Überdachte Veranda mit Blick auf den Pool und einen Morgen privaten Grundstücks für einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Wir (Matt und Sue) haben kürzlich das Haus gekauft und eingerichtet und freuen uns auf den Umzug nach (SO!) freundliche Fountain Hills an einem Tag. In der Zwischenzeit hoffen wir, Ihnen und Ihrer Familie / Ihren Freunden ein wunderschönes, ruhiges und unbeschwertes Zuhause bieten zu können. Wir sind bestrebt, Ihre positive Bewertung zu erhalten. Deshalb haben wir uns alles vorgenommen, damit Sie Ihre Koffer fallen lassen, ein Getränk einschenken, Ihre Füße in den Pool tauchen und das warme Wetter und die fantastische Aussicht genießen können! Amazing Home!

We loved this property! The house has everything you need and the pool area was beautiful! We spent every afternoon relaxing in and by the pool. It's very quiet as the neighbors are a good distance away so the pool area is very private. At night we enjoyed watching movies on the big TV in the very comfortable family room.Matt was super easy to communicate with and would answer any questions very quickly. We can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Majestic mountain views. Lovely home. Mattresses were very comfortable. Pool was great. Grandson never wanted to come out of the water.Very quiet nrighborhood!! I would not hesitate to rent this home again.The best part of our vacation was the host. Always available and so accommodating.5 stars for us!!!!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

The property was perfect. Matt is an incredible host and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were anxious to get away from frigid temps and were looking forward to relaxing in the sun and swimming. The heated pool was perfect, landscape is beautiful and the mountain/desert views are exceptional. We can't wait to come back!

This scenic property did not disappoint. Clean property with multiple views in mid century home! Gorgeous serene pool area with gorgeous views of mountains and desert landscape. Photos don’t do it justice - just perfect

I’ve stayed in many properties in the US, never has one been so well equipped plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Everything you could ever need including a pantry with many of the ‘basics’ a welcome pack of goodies was a really nice. The most incredible thing was a Peloton bike! Large TV’s were fantastic pool was super clean (we watched how thorough the pool guy was). Lots of additional pillows linen and towels I can’t think of anything more you could ask for. The area is clean safe and unbelievably quiet, no car or aircraft noise and the pool is secluded and not overlooked at all. If you want party central - this isn’t for you. If you want peace and tranquility this is the place for you. Matt the host responded to our ‘how does this work’ questions within minutes, unbelievably helpful and keen to ensure we had the perfect stay - which we absolutely did. If we come back to Scottsdale we will not need to look anywhere else

Fountain Hills Gem

This is our second stay at Matt's beautiful home in Fountain Hills. We were greeted by a lovely gift basket filled with all sorts of treats which was so thoughtful. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well outfitted and stocked with some basics to get you going. Bedrooms are comfortable and living area has loads of room to play board games, puzzle or just relax and watch some sports or watch a movie or take a spin on the bike! The house has a lovely pool and backyard where you can enjoy some beautiful sunsets while enjoying the peaceful and incredibly quiet neighborhood. You are close to the Fountain Hills town center, shopping, restaurants, and some nice hiking trails. Did I mention the cleanliness and neatness of the house? It really feels like a home away from home. Matt is a wonderful host and he always available if you need him. We are looking forward to our visit next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful vacation home in Fountain Hills

Loved my stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom fully equipped home in Fountain Hills. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful and private pool and backyard. I really appreciated the Peloton since it was August and too hot to hike or run outside, but can’t wait to come back and stay when hiking and running is possible. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, all I needed for a wonderful stay.

Best Vacation Home Ever!

We have been coming to Arizona for years now. This was by far our best rental we have ever had. Matt even went as far as to help us surprise my husband for his birthday on the day that we arrived. Accommodations are insanely clean and he has literally anything you might need to cook, clean or use. Also, everything is close to you: pizza, dinner out, breakfast, ice cream, coffee and hiking. The views are breathtaking and the neighborhood is so very quiet. The pool is perfect and you can stay on the porch and watch the kids so easily. If you like getting up and walking or running the neighborhood this is absolute perfection. I can’t say enough amazing things about Matt and his property. You have to book this! You won’t regret it.

Stunning views, peaceful, spacious, beautiful property, exceptional!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this exceptional property for 3 wonderful days! The beautiful pool & multiple outdoor spaces meant we spent lots of time outside in the fresh air, both in the sun & in the shade. The home is in a lovely neighborhood & we walked different directions everyday - amazing desert views! We were amazed by the beauty, the peacefulness, & the comfort & variety of seating options. The pool, the shaded deck, the breezeway… simply the best! The indoors is also great! Convenient & well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, inviting spaces, we loved it all. Matt has made this home perfect for VRBO renters! It’s spotlessly clean, has every conceivable thing you may need, & checkin & communication were a breeze. We are now staying at another property that a friend is renting & we are shocked at the contrast of what they DON’T have. We so appreciate the thought & care Matt has taken in making this home a renter’s delight. We felt very well cared for. We WILL be back!! Thank you Matt, for a wonderful stay!

Very Enjoyable Home

This property was lovely -- lots of windows and views, great pool/patio, and lots of covered spaces for reading and relaxing. The owner was wonderful -- he was very communicative and did all he could to ensure our stay was pleasant! The property is also very family-friendly -- with a Pack n Play, high chair, child rocker, and some kids' games on site. Note: all beds have Temprapedic mattresses.

Location, location, location! Sure, the fresh reno caught my eye, but it was the sprawling feel of the place, both inside and out, coupled with knockout views in every direction that really sealed the deal. Nestled among million-dollar homes in a neighborhood where the pride is as understated as it is comfortable, this spot is top-tier.

Funny thing—I wasn’t even close to being “in the market” for a home in Arizona. But after a hike on Sunrise Mountain and a bite at the All American Pub downtown (right across from the Fountain), I casually wandered into the real estate office next door. By the next day, I had an offer in. Guess it was meant to be!
