfügt über doppelt öffnende Türen auf die große Südterrasse mit fantastischem Blick auf die Berge und Pleney Ski Area. Es verfügt über einen 43-Zoll-Flatscreen-LED-TV mit allen britischen Kanälen (und Französisch TV-Kanäle, falls gewünscht), Blu-ray-DVD-Player, Nintendo Wii und Bluetooth-Lautsprecher.

Die Terrasse von 15m2 hat eine entspannte Sitzgelegenheit sowie einen Esstisch und Stühle, um den Winter après oder im Sommer entspannend zu genießen, während Sie die Berge oder die Sterne betrachten.

Es gibt auch einen persönlichen Ski Locker für alle Ihre Ausrüstung. Dieses ist mit einem Skihalter, Helmhaken und einem 4 Paar Stiefelwärmer ausgestattet, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihre Stiefel trocken und bequem für den nächsten Tag sind.

Es gibt eine private abschließbare Garage mit gesichertem Parkplatz für 1 Auto und Fahrräder bei Bedarf. Begrenzte Parkplätze im Freien sind ebenfalls verfügbar, je nach Verfügbarkeit.

Es gibt kostenloses WLAN zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Chalet liegt an der Route d'Avoriaz, 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum von Morzine und nur 100 m von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Diese Hauptbuslinie bedient den Prodains-Aufzug nach Avoriaz im Herzen der Porte du Soleil sowie nach Morzine für die Stadt und die Lifte.

Morzine ist eine charmante Bergstadt zwischen Avoriaz und Les Gets in den französischen Alpen und gehört zum Berggebiet Porte du Soleil, einem der größten in Europa. Es ist nur 1, 5 Stunden vom Flughafen Genf oder 2, 5 Stunden vom Flughafen Lyon entfernt, es gibt gute Verbindungen, die gut bedient werden. Eine große Auswahl an Outdoor-Aktivitäten ist verfügbar, sowohl im Winter als auch im Sommer. Sommeraktivitäten umfassen ein großes Netzwerk von Mountainbike-Strecken für alle Fähigkeiten, Rennrad, Wandern, Trail Running, Parapenting, Bogenschießen, Kanu, Kajak, Canyoning, Klettern, Klettersteig, Golf, Schwimmen, Tennis, Angeln usw. ..

Great apartment, good location would definitely recommend it

We stayed at Gemma’s apartment before Christmas and had a great holiday. It was a fantastic apartment ideal for a family of 4. It was well located and easy to get to the ski areas of Morzine and Avoriaz. The apartment had everything we needed, having the garage and ski locker made things very easy. Gemma was a very good host to deal with answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay again and would recommend the apartment.

Fabulous apartment in Morzine!

We’ve just stayed at Capella for a half term ski trip and had a fantastic stay. The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished in a modern style with a well equipped kitchen and large modern bathroom. The apartment was spotlessly clean, as was the building the apartment is located within. Even though it was winter, we loved the large balcony with views / sunsets over Morzine. The ski locker room with book dryers is located right next to the apartment so it is very convenient and safe to store your equipment and the underground parking was excellent too. We caught the free ski bus to Morzine, and it’s only a very short walk to / from the bus stop. We thoroughly loved our stay and highly recommend Capella. Communication with Gemma the host was fantastic too. Thanks for a great holiday!

Agréable séjour dans un joli appartement

Bel appartement confortable, moderne, bien décoré et bien équipé. Le garage fermé et sécurisé est très appréciable en cette période hivernale. Le centre ville est rapidement accessible en voiture, ou en 10 à 15 mn à pied, c'est plutôt pratique. Une petite remarque concernant le livret d'accueil qui est uniquement en anglais, un peu compliqué pour les explications concernant les appareils de chauffage ( heureusement il y a google traduction ! ). En ce moment de couvre feu à 18h nous aurions apprécié avoir plus de choix dans les programmes TV français ( 4 chaines en tout et pour tout !!!) Pas très grave car séjour court.

Great holiday

Had a great week in this apartment, property is a great size and has everything you could possibly need for your stay, it is extremely clean and very modern, bonus of ski locker being next to the apartment means easy access when you’re getting ready, location is good, you’re near the bus stop for getting to either Avoriaz or Morzine centre and not too many stops away. Owner has been extremely helpful in making our stay a special one, wouldn’t hesitate to return, thanks.

Great place to stay in the spring / early summer

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We had 7 sunny days out of 8, which always helps. We would all probably stay in Morzine and in particular this apartment again if the opportunity arose. For spring and summer use, the balcony / terrace is lovely. We spent most afternoons, after our walk for the day, sitting out there. We also ate out there most evenings. The 3 piece suite cushions are perhaps a bit thin, for long term sitting, but we just supplemented with those from inside! The other boon was that the inside of the apartment stayed pleasantly cool. I presume it is the modern insulation that does this and that it is equally pleasantly warm in the winter. The apartment is well furnished, decorated and equipped. It’s the first time we have experienced an induction hob and pans that work and how! The only slight criticism on the equipment, for those who cook / eat-in a lot, is that the fridge seemed a bit small. However because the flat kept cool we did find that we could put the slightly less perishables like butter, veg & salad in the cupboard under the breakfast bar. There were 4 adults in our party: myself, my wife and our 2 adult daughters. The location is very good, with lovely views from the balcony. It took us about 10-15 minutes walking down to the centre of town and 15 to 20 back (up-hill). Shame about the football results. Morzine is very pleasant, not too much of a pure ski resort like the rather bleak, in summer, Avoriaz. The Carrefour in town and the hypermarket version on the outskirts of St-Jean-d’Aulps are good and easily reached by car with easy parking. You definitely need a car to get about in summer, unless you want to stay just in Morzine. The walking is excellent with all levels of walks, up to proper mountaineering trips available in the vicinity. The Alpine flowers were lovely. Gemma is very helpful and the booking procedure was easy. We got our cleaning / damages deposit back without a problem.

An absolutely top class modern spacious apartment

This apartment is by far the best we've stayed in during the past 12 years of snowboarding, and we've stayed in some absolute crackers! Not only is this apartment brand new, but it's bright, modern, spacious, has every amenity available and extremely tastefully decorated. It's also situated in walking distance from the centre of Morzine village and more or less on a direct bus route to the Prodain express cable car to Avoriaz. So it's ideally situated between the two making it a brilliant comfortable apartment that has more than enough space for either a family of four or two couples. The entire booking procedure from start to finish was extremely easy and the owner was a delight to deal with. We couldn't have asked for anymore from them. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. I think anyone who has stayed here would say exactly the same thing. This is a super brand new apartment that has a modern twist but whilst keeping a very traditional feel. I'm sure that I speak for everyone in saying anyone that stays here will agree you will not be disappointed.

We love the town of Morzine and have dreamt of owning a property here for a long time after many Ski holidays in the Portes du Soleil area. We now enjoy the large Ski area and love the area in the Summer too for mountain biking (VTT), walking and all various activities the area has to offer.

When Chalet Brunes came up as a new construction in Morzine we loved its location for access to the town but also its South facing aspect and views, especially due to the large outside terrace our apartment has.
