Dies ist ein bezauberndes Strandhaus in der schönen Gemeinde Water's Edge in Folly Beach, SC, das in historischer Charleston-Mode einzigartig gestaltet ist. Nur ein paar Häuserblocks vom Strand und einen Block von der Innenstadt von Folly entfernt bietet dieses charmante, 1700 m² große Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Vollbädern wundervolle Annehmlichkeiten und viele Upgrades, die Ihnen einen komfortablen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt garantieren.

Dieses Haus (SLEEPS 8) verfügt über Holzböden im gesamten Haus. Die Küche ist komplett zum Kochen vorbereitet und mit hübschen Granit-Arbeitsplatten, individuellem Backsplash und allem, was Sie für Ihr Gerät benötigen, ausgestattet. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie Ihre Lieblingsgetränke auf unserer abgeschirmten Veranda, während Sie die wild lebenden Tiere beobachten, die häufig unseren Gezeitenstrom direkt vor der Tür besuchen. Der private Balkon in der obersten Etage der Master Suite bietet einen perfekten Blick auf den Fluss und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Entspannen Sie am GEMEINSCHAFTSPOOL (geöffnet vom 1. Spring Break

We stayed here for a short Spring Break getaway and really enjoyed our stay. The home was much closer to shops, restaurants and the beach than we’d expected. Very nice home with beautiful view of the water.

Great location and perfect for families

Property was exactly as listed and within walking distance to pool on-site as well as the main part of the island with restaurants and shopping nearby. We stayed with our 7-year old boys and it was great for families.

Beautiful View

Normally we like to stay right on the ocean, but I would definitely stay here again. The view was beautiful and town center was a nice little walk. Even the walk to the beach was short and direct. We really enjoyed our time, the beds we’re comfortable and the house was well laid out.

Great house for family and kids

The house was clean and well kept. Everything worked. It had easy access to the beach, to the pool, and to the dock. Having the ability to go to the pool and the beach with a 1 year old and 2.5 year old was wonderful. All amenities were as described, and bedrooms were great. Good value.

Excellent location

Great location and able to walk to everything. Plenty of room to spread out. Only issues are the king size mattress needs to be replaced and the shower curtains were pretty moldy. Should be replaced with each new guest and a shower curtain can be bought at Dollar Store. Other than that we had an awesome experience. Would definitely stay again!

Furniture needs to be updated and amenities were very limited for the price of the VRBO. Cleaning fee was overpriced as we did much of the cleaning for check out. Very loud neighbors in the unit attached during our stay.

High Quality Rental Experience!

This rental company does an amazing job. We have rented with many over the years bad experiences really can ruin your vacation. We know after several rental experiences with this company that we can relax and enjoy without any worry about responsiveness. The Waters Edge properties are amazing and have everything to offer -especially if you love the marsh ebbs and flows and peacefulness. Easy walk to everything you could want. Company retreat

We rented a group of condos at Waters Edge for a company retreat. The staff found the condos overall clean and well stocked with linens, towels, and other supplies. Everyone had a private space to retreat to after our meetings. While we had a few hiccups regarding parking large trucks and a plumbing issue in one condo, the issues were handled quickly and professionally. enjoyable visit

Clean, easy to communicate with. Wish the top bunk beds were made, not a huge deal but I also don’t want to put sheets on when I’m on vacation, apparently neither does the cleaning staff. There was an issue with drain in downstairs bath as it drained slowly while showering, so you better like standing in water; and not enough water pressure for 2 people to shower at the same time: In different bathrooms. Left a Wii for the kids and they loved it! It was well appointed and close to the pool. Would book again, just a few slight improvements.

Waters Edge 115

The location is great and a short walk to the main drag and beach. We found the dishes and pots were in the cupboard and dirty. By dirty, the fry pan still had eggs in it so we washed everything before and after using it. There was a dirty sock left on upper balcony and beer caps under the couch(not a real big deal but still..) The garage door opener did not work so you had to close the door then go through house and out the front to the car. The patio furniture needs replacing as the chairs and table are falling apart. Overall a 3 out of 5 especially for the price
