Excellent property, excellent location

Convenient to everything in Waikiki. Building was safe and clean. Security was friendly and comforting. We felt welcome. Check in was super easy. Communication was excellent with agent. Parking was critical and a valuable plus. Apartment was beautiful and had all we needed.

Great place!

The place was just as described. The building is very secure and quiet. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, as well. Good location: walking distance to Wikiki beach and the other less crowded beaches to the west of Wikiki. Many choices of places to eat nearby. We would stay here again.

Awesome location

This place was a great condo with all the necessities! The location was awesome, just a couple blocks walk to the beach with everything around: nightlife, stores, restaurants, anything you would need. The property managers were very responsive, we had no issues with anything. Would love to come stay again!

The condo is well stocked but is missing a few necessities in their kitchen. I would suggest that they do an inventory and replace a few things. Vincent did get us a can opener and baking sheets quickly but we did not want to bug him everyone we noticed something missing. It was not a big deal for us but it would be good for future guests.

Lovely Place for a Small Family!

I stayed here with my parents, and three adults were able to stay very comfortably in the space. The amenities provided in the room, such as pans, dish soap, and laundry detergent, was more than enough for the five days we vacationed in Hawai'i. The room was very spacious and it was generous to have two TVs. The room had a charming feel to it.The BEST part was the view, whether its daytime or nighttime, my family loved going out to the balcony and having breakfast. It was very clean!The only con we encountered was the parking. We had to request a new spot because the parking for this room was on the fifth floor, which didn't have elevator access for my disabled father. Also, the gate to access the parking has a really short timer, it was quite scary to go through!All in all, the location and accommodations were perfect, and our property manager Vincent was great as well! We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice TV in living room. Parking space was nice to have. The 7th floor location on Kuhio Street was a bit noisy, but that is to be expected in Waikiki. The AC quit working and was promptly repaired. The condo had a few quirks, we had to remove a kitchen cabinet door knob to use the oven, the door handle to the lanai is loosely attached and came off once. The cable box in the bedroom required daily rebooting. Loved having access to a hot tub and the pool/public area on the 6th floor was very nice.

Reviewer Comments: Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war korrekt und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Condo.Mit Captain Cook wurden wir bis jetzt nie enttäuscht, was die Sauberkeit einer Condo angeht. Da sind wir sehr zufrieden.Auch alle wichtigen Sachen für einen Strandaufenthalt waren vorhanden. Tommy-Bahama-Stühle und Bodyboard. Vermisst haben wir allerdings einen Sonnenschirm. Das wäre toll, wenn die Wohnung auch damit ausgestattet wäre. Es war zwar eine Art Zelt vorhanden, doch ohne Anleitung war es nicht montierbar - Vor allem hatten wir dann festgestellt, dass es defekt war.Wir werden vorallem Captain Cook gerne weiterempfehlen. Wir haben schon einige Condos über Captain Cook gebucht und waren vorallem mit der Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice and very clean place, it has a great location near walking distance (10 minutes)to Waikiki beach, shops and restaurants. Helpfully staff.
