Stellar property

My wife and I recently stayed at this amazing property for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is terrific; within walking distance to trails and shopping amenities in a quiet neighbourhood. The views of the red rocks from the living room and master bedroom were outstanding. The house is well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to inquiries and very helpful. We have been to Sedona many times and this was our favourite place.

The view is a different kind of beautiful after it snows

This is our second time staying at this house and we will be crack for sure. It unexpectedly snowed in Sedona while we were there. Since we are from Houston, we don’t get to see snow often and were overwhelmed by the beauty of the red rocks covered in it. We were still able to hike and on snowy days we took advantage of the Teacup and Sugarloaf trails that we walked to from the house.

Comfort, amenities, and location!

We spent five days in Sedona, mostly to do some hiking. I came with my husband and one other guy friend of ours. We enjoyed the common spaces and also had our own privacy. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the hot tub after our hikes, and liked to sit out on the deck to relax or star-watch at night. The views were great - day or night! We appreciated all of the kitchen appliances (blender, coffee-maker, etc.) and utensils. We didn't do much cooking but prepared breakfast and lunch there. We were close to so many grocery stores and great restaurants, and not far from many trailheads. It was a great experience. Thank you!

Incredible view and great location

The view from the back patio and living room are spectacular! The home is located close to uptown Sedona but far enough to be away from the chaos. The home is spacious and comfortable.

Location and View

The house far exceeded our expectations. The views were spectacular from inside and outside the house. The hot tub is an added bonus. The house has everything you want to make yourself feel at home. Additionally the location is incredible, easy to get to everything Sedona has to offer. Walking distance to brewery, coffee and so much more. Would definitely stay here again. One mention is the house has high ceilings and above each door between the top of the door and the ceiling is a square opening into the room, so it lacks privacy as far as noise. Doesn't hinder the experience but something to be aware of.

Wonderful house, with a beautiful view. Coffee in the morning with that view! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to whatever you need. Oak Creek brewery right down the street (nice, quiet local brewery).

Great View

We arrived after dark and were tired so we did not know what the outside looked like. However when we woke up the next morning we were greeted by an amazing view of mountains from our bed. The view out the back is awesome. The house is also very well set up with essentially 2 master suites on opposite sides of the living space Everything is clean and in good working order. It is also convenient to trails, shopping and restaurants. The one downside is that both master suite bathrooms do not have doors. That was a major pain. All four of us hated not having doors on the bathrooms. Fortunately there is a third bathroom that does have a door and that ended up being used frequently by all of us. Everything else was so good that I would not let the lack of bathroom doors prevent someone from renting.

Heaven!

Pictures do not do this place justice! Watching the sun rise over the mountains from my bedroom to watching the sunset from the hottub—it was glorious. If you’re coming to Sedona, you already know how beautiful it is but this place (super close and convenient to everything) is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with breathtaking views. The home is luxurious but quite reasonably priced for all you get. Open and airy with comfy beds and living room furniture that was perfect for lounging with my two sisters, auntie and cousin (for our bi-yearly girls trip). This place is so well appointed with everything in a spacious kitchen, towels, linens, toiletries, plus magazines, books and games and a gas fireplace just to top it off! The host leaves very clear instructions for everything, plus local recommendations and is a helpful and great communicator. We all travel a lot worldwide and are in agreement that this was one of the best places, if not the best VRBO ever. Gather your family or group and book this place—you will love it. We didn’t want to leave!

Top notch in all aspects

If anything the pictures don’t do justice to this property. The view is tremendous and the design of the house maximizes the views. We could literally sit all day in the living room or on the patio and just look at the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked several meals here. The bathrooms are expansive and well-appointed. The location is close to many shops and stores although I’d save walking for cool days. Grand Canyon a 2-hour drive roughly and very doable. Susan and Peter super hospitable and responsive. Would stay again for sure.

Spectacular

Location, VRBO, Sedona all was fantastic !! Hot air balloon ride was nice. Hiking was our favorite, beautiful! Great restaurants. Went to alot of fine dinning., but also found senor Bob's right down the road. Went 3 times for lunch. Great burgers homemade fries. Just a little hole in wall but rock on sandwichs

Stunning Views!

The house was perfect with stunning views of Thunder Mountain and Chimney Rock. It was well equipped and very clean. The location was very easy to get to restaurants and hiking trails. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day hiking. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Retreat on the Red Rocks

Three of us came out for a retreat and picked this beautiful home to stay in. It was perfect for us and we had an amazing stay. The location was close to our retreat which was great for us. The view was fantastic and we were just in awe of the breathtaking beauty that is Sedona. We got to see some birds and some javalina which we absolutely loved! We had a question about something and had to contact the owners once and they were speedy in their response and so helpful and gracious. It was truly great to have the opportunity to stay here, I would do it again in a heartbeat! THANK YOU!! :)

Beautiful house

The house was clean and spacious, the patio wonderful to sit on and to enjoy the view. Quiet location yet close to everything in Sedona, a big supermarket in walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped, but most of the knives were dull and difficult to cut with. Lots of instructions for everything. We got a surprise visit from the owner on our first night.

Best Owners and Property!

First of all, I prioritize communication over anything when booking a place and these owners are absolutely incredible (I've booked over 100 places throughout the years so I've learned a lot). Furthermore, the cleanliness and view from the property are top notch. If I could buy this gem from them and move in asap, I would in a heartbeat! :-) Well stocked kitchen/bathrooms/laundry, warm comfy towels, heated floor in the master bathroom, cozy fireplace on those chilly/snowy nights, hot tub for our aching legs (60 miles in 7 days), outdoor area to enjoy the warmer days and did I mention the view?!? We also enjoyed the local trails from the house and appreciated the instruction sheets/recommendations from the owners for other things to do, places to eat, etc. I visit Sedona 3-4 times a year and would definitely rent this amazing place again without a doubt! Just wish I didn't already have places booked for July and December already! :-( Thank you for EVERYTHING Peter and Susan!!! We appreciate both of you so much and will definitely be back!

House and location are fantastic! Close to town and trailheads. Only issue is lack of doors on bathrooms plus open space above the bedroom doors creates lack of privacy when using bathrooms and bedrooms. As wonderful as this house is, would not choose this house for our next stay in Sedona.

A lovely time in a lovely home

What a lovely getaway! The large and cozy home was a perfect Sedona spot for our group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. We all swooned at the view every morning and appreciated the well stocked kitchen and heated floors. Check-in was a breeze. The home was very clean and quite. And the location is perfect for easy access to all the West Sedona sites and grocery stores. We loved being so close to trailheads in the neighborhood. We were happy with the restaurant recommendations - Javelina Catina really does have the best margaritas and fajitas. Like other guests have noted, there are no doors to the large en suite bathrooms nor shower curtains for the showers which made things a little awkward - the king bath got especially slippery - but everything worked out. I would definitely stay here again and you would love it too.
