Dieses luxuriöse Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern, das auf einem Golfplatz liegt, verfügt über 2 Herren mit jeweils eigenem Bad, sodass es sich ideal für zwei Familien eignet. Die 2 verbleibenden Schlafzimmer sowie ein Ausziehsofa in der Höhle bieten Platz für weitere 6 Personen. Genießen Sie die Natur mit einem extragroßen Screened in Lanai mit einem solarbeheizten Salzwasserpool und einem Whirlpool. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt einen großen Vorrat an Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Highspeed-Internet, Kabel und ein Drucker sind ebenfalls enthalten.

Der Raum:
Das Haus befindet sich in Rotonda West in der Nähe von Englewood Beach, Boca Grande und Port Charlotte. Radfahren, Segeln, Parasailing, Kajakfahren oder am Strand liegen sind nur einige der vielen Aktivitäten, die wir in der Region anbieten. Strandzubehör muss nicht gekauft werden. Wir haben Pool / Beach Floater,
Sandspielzeug, Liegestühle, Kühler, Nudeln usw. für Ihren Gebrauch. Fahrräder sind ebenfalls erhältlich, wenn Sie eine Fahrt auf einem unserer zahlreichen Radwege in der Umgebung unternehmen möchten.

Florida Vacation Home Exceeded Expectations

Fabulous house

It was just as described. It was perfect for two couples with two master suites. We had an awesome stay. It was kind of far back in the neighborhood, but that just made it more peaceful.

Fab Villa

This villa provides superb facilities and we really enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was amazing with plenty of room. The other residents in the road were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return.

Beautiful home, BUT the listing says hot tub and garage.

We loved the gorgeous home, beautiful setting clean pool. Very happy with the home except: The weather was cool so we thought we could use the hot tub, which states it in the listing, however we couldn’t get the temp warm. We contacted the property manager who contacted the owner and we were told that it was only a spa. We were disappointed as you can understand. One of the days the pool people came and we asked about the temp but he checked and we were told there was a lock box on the controls for the hot tub. Also it states there was a garage but they had a large pickup parked in there and there was not any room left to fit my car. I do not drive a large vehicle. Again we contacted them and were told sorry. I think they need to change the listings to reflect these items.

Exceptional Stay in Florida: Diane's House Exceeded All Expectations

We rented a house from Diane in Florida for a week, and it was a fantastic experience! Diane provided us with all the information we needed, so we never had to wonder about anything. The house was in top condition and well-equipped with all the necessary household items, allowing us to relax without rushing to the store. There were two large "parent" bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, perfect for our two-family group. We truly enjoyed our stay! We rented another house in a different city for the second week, but it didn't match the high standards of Diane's place. We wished we could have stayed at Diane's house for the entire vacation. We would definitely come back if Diane is willing to host us again!

Great Florida vacation getaway

Great space - having 2 master suites were great for our family gathering! The heated pool, spa and bikes were bonuses for our active family. Jim, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Location in West Rotonda was close to Gasparilla Island (our closest fav) and Englewood beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

A blessed and restful stay!

Me and the family had a wonderful stay here! The house and amenities were very clean and well maintained. There was a minor issue with the dryer but we were able to contact the maintenance person and worked through it. Very nice stay and many great memories.

Amazing home

This property was fantastic!!! My family and I had an amazing time staying there. The only thing that I would change would be the temperature of the the hot tub. The furniture was very comfortable and having four bathrooms was a dream as we could get ready to go to dinner very quickly. We chose to have breakfasts in, snack though the day and then dinner out but could have easily fixed anything to eat as everything was so well equipped.

Good Family vacation

Our stay was easy at the house. Check-in was no problem. The house was clean. The owners worked with us as my son-in-law had his boat and I didnt know we could not have a boat. We found a place for the boat the next day. I made sure I left their place in great shape and did all towels and most sheets as a thank you back. Thanks and again our apologies for the boat.

Spacious house with lovely pool

The outside of the house is beautiful. It truly makes a statement when pulling up. The lanscaping is really nice and the area very quiet. The bedrooms are lovely and the bedding is very pretty.All the beds were very comfortable. The 2 master suites were terrific and gave lots of room and privacy for everyone. The kitchen needs a refresh and the sofa/loveseat needs to be replaced. There is no coffee table. There were a few things that we wouldve appreciated and wouldve made our stay more enjoyable: A coffee table in the family room A Small Keurig coffee machine A beach umbrella 2 usable beach chairs The pool was lovely. We didnt use the hot tub but thats a nice feature. People were playing golf right beyond the yard. I particularly enjoyed watching them while having my morning coffee, but if you prefer privacy, there really isnt any. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this house. It gave us all the room we needed and more.

Great price, not the best location

House was very clean and stocked enough for a week stay. The kitchen had enough cooking tools and pots and pans. We didn't have to bring towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The setup of the house is a bit strange within the kitchen and living room (mainly because of the way the furniture was setup) but manageable. The pool was clean and we spent a lot of time in the outdoor space. The location was not the best if you want to be close to the beach and it takes a bit to get out of the neighborhood everytime you want to leave.

