Nice and simple

One unit of 4 in a house located in a quiet neighborhood. House appears that it is being renovated so there were building materials in the hall. Also some degree of clutter in the units closet/storage area, otherwise clean and we had no problems. Rhonda was fast to respond with my questions.

Sweet little apartment

This is our 2nd stay at one of Rhonda's properties. This one had everything we needed--comfy bed, small kitchen, and a space for our daughter to stay. It is close to our relatives and everything we needed to visit in Nashville.

Good overall

This was our first time using VRBO. The owner/manager had said online she liked to greet the renters...if available. There was no one anywhere near, so we just played it by ear. There was still some remodeling going on throughout the property, so it was a bit disheveled. Had to find the apartment, and the door was open enough for us to get in. After returning from eating the evening meal, the code I had received with my payment receipt did not work - texted the manager and after some discussion she realized she had forgotten to change it from the previous renter. There was no WiFi password. Called her again, it’s attached to the mailbox, downstairs. Went back down the stairs. NOPE. Called again to get the password. You could hear every TV in the house, at all hours!! Tiny place, but fine for an overnight stay if you don’t want breakfast. Close to our destination for early the next morning. We apparently need more experience with VRBO!!

Basic Room in a Lovely Neighborhood

Everything was there that was need, bed, bath, if you wanted to cook some, you have stove, microwave and frig. The owner was very responsive and invisible. As advertised it is a really nice neighborhood with lots of quaint streets to wander on a morning walk. Easy walk to Kroger for anything you need. The location is not only safe it is also easily accessible to the interstate and going places. Just don't expect much in the way of amenities or ambiance. I'll stay again because the price is competitive and the location is great.

A cheap and quiet stay

The neighborhood the house is located is very nice and quiet. It was a little confusing figuring out which house it was at first because all the houses have their house numbers on them except it. We just needed a place to sleep after our concert and it got the job done. The bed was very comfortable.

Older home

Rhonda was kind and communicative. The house is older and there seemed to be tools/materials all over the property getting updated. The unit itself was really hot/humid and required a window AC unit, which looked pretty old. It was quiet and in a good neighborhood. Rhonda was always available and accessible for questions.

A house in a pleasant, walkable neighborhood, with 4 apartments. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom: all small and simple, but outfitted well and comfortable. Good for a short stay.

2.5 because of bed and shower

we came into town for a concert, so our visit was brief—only two nights. we hit traffic on our way which caused our arrival time to change. rhonda was communicative and understanding. this listing is in a house that has been renovated into apartments. there are four apartments, two downstairs and two upstairs. when we arrived, we were told that we were upgraded into a different apartment than the listing. that was totally fine with us, but keep in mind my review is not for the listing i originally booked. this review is for apartment 3. we liked the location, the parking, the air conditioning, rhonda’s great dinner recommendation, having a kitchen, and the affordability. it was also very clean! unfortunately, we did not like the bed or the shower. the bed was very uncomfortable; it felt like it would snap in half with even just the slightest movement. we ended up sleeping on the couch on our last night after my partner woke up with a kink in their neck. the shower had no water pressure. i wish i was exaggerating. i could not wash my hair, and had to use the kitchen sink. overall, i would give this listing a 2.5/5 stars because of the bed and the shower. i would not book again. i feel compelled to mention that i also felt intimidated to leave a review because of rhonda’s previous responses to reviews, but i decided to review anyways. i think it is important for customers to have a safe space to provide feedback without anxiety or concern.

Quaint Space Away from the hustle and bustle

Great place to stay.

I needed a place to stay for a week while in Nashville for work. I decided to try a VRBO, rather than a hotel for this trip. Everything worked out just great. Communication with Rhonda was timely and smooth. No complaints. Will consider this an option next time I am in town.

Cute and convenient

Perfect location if you want to be close to everything in Nashville, but stay in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very quick with responses and checking in was super easy. Small place, but I traveled solo and the place had everything I needed. Definitely would recommend. Place is about 3 mins away from 12th street, which has cute shops and cafes and amazing food!!

Great place

I had a great one-night stay here. I just needed a clean, safe place that was reasonable priced while in Nashville, and I found it! A few other reviews said the property is in a quaint neighborhood, and I agree. It was very quiet and I felt perfectly safe whenever I was outside. It's in a really good location, close to downtown. Not so close that you can hear all of the noise in the downtown area, but not far away either. I was able to get an uber/lyft with ease. The host was quick to respond to a question I had and I appreciate that. I'll definitely be staying here again for when I'm in Nashville! The bed was so comfortable, so I was able to get a good night's rest. I didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed good and had utensils and things.

Quaint Room Near All the Action

This listing had all I was hoping for on my recent trip to Nashville: location, affordably priced and comfortable. The location was the highlight, near Hillsboro, downtown, and easy access to the expressway for my trip to and from the airport.

First Nashville Visit

Rhonda was a great host and this property is a gem for folks exploring Nashville! Take the number 7 bus straight downtown ($4 per day USD for unlimited trips) and return home to this quiet, safe neighbourhood. The nearby Kroger is so convenient and legendary Brown’s Burgers (over 90 years in business) is worth a stop!