UK family vacation

A very nice house which compares very favourably with other properties in Rotonda. Standard layout for the area with 2 master bedrooms, a queen, twin and a sleeper settee in a snug. Enough to sleep 10, and there were only 6 of us, so plenty of room. Very nice pool, hot tub and lanai. We did have a few minor problems which we brought to the attention of the local management company, but they did very little to help us. The blinds in the door to the pool from one of the master bedrooms would not open which meant we could not see the pool from that room. We were told that they had been like that for a while and all the blinds were going to be replaced soon anyway - which didn't help us. There was no shower rail in the jack and jill, but a pole was delivered later that day, although we had to put it up ourselves. The property description said that beach chairs were supplied, but for a property sleeping up to 10 we had just 2 chairs and were told that we would have to buy any more that we wanted. One of the 2 beach umbrellas had a flattened pole, which we had to hammer back into shape before we could fit it in the spike. We were staying at a nearby property when we moved into this one and went round early to ask if we could leave our belongings in the garage before we moved in to avoid carrying them round in the cars all day. The cleaner was there and said they would be finished in 30 minutes so we could move in then, provided we ran 2 unfinished lots of washing and folded and put away these sheets and towels, which was well worth doing for the early check-in. This apparently did not get back to the owner who spotted us on the CCTV and seemed less than pleased that we were there early, but was happy with the explanation. So in summary this is a great property - despite perhaps an over-the-top set of rules and regulations. The management company however leaves a lot to be desired and seem unable to do anything without reference back to the owner. I would recommend staying here once the blinds have been fixed and a few more beach chairs provided.

Great place and a great stay!

The location of the home is fantastic. It's a quiet neighborhood with Publix, Walmart, Winn Dixie, and several gas stations within a 15 minute drive. The proximity of public beaches: Englewood, Blind Pass, Manisota Key, and Boca Grande (toll bridge is $6 as of 2022) , are all within a :25 minute drive. The house had all the amenities as promised: 4 adult bikes, pool toys, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, a great 2 person shade tent, and plenty of beach towels. The pool and hottub were clean, the grill was very nice, and there is walking access to the golf course behind the house. The only negative I could think of is the freshly painted pool area is a little slippery when wet. The decor is nice and updated TV's when it was time to wind down. The kids and grandkids want me to book again for next year! I'll be looking ahead to coming back! Diane is a great host!

Beautiful secluded home

This property had all the amenities of home. It is a spacious place. My only issue was the home has no carpet and the noise travels. That was mostly due to the fact that there were 10 of us. Other than that is was so comfortable.

Beautiful home

Every year for Christmas instead of buying our sons and their families gifts, we take them all on an extended vacation. We’ve done this for more than 12 years and every year I’ve hoped that the house we’d rent would be a house we could return to year after year. But every year, there would be something that just didn’t work well for our family. But this house in Rotonda West was different!! This house was the most wonderful home we’ve ever stayed in. The location to Boca Grande Beach and Gasparilla Island is perfect and it’s close also to Manasota Key Beach. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It’s near the grocery and other shops as well The house has everything anyone would ever need-tons of linens very comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and it’s very, very clean. Every year from now on, we will always come back to this house!!!

Birthday getaway 2021.

Beautiful home , well maintained. Ease of admittance and departure. A well worn paring knife had broken, and I replaced. Only item that would have been useful would be an air fryer, I wouldn't have needed to use the stove, which would cut down on electricity and air conditioning services. 5 star stay.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything was as described in the listing. Amenities were great. There were 10 of us in the house and there was plenty of room! The pool was perfect, the kids enjoyed it thoroughly! The location was nice and quiet, but also close enough to the city, beaches and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We arrived earlier than expected and the managers worked quickly to get us in before the scheduled check in time. All communication with owner was quick! We had a blast!

One of the BEST!

We're a group of 3 older sisters-in-law and 2 daughters - youngest 50 years old and oldest 87 years old. Would truly visit this lovely home again! Remarkably clean and well laid out. Reclining leather-style seating for all of us (5) in the living room - so nice to put our feet up! X-finity offered plenty of favorite shows to binge on at night, as well as all our favorite channels. A particular delight was to find that the Hot Tub/Spa was accessible by us all. When we've stayed in other homes, the spas had such a deep/long steps down to the bottom that only 2 of us were able to use. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen to prepare and share our favorite dishes. Plenty of wildlife to enjoy from the lanai, pool, and hot tub - woodpeckers, blue jays, squirrels. One day male and female cardinals came right up to the screen on the lanai, as if looking at us! The garage is roomy, even with bikes and pool toys stored, enough so that we easily could park a car in there. Since we arrived in 2 cars, the circle drive was especially nice in that we did not have to move a car off the drive when leaving the garage. All the contacts, from Lisa and Ann, Jim and Mary Lou, and Diane, were kind and helpful whenever we had questions. When Hurricane Elba threatened this area, Jim and Mary Lou came by to move lanai furniture in and out of the garage. Of all the places we've stayed on our Girls Getaway - on Manasota Key, in Cape Coral, and Rotonda West - this home was the most pleasantly situated and comfortable, and one we hope to return to visit!
